Kind and excellent customer service!

Well the night I had issues I couldn't have asked for a better response, the driver was very experienced and polite. But then I went to get my trailer a month later and the office lady was very accommodating and actually took half off the storage bill. But the same guy that helped me the night I had problems came out to help load and had a big attitude, so things were damaged when he helped load the trailer. Cussing swearing just a total jerk. So the next morning I called and talked to the boss and I told him a simple apology would get things right with me but instead I got this BS that the guy was busy and had to stop what he was doing and that they didn't know I was coming and that wasn't true because that morning I talked with the lady on the phone and then by email and told her we would try to be there by 3 or 4 pm, we got there at 4:15. So I was told he supposedly quit working there because of all the complaints. Well I quess if he is getting that many complaints there must be something with his attitude not the customers. I would recommend this company but a simple apology could have made this review 5 stars.

Amazing! After my roadside assistance was unable to provide service (stating the closest agent was over 250 miles away), Warmka saw me while on the way to another job and stopped to help me out. Their fees were exceptionally reasonable and they helped advise where best to get repairs locally. Especially appreciated for someone from out of state. Professional and engaging... maybe I'll have to break down again next time I am in the area [jk].

We are organizing many road services every day with many shops and this was one of the best experiences that we had. One of our drivers ran out of DEF on the road and we called Warmka to ask for help. They were there extremely quick and charged only $100 for the part, their time and mileage. We received an invoice with all the info as well. Highly recommend them

TL:DR - If you need towing, this is the place to call in the area to get the best service 24/7. (Trust me, I called everyone in the 12 hours I was waiting for help) Amazing! I wish I would have called faster. I waited for over 12 hours for my roadside assistance to figure out how to get me a new tire. Unfortunately, I blew a tire Saturday night and nothing is open in the area on Sunday. In comes Warmka towing to the rescue! Best tow truck service I have ever received. Made sure I made it safe to the tire shop, and even waited to verify they had the tire I needed in stock. Good thing too ... The first place didn't. And neither did the next or next or next. Finally found a place in Mankato 🙏. No pressure, no rushing, pleasant to talk to, and an amazing experience from start to finish. Thanks again 👍

One of those rare moment when the result overachive your expectation! Great company! Had some breakdown on Sunday, they reacted right away for a fair price while others didn't want to go or given 3x price. Towed my truck to their shop and on Monday morning it was already done by 10 am!

My roadside picked these guys to tow my van but had them dump it at a shutdown shop, they helped me get this fixed and got me a legit shop, next time I will just call these guys and forget roadside.. Ty for your great service and help...

They helped me when I stranded on a Saturday on I90 close to Jackson Minnesota. They got me moving again on Tuesday by 11am. Sunday the shop was closed, tire ordered on Monday. I enjoyed the town and the friendliness of all the people. There is also an old fort and a historic museum to visit. I made it home safely. 1600 miles later, thank you Warmka Towing!

Very quick and cheap to unlock my car a company right next to the hotel said 1.5hrs and 209$ and they were there in 15 mins and only cost 45$

Amazing group of people, my wife and I were on i90 and broke down, I showed up without an appointment and their team dropped everything to get us back on the road asap! Very nice and friendly folks. Work was performed on a F350 diesel. Appears their staff are very smart under the hood too!!

!!Excellent Service!! We had a great experience with Warmka Towing. They used Towbook to determine our exact location, and their staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Justin arrived promptly and efficiently got our van home. He assured us that the bill would be sent directly to our insurance. The tow truck was clean and comfortable for our ride back. Thanks for putting us back on the road. We got stuck with the truck at a rest stop, kinnda in the middle of nowhere... Thank you guys for coming a swiftly as possible in this kinda of business, it was more then 1 hour wait as expected but still much faster then anyone else we called, They were able to help us start truck and have it running and back on the road in about 30 minutes or so.

Long Story short my car broke down on the highway, called my insurance company and what they were going to charge me was way to high. Called the first place to see if I could find I better price and it was 100 dollars cheaper. Couldn’t of ask for better customer service, they were very professional 10 out of 10 on customer service. Kept me updated the entire time, and was very fast. By the time I made it home I only waited 20 minutes and they had my car there. If you are in a pinch definitely recommend these guys! Shout out to Pete as well! Super friendly guy, and easy going guy! Put my car where I asked and was quick unloading it! Even though my car took a dump, I can still go to bed happy I got good service and my car off the highway.

Honest, hardworking, and friendly employees. Had to get my car towed back up to the cities and was charged a fair price. Warmka Towing is looking out for you and would rate this as one of the best company's I've encountered. Hands down would recommend this company to anyone in the area as they are loyal to their customers and great at their job. Hands down 5 star for these guys. I'd give 10 stars! There also a truck repair shop. They are not out to take your money and run. They got me back on road and saved me thousands. They know trucks better than any other shop I have been too in southern Mn.
