Bill standard shop does great work. No one else in town could get me in for weeks but Bill and his team seen I had a problem with my Kia Forte that had to be fixed asap so they made room for me and got me in the next day. My car came back running amazing. A few days after having my car back I started having another issue unrelated to the stuff before so I called bill and he said bring it in right away. He even discounted the work because I had to take another day off work. Bill himself even offered me a ride to go somewhere while I waited for my car to be done, no other shop would do that. I recommend Bill standard to anyone in the Morrison co area.

My vehicle broke down at a gas station. They picked me up and brought me to work. And offered to pick me up from work to get my vehicle. Even though it was after their closing time. They had my vehicle fixed before my lunch break! Best customer service!

Bills Standard employees are always kind and willing to explain what is wrong while making you comfortable with their experienced opinions. Pricing is about average I believe. The work they do is excellent and trusted. Never had any problems with them or the work they do. I highly recommend Bills!

I moved from Bayfield, Wisconsin to Little Falls in early May, of this year.. I had a fine mechanic in Wisconsin, he was honest and fair and went the extra mile for all of his customers. I wasn't sure I was going to find a mechanic like that in Little Falls. But, I think I may have. Bills Standard. I've been there twice now, once for a simple oil change, and just recently for a battery, and charging system diagnosis. Both times the station was busy, but they still managed to take care of me promptly and in a professional manner. Josh was especially helpful with the battery, system charging check. I get a good feeling from the folks at this station. I have the sense that they'll do what it takes to get you on the road, and keep you there. Mike Williams

I got a flat driving back to MPLS from cabin and stopped into Bills. I was in a pickle but these guys are honest and quick and got me out of there with a patched tire within 20 minutes. Thanks for the great service Devin!

They guys over here are top notch! Had to get two tires replaced at separate times during the day they got me rite in worked fast and efficient! I had other questions about some repairs I need and they were very knowledgeable and ready to take on the job! Very fair and honest! They also have a nice waiting are with cold drinks and snacks! I will definitely be back for a multitude of services! 10/10 would recommend!

On a cross-country trip my car would not start. I rode to Bill’s with the tow truck driver. I expected to wait until the next day to get the car serviced, but a mechanic gave up his lunch time to fix it. I was back on my way after a short time. Thank you Bill’s!

Great, trustworthy shop to get work done. Just got a oil change done on my charger, then Josh found out my battery was junk already. He went out of his way and made a call for me, said it was still under warranty. I ended up getting a new battery for free. Thanks Josh!!! Highly recommend Bills Standard!!!

Bill's Standard was great. First he was nice enough to reschedule my appointment from Tuesday to Wednesday because of the snow. When I walked into Bill's I found the front office and bathroom to be clean and neat. We addressed the problem, Bill got right down to work. He came back and gave me three different choices to choose from along with the a rough price for each choice. I choose the one choice that made sense and well was financially feasible. After the work was done Bill let know what to expect when running my car lights. He was also kind enough to put on new wipers that I purchased at the last minute. Bill Standard is the number 1 choice for me when I am in the Little Falls MN area. 🙃

Love all the guys here and Mary-Ann too!!!! They do such excellent work!!!!! Josh is my go to every time I have something that needs to be looked at with my car!!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had at a shop. They were short with me and disrespectful. If I could give zero stars I would. They charged me for replacing all four breaks, but only replaced the fronts. They are shady and I would highly recommend not to waste your money here. Respectfully Bill's Standard Service LLC do better.

This is the only place in town that I will trust to fix my vehicles. Josh and his crew have always been upfront and honest about what needs to be fixed immediately and what could wait until a later date. Several times I had purchased iffy vehicles and the team here had them running perfectly. No matter what, I will bring anything with a motor to this shop. Thanks guys for everything you do for the community.

They are professional, friendly, and courteous. They just worked on my son's truck, which is 27 year's old. They did an awesome job. Most places now day's wouldn't even attempt to work on a vehicle this old. But Bill's did. Thank you so much.

These guys have been awesome get the job done quick and at a decent price. I've been bringing my vehicle here now for about 2 years it's the best place in town in my opinion.

Really appreciate the great service and professionalism from these guys. I came in for a single tire mount and balance. I planned on picking it up the next day due to the place closing in 5 mins, but the tech said he could do it right away if I could wait a few mins. Josh and his team are always amazing! My right drive side wheel was making a really funny noise and my fiance took it in and they took it for a spin, pulled the wheel off and out fell a tiny little rock! Couldn't as for better service, we have been going for years already and we will continue to go for years to come!

Josh and his team are wonderful to work with and are great community supporters. The free inspection they offer to students returning to school is a wonderful service to provide students and parents with peace of mind about the vehicle that students are taking to school. Friendliness, extraordinary professionalism and exceptional workmanship has made Bill's Standard our family's repair shop for nearly 15 years.

Over the years I have owned several vehicles for my business and personal use. I have always been very happy with any work they have performed on any of my vehicles. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else. From repairs to gas to tires, never a disappointment ever.

I didn't plan on getting my car fixed until it decided not to start...luckily for me, it was near Bill's Standard. I couldn't have been more thankful for Josh and Maryanne-- Josh got it in the shop right away and even offered to bring me while he was fixing it! They were fast, reasonably priced and got me back in my car asap! Thank you, Bill's Standard!!

I was recently contacted in regards to my last message and to be frank, Josh had fixed my muffler but put on one that I didn't want put on. I wanna drive my car not hear it. That is why I refuse to bring my business to this place. And I betcha if you remind him of the muffler girl, he would remember me. Because I wasn't happy. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Kinda surprises me that those mufflers are even legal, because any muffler that makes a sound, isn't a muffler. And the fact that he (Josh) takes these older people for a ride and half, makes me sick. I will never bring any vehicle to him! I will bring it across the street to 1st Ave.

I have a well-traveled car that has been slowly going downhill over the last year. I heard about Bill’s Standard and I drove down from Brainerd to Little Falls to have them take a look. The crew there went over the car and found several issues. Josh (the owner) explained the problems in a way that I could understand. They ended up fixing all of the problems I asked them to, including two potential safety issues they had found. Josh explained there was one problem that causes the car to lose a bit of power, but the repair wasn’t worth it due to the mileage on the car. When it came time to pay, the price was quite reasonable. And the car runs better than it has in years. I feel the honesty, thoroughness, and quality of Bill’s Standard is top-notch, and I will be using them as my auto shop even though the round-trip is an extra hour. If you live near Little Falls, you should seriously consider checking them out.
