This was probably the best experience I have at a salvage yard.
The office was clean, the part was ready and as promised.
Wayne has great customer service and I would recommend this yard and I would go out of my way to go back.
There wasn’t a profanity anywhere like I read below, Wayne was great to work with.
He went out of his way to get a video of the engine running before they removed it.
The bathroom was clean.
if you want something really terrible to compare to, go to any Abbra in fridley, you’ll quickly realize this is quite nice.
On 3-16-23 I bought a recycled engine on line. My mechanic got the engine on 3-28-23 to he’s shop. He informed me that the engine was (no good). I called Michael Henry the sales agent that sold me the damage engine, he informed me that I would get a full refund because they didn’t have another one. I have been trying to get my refund since that time and they have been ignoring my text massages & phone calls. They ask about my bank statement for proof I did send it to Henry, mark, and cross . By text massage. (I did talk to all of them about my refund, they all mentioned I would get it back). I would like you to take care of my problem, before I open a business claim with the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for your under standing. My name ie. Ernie Morales.
I was looking to sell my old car and Bethany (with Karels) reached out to me and said she would get me an offer. Moments later she called back with a good offer that i accepted and within a few hours the car was gone. They were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them! It honestly was the easiest process.
I have had a repair shop since 1986 we got a rack from these guys shipped opened box leaking oil before even put in no refund no replacement never ever going yo buy parts horrible service stay away!! Now she says I changed my story 3 times I did not! The reason 5 days was had to the car back on schedule to get done they will not do anything so out all the money. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
I spoke to them about specific parts and I drove one hour and a half and when I get there they brought me different parts and they said that’s what you ordered plus they refused to refund me with the money. Poor service and road
Ordered a radio for a dodge truck. They said the radio has been tested. Upon arrival the radio did not work. They would not issue a new radio. One star is too much for this shady place.
Very unprofessional lady Bethany,I have business in Las Vegas NV dealership we order from them 1995 E300 D transmission ,when transmission arrive we saw docent belong to the 1995 E300 Diesel tag on transmission showing is for 1995 S500 Benz,to situation be worst they send me invoice with vin number on for 1995 E420 Benz, very confusing, I contact them twice, as previously said lady vas very rude and NON PROFESsiONAL I tried to explain her that transmission is not for my car she said I can return part and she will credit me money just for the part not shipping which is $245 plus I have to organize shipping back and pay AGAIN even is not mistake on my end. I dispute transaction and give them the chance to make right.
We stopped by with a trailer of pop cans to recycle. The guy in the office (not a super clean office) said he had to tell me that the cost of aluminum was really low at .20/lb. When I inquired if this is pretty much the going rate, he shrugged his shoulders and said that was what they were paying. I felt like he really did not want to do the work. Got them recycled elsewhere for .33/lb. Will not consider returning to this business.
I thought the customer was always right really bad service . Gal at the desk argued with us about a part and told us that we would have to wait for the right part. We will never go there again. We also will tell everyone we see not to go here
THIS PLACE WRITES BAD CHECKS! BEWARE! Then they were super rude and unhelpful when I tried to call and correct the problem. Incredible how horribly they spoke to me. Swear words and name calling all because they wrote me a check for money they didn't have! I can't believe they're still in business, thankfully my bank was super supportive and helpful giving me the appropriate steps to take to fix the issue.
Called for a part to order(im out of state). it looks like they either inventoried the part wrong or just put the wrong description. Keep in mind, we used the same inventory system and all parts have a certain interchange with other parts, so i know we are looking at the same damn screen. A girl named Bethany was rude and lazy. She didnt want to see why it was wrong she simply said "No it wont work" then hangs up the phone. very unprofessional. i bet $100 if i didnt ask about it being marked wrong or inventoried wrong, they would of sold me the part without a problem.
Office smells very bad, BO and cigarettes. There were calenders of naked women on the wall, I didn't care, but it was just very unprofessional looking.
Workers were also very rude, swore at me when I asked for something.
No idea how they're still in business.
Lady at the front desk answering the phone is the the biggest snot I have ever spoken to in customer service. Good luck staying in business with that kind of an attitude. Zero stars.
Terrible customer service. ZERO STARS. The lady in the front office is the rudest lady you will ever meet. From the looks of previous reviews, she is going to run this company right out of business. I am also spreading the word to not do any business with this salvage yard.
The lady the answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever talked to! Swears and hangs up on people. Checks written on account without funds to cash them and then blames the people that try to cash them. I deal with the public and am spreading the word to not do business with them! Too bad we have to give them any stars to rate them!
Zero stars. The lady who answered the phone actually hung up on me before I finished asking for what I wanted. Said "It ain't gonna happen" and hung up!
