These folks are exactly who you want to call when you have a breakdown in the area. Summer of 2025 we were on a cross country trip from Maine while towing a 38ft camper and our tow vehicle lost a wheel due to improper torque of the lugs. Warmka responded quickly (after hours), put our pickup on a flatbed and towed our camper back to their shop. The owner helped our family set up our camper (even offered to fill our rv water tank) in his parking lot and let us stay there in our camper overnight (free of charge). He had our tow vehicle in their shop first thing the following morning. After recognizing that my spare rim was a bit smaller than the others (and knowing we had a long trip ahead) the Warmka crew graciously searched for and found a matching rim to replace the original on my tow vehicle. The ladies in the office were super nice and even went out of their way to bring my young kids some Warmka goodies while we were waiting. We were able to secure a rim and they had us back on the road that same afternoon. We then stayed over night at a local vineyard and returned to Warmka the following morning where they torqued the lugs on all of the truck's wheels (free of charge) and we were back on our way around the country. The total charges for the towing (of 2 vehicles), parts, and labor were more than reasonable! This family run operation is exactly who you should call when you need help with your vehicle! Really great folks!
We were stranded in our car out of state with our 3 dogs. They came to get us right away, along with our 3 dogs. Our vehicle got fixed that same day. They let us relax, with our three dogs, in a nice air
conditioned lobby. They were very nice. Great hospitality is hard to find these days!
I cannot thank Warmka Service Center and Towing enough. My wife had a pretty rough road trip and lost a tire on I-90. Warmka Towing showed up swiftly and got her off the busy interstate. Grace and the rest of the team there was kind, caring, and helped diffuse a pretty scary situation for my wife and our dog. Grace even stayed a little after closing and offered a friendly ear to talk to while my wife was waiting for me to get to location.

Service was done quick break chamber changed but the mechanic attitude was rude so if u sensitive. Yea just letting u know they are rude at least 1 of the guys.
What a find! We’re a little family on a cross country RV trip, and a piece of the RV started flapping over the tire. We made it to the KOA nearby and then called these guys first thing. They got us in, sorted it out, and got us on the road in less than 20 minutes and with lovely service.

Amazing, locally owned business. Was extremely responsive, super customer service and transparent with knowledge and options. We arrived at our campsite and they came out to repair/replace the damaged wheel berring. Kilen and his wife are amazing, definitely deserve kudos!
This place was wonderful. We had a issue with our motorhome loosing power and we made it to Jackson Mn and I made a phone call to Warmka Service Center not sure what lady answered the phone but she was very helpful and nice got me in touch with Justin and he asked if I thought I could get it to there shop about 1 1/2 miles away and I said that I think I could make it to them. I got it there and they looked at it right away and was very helpful to try to get us back on the road as soon as they could. It was just a bad air filter and they said they could not get one until the next morning or I could drive it to a rv shop and I told them to get one and I will bring it back to them when they got it. They called me in the morning when it got there we brought the motorhome to them and had us back on the road in the morning. So grateful for these guys they are GREAT! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a trouble near them. Would give them a 20 star rating if I could. The world needs more of these guys and they are honest and did not charge us as if we were a one time fix. Thank you guys for the great service! Keep up the great work!
Alternator went out on my diesel pick-up truck, and they towed me in and got me running before the end of the day. Excellent service, there was some confusion on the phone but once that was squared away it was an excellent experience. Definitely using again.
This Repair Shop is right off the Highway which is super convenient But the biggest plus is their Mechanic Gavin. He's probably one of the best Mechanics I have ever come across. Was fast, knowledgeable and very professional. Grace at the Office is Kind and professional too. Their prices are fair and I recommend them 💯
Needed my van towed from Milford IA to Spirit Lake today. With my american family roadside service and Warmka service everything from both services was GREAT! They both kept me well informed with estimated times and delivery. Totally recommend Warmka!
We just want to give a huge shoutout to Grace!! Our roadside assistance connected us with Warmka when we got stranded traveling with our RV. While they were unable to tow us do to the size of our RV, she connected us with a company that was able to come & replace our tire on the side of the highway! Thank you for saving the day! The people in this small town are awesome; friendly, courteous, and helpful. We had stopped for the night in Jackson, MN when I noticed my fuel filter needed to be replaced. After calling 3 or 4 local service centers, I spoke with Carrie at T-Care who though could not fit us in, was however, able to recommend the Warmka Service Center. I called and spoke with Grace who after calling around for the part, was able to get us in immediately (15 minutes). Kielin the technician got me in upon arrival and had the filter changed in about ten minutes! Highly recommended!

I own a shop in Rochester, MN. One of our customers was on his way to Idaho (on Saturday) and had a breakdown on the interstate. They contacted Justin at Warmka Service. A honest prices shop with knowledge mechanics and friendly service, it just to be like that years ago in the whole US, not anymore, places like this are worth their price in gold. Owner Operator from Florida, got front drive axle problems and somebody refer me to Warmka, can't be more happy to have found these guys, they get me out and running in two days after replacing the whole axle, will be coming back for repairs.
Warmka was a great team and they stay true to their price... Owner operators really need more places like this... came in for broken radiators due to hitting a Deer, took the truck to the shop at 9am and they were done by 5pm they even have a loaner car for their cutomers... i recomend we support this shop.
Our 16’ trailer axle was practically smoking as a truck drove by on I-90 and waved for us to pull over near Jackson on our trip to Michigan. When we pulled into Warmka Service we were met by two young men who immediately assessed our needs. Even though they were busy with so many local farm vehicles and Semi’s in their garage (which I perceived as a great sign) they took care of us quickly. Professional, efficient reasonable and great service!
