We have a Range Rover and we would not trust anyone, including Land Rover of Minneapolis to do anything with our vehicle. I had a low pressure notice when getting in my vehicle after an appointment. I called Legacy Autoworx to see if they could check my tire to repair or replace. I was able to get an appointment that day and was happy that it was a nail puncture that could be repaired. The office staff was great with my check in and I really like the automated system using both text messages and email for updating progress on my vehicle. Thank you!!

We trust Jake and his team. Our past visits have been excellent. We went in for a oil change today, and had the team check our Avalon for a up coming cross country trip. It's wonderful to have the peace of mind that we have experienced mechanics give us the thumbs up.

Jeremiah and his crew are literally some of the best people I've come across in this industry. I brought my car in 7 times to 2 different dealerships that wouldn't dig deep enough to actually find what was going on with my car. Not only did Legacy spend hours figuring out the issue, they even went to my warranty company to get everything approved for me, which took their time capturing pictures and videos and meeting with an adjuster on site. Through this whole time, Jeremiah kept me up to date with everything going on and explained all the work they were doing. I will forever be bringing my cars here and recommending it to whoever may ask

Had two vehicles break down on the same day. Got ahold of Jake who set up towing to the shop and had loaner vehicles ready if we had needed. Everyone I talked to was very polite and helpful. Both vehicles were fixed in a timely manner with great communication throughout the process. Definitely recommend Legacy for vehicle repairs.

Highly recommend going here for any type of car situations! They did an oil change and fixed my engine light issue. All for a reasonable price and everyone was so nice! Oh, Legacy does it again!! Seriously absolutely love this company their customer service the time to actually complete the work checking in and checking out the fact that they have a loaner car they work with your schedule. You couldn’t ask for anything better and being a single mom and needing a good trustworthy mechanic is always good to have. I will never take my car to anyone else except for Legacy. Yes, they specialize in the European vehicles, but they still know the American made and they do just as well with your vehicles, no matter what. Thank you Legacy for doing another amazing job. This is an elite auto shop. Great service by all top to bottom. Jake De St Hubert runs a great ship and I was blown away by the culture he has created. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. This is a great spot to get your vehicle serviced! 6 out 5 stars!

No one likes to get their car fixed, but these guys made it a great experience! Friendly, honest, thorough, reasonably priced and they text you real time updates on your vehicle as its being worked on! Plus their waiting room is very charming and stocked full of goodies for while you wait ;)

Took my daughter's car in for oil change, and to look at an ongoing issue with ABS module. They did some research and priced out what would be a very expensive repair, but did not pressure to fix, and actually mentioned it probably wouldn't be worth the expense on a higher mileage car. Great service and notifications via text/email thru the whole process. Jeremiah has been great to work with.

Lobby is extremely nice, everyone is friendly and the work was done quickly. Service wise and overall quality was good. My only complaint was the part was 3-4x the price anywhere else. Checked other shops and the same part elsewhere is cheaper. Shop rate seemed in line, so no complaints with that, just the part cost.

These guys were great! I had an aftermarket exhaust installed by them. They had me bring my car in on a Tuesday and it was done and ready to go by Wednesday early afternoon! The turnaround time was amazing and everybody I dealt with was friendly and more than helpful! The pricing is more than fair, too!

The crew that helped me did a great job with installing my factory shocks, mounting new tires, front rotors and pads. They keep me informed as the work progresses, and loaned me a car to get around while they worked on mine. They went the extra mile to help me out by ordering a part for my convertible from the dealer, and offered to put it on for me. I will definitely be back!

I went in for some routine maintenance, needed a full wheel alignment done and they got me in as fast as they could. The people that work there are amazing, and knowledgeable, and very ethical. The president runs a real tight ship there, and very friendly. I literally will not go anywhere else for all of my car repairs!

Blew out a steering tire late on a Sunday night and by other previous reviews had my vehicle towed there. They called me in the morning and discussed what needed to be done. They had great communication and service and made it possible for me to have 2 new tires and rotation of the others and balanced in one day. Never missed a day of work. Met the owner Jacob who was very helpful with my questions. I will definitely be referring anyone to them and now have a reputable responsible auto repair place I can count on !!!

Called about a car issue on Monday morning, and immediately was able to get it examined. Issue was with the transfer case, but legacy swiftly had a solution in place with a reasonable service quote. Not only were they quick with repairs but they also had a loaner available which made the wait for repairs a breeze. Overall a wonderful experience and I gladly will both return and recommend this business.

Felt my car was in excellent hands and also made sure I felt comfortable with repairs. Not only did the tow get handled to get to shop, I was given lots of patience with many questions I had as well as what I could do to make it happen and save anything I could. They shared a link to a webpage with detailed description on what items of concern they discovered while inspecting my car, including showing damaged parts and what they recommended to be fixed. Jake and Jeremiah did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done with my daughters car. They also let me know which repairs we could hold off on for now to save us from a large bill. Their system is slick. You get a message when they start on the car. You also get a message detailing what’s wrong with it and when it’s done. The new technology to keep you up to date with what they are doing with your car was a pleasant surprise. I was pleased with the service and attention to detail.
