I had a terrible experience. The worker laughed when I asked questions refused to explain things, never explained before purchase that he couldn’t install my battery. Made fun of me several times for not understanding something I will never do business here again.
I needed my taillight fixed at the last minute before traveling. Dylan in New Prague was more than helpful! I am so appreciative for him fixing my light in record time and was treated with respect and kindness.

Bought wipers and they were kind enough to even put them on for me. I've fought with these replacements before so their help was greatly appreciated
Walked in was greeted. Asked for the best wipers for the model of my truck. Paid for it. In person that helped me put them on my truck it's very satisfied thank you again
The kid behind the counter was not only short, but had no time to answer more questions for the customer. Not only that but he acted bothered that anybody even walked in the door. Came for wiper blades left still needing wiper blades. Will gladly take my business elsewhere.
Highly recommend. The entire staff from the manager to the newest employee are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The store is always clean and they stock anything and everything we need as consumers. i’ve been in the automotive industry for 20 years so trust me and trust this store to get you revved up back on the road, fixed, repaired, or topped off!
My car wouldn’t start and I called my mechanic and they had no clue what would be wrong. I called oreilly’s to ask about hooking up a scan tool and Dillion and Darin not only came over to the gas station to scan my car, they brought key fob batteries, tried jumping my car and eventually changed the battery in my car!! I am sooo throughly impressed with them I have no words!! Thank you both again you are truly amazing!!
They always have what I need but typically it's not in stock so i have to order it and the workers could act a little more professional. I'm gonna give 4. Stars because I've never had any issues when I need to return something but I honestly kinda feel like it's more of a 3 star parts store
A super helpful employee named Dylan helped me, and even though I was returning an item that I no longer needed, he was beyond helpful and courteous! Great service!
Love oreillys in New prague alot of great people very helpful and won't name them but there's a couple of girls there that make a point to great my daughter and make sure she's having a good time.
I used to live in new Prague unfortunately I don't anymore but if things change for me I would love to move back. But I do love to go to Cedar Lake as it's a beautiful Lake and secluded anyway you my niece and I went to the grocery store to grab some groceries and some drinks for the beach and when I came out my car wouldn't start and I happened to run into a gentleman from O'Reilly's and asked if he could help me boost my car he called his friend his coworker Hailey who then came over and try to help boost my car and they told me that my battery is really old and it's not catching a boost so I went into New Prague and asked if I could keep my car there they said it was fine the next day I came to O'Reilly's they help me find a discount and mashed prices for a battery and Hailey who is 17 years old and still in high school became my hero that day for being a young lady she has some skills she helped me put my battery in Secure it and help me start my car I mean I didn't do anything she just did it all on her own I just like to give a big shout-out to the O'Reilly crew in New Prague you guys are all awesome
I have always enjoyed the customer service and cleanliness of the store. I know that pricing may not be in the hands of the employees - its difficult to support a local business when their price is three times the on-line and twice the local competitors. I have an examples if O'Reilly cares
Clean store. Easy to find parts. Easier to look up the part online and check local stock, just bring in the part number you need. Simply faster. In store system is antiquated.
bought two new sylvania headlights 11/7/18. they are warrantied for one year from date of purchase. just had second one go out, went to oreillys in new prague to exchange it with dated receipt and they told me it is policy that i cant exchange it without the package it came in. this is the worst example of a business i have ever dealt with. i will never go to oreillys again. i spend at least 2 grand a year at auto stores. i guess they dont need any money there. what a flipping joke.
Always get the right part on the 2nd trip...sold me wrong fuel pump at 7:30 said they would wait back at 8:10...door locked....go to napa better service...more knowledge
Good hours. Helpful. But one big guy, the biggest guy there is really slow and not as helpful. I've heard a lot of complaints about this guy and he will argue with customers. He works all the time and i have to deal with him a lot so whoever goes here try to get help from someone else. He needs a cart to push a small box of brake pads and has eveybody else do his job. Not trying to be mean but i think this guy should find a job where he can sit the whole time. Maybe then he will have a better attitude.
Had one guy do a light reading on my car and he couldn't get past the first word due to his inability to read. There's another guy who is incredibly lazy, but far more rude. When you ask him a question he gets snippy with you and treats you like you have no idea what you're talking about. I hate dealing with that guy. I Needed a part and was told it would be in by a certain time. Came in at said time, said part would be about 30 min longer. Snippy guy got snippy and very rudely said "call you when it gets here."
