Out plowing on 12/28/25 during the winter storm our truck got stuck in a driveway unable to go in reverse. Our truck ended up losing power and wouldn’t go over 10mph. The other towing places couldn’t help us. Reliable recovery went above & beyond to help us. Pulled us out, and even plowed an area for us to park at the dealership in these weather conditions.
I received a loaner vehicle from A & W Auto, and unfortunately, it turned out to have a terrible battery. After everything had closed for the night, I was stuck alone at work around 7 PM with no one nearby and a car that refused to start.
Having no other options after calling everyone I knew, I reached out to Reliable Recovery, and they responded incredibly fast. They got the car up and running, and I let it idle for about 30 minutes just to be safe.
A couple of hours later, when it was time to head home, the same thing happened again, the loaner was completely dead. I was frustrated and honestly devastated to be spending money on a car that wasn’t even mine... But Reliable Recovery came back out within 20 minutes and even gave me a discount for the second visit.
They were professional, kind, and understanding through the whole ordeal, which really made a stressful night a lot easier to handle. I truly appreciate their quick response and empathy, they definitely live up to their name!!
Dave and his team at Reliable Recovery had to lift my Honda CRV off of another car. I was involved in an accident where another driver hit me as I was traveling on 169 south my car became air born and landed on a light post and another vehicle. Dave was also very helpful and so easy to talk to as my daughter traveled to New Prague to gather our belongings and take pictures. Thank you Dave!!!!
Rude, unwilling to help, called 6 different times before someone answered the phone, then told us that we needed an appointment after we got ahold of them. Worst junkyard I’ve ever dealt with. Absolute jerk! I’d rather pay someone to tow it 3 times farther than give this guy a ounce of business
Wheel fell off last night sheared the pins right off brought it to his house and had it fixed before midnight incredible service ? ? ? well worth the call. Thanks again.

Amazing local and family owned Business. professional, courteous and prompt. when ever my family is in a pinch with our vehicles this is the only company we call to save the day!
They came and picked up my car off the side of the road and delivered it to my house, the driver was an artist with the flatbed and put the car exactly where I needed it to be, and this was a car that only had 3 wheels on it.
