My husband had purchase wiper blades for my Audi & I tried to install them myself. Not a good idea. I drove to Napa in Osseo on a snowy cold day & they came outside with me & installed the blades in no time. Very helpful & Great Customer Service! Thank you...
Went to Napa, bought a car battery, mention to associate that I have a bad back. I pretty sure his name is Malcolm. He had no problem carrying the battery and put it in the truck of my car. This is probably your employee’s do all the time. It’s the simplest things to help others, but not always commended for it. Thanks Malcolm you are a beautiful human being.
I've been here a half dozen times, staff has always been friendly and helpful. I've had them look up wiper blades and batteries. I had one battery that didn't like sub-zero temps, the tested and charged it over night (I told them no hurry) and then warranted the battery. Very pleased with the Osseo MN location!
My wife just went into this Napa to get a new battery, or get it tested or even buy a battery charger. I am out of town and sent her to Napa because I know they take care of their customers. Instead she was turned away with no battery test and suggested go to tires plus or Firestone. Turning a sale away to a valued costumer is bad enough but to send a woman away obviously needing help is another! Shame on you as a person and also very poor representation of a reputable auto store.
Helpful friendly staff always ready to help, I do 99% of parts, and oil, battery and regular maintenance products, and general up keep for my vehicles!!
Went there 7/15 brought my stuff to the counter waited for 10 minutes no one working finally someone comes out tells me he’s going to help someone else left my stuff on the counter and walked out I can’t recommend anyone going there

On Tuesday July 8th, I called the store with concerns about employee bias seen online and asked to speak to a supervisor about their harassment and discrimination training. The supervisor was immediately mocking and condescending, refusing to answer questions, or give his name and position for follow up reporting to Napa Auto Parts corporate. In fact, instead of providing his name he read off my caller ID and phone number.
One phrase repeated throughout this phone call was “is this a joke”. In what circumstances are conversations about discrimination ever appropriate to be referred to as a joke - regardless of if you agree with the perspective of the person you are talking to?
Immediately after this phone call, I received a threatening and demeaning text to my personal number from either 1) the employee I discussed concerns with or 2) the supervisor I spoke to (I do not know, seeing as they refused to provide their identity).
Regardless, threats and harassment from a business merely because a customer expressed concerns is entirely inappropriate behavior.
My personal number, only accessible because of a business phone call, was given out to be used while either employee was on duty for their own personal reasons without my consent. What I can make out from my experience is either A) the supervisor gave my number out to an employee for the express purpose of intimidation and harassment, or B) the supervisor himself intended to intimidate and harass me after the fact and while on duty. This undoubtedly violates consumer privacy laws on top of being inappropriate conduct of employees.
If you are looking for a location that takes consumer privacy regulations, customer safety, customer service, discrimination, and harassment seriously I would caution you from this location.
I will update this review after hearing back from Napa Corporate on the actions being taken to address these serious violations in conduct and service.
I've given this store many chances over the years.
And it just keeps going further and further downhill. It seems like every time I go here for something. The shelf is empty. Last week, it was trailer lights, and before that, it was electrical connectors. Most of the time, the employees lack enthusiasm, and I'll go elsewhere from now on.
Went here today for a battery replacement. I chose NAPA due to a long history of dealing with NAPA, and the exceptional service and high quality parts, backed by reasonable warranties, back in my small, rural hometown in SW Georgia. The associate, John, was very personable and his appropriate jokes were actually humorous lol. I can’t remember how the topic of me being a Veteran came up, but he gave me a discount, which I am very grateful for. They are not allowed to change batteries due to liability; however, he did provide, borrowed me with the tools, a nice ratchet set for doing so myself. I highly recommend NAPA, specifically this very convenient location, and even the associate, John. Thank you, John!
We had a car that we bought a battery here 2 years ago and into the dealership that they told us the problem was our battery. We went back to Napa and John helped us and provided excellent over the top kindness and service. He made a frustrating situation good and provided us with top notch customer service. This is why we are loyal to this business. Thank you John for your kindness!!!!
Great customer service by Steve! We ordered a part from IL Chicago and I had to wait a few days for the part to get delivered. Steve was very very helpful! I would definitely come back to this specific location just to shop with Steve!
They have competitive prices and good customer service. They just lack in availability of parts, e.g. looking for a specific battery and they didn't have anything except one style... though another store several miles away had 11 of the one I wanted.
I like buying my batteries at NAPA. So far they have always honor their warranty with no hassle, no doubting you, no tripple checking if you are lying like the other parts store. I highly recommend NAPA batteries for this kind reason.
The workers at the Osseo Napa Auto Parts are the best in the business. They really know what they are talking about and how to run their business. I always feel like a valued customer and never think I'm getting ripped off. These guys truly go above and beyond and it's more than appreciated!
Excellent help and parts availability!! OSSEO NAPA is one of the better Parts stores in the area. Large inventory and different levels/price points of parts often. Very good selection of automotive tools. If u can't find it somewhere give them a call, odds are they will have it. Had my HEATER FAN for a FORD TRANSIT when ford couldn't get one for a month.
Quick and knowledgable staff. Most of the automotive parts are servicable or even better than OEM, with different degrees of quality; of which NAPA will be honest about with thier recommendations.
I called for recommendations for a few parts, (rear shocks and transmission fluid), providing only the car model, and they had matchd specs and got the material ready by the time I arrived 20 minutes later. Even then, I was out of the store, in a hurry in >5 minutes.
Aside from the main automotive product, they have an assortment of very competitively priced tools like a full set of Milwaukee fuel items for I believe ~~ $400 discounted? Or these from craftsman (picture above)that are better priced than stuff at menards or homedepot, (I'm not aware of any other decently priced places).
Overall, NAPA has good prices for the product they carry. And exceptional when it comes to the helpfulness and expertise employees offer.
Unfortunately didn't buy anything because they didn't carry the OEM part I was looking for, but the staff was super eager to help and found the closest replacement to what I was looking for. Reasonably priced and well laid out store. Staff greets you immediately when you enter and makes sure you're taken care of.
Would definitely come again if I needed something.
My experience was very quick and rather small... but it was so easy with their help. I went in because a brake light was out. I walked in with a photo of the light that was out... they came out to take a look, grabbed the right part for me, and even installed it. It’s those quick little things that make a store worth going back to!
Good store with knowledgeable staff. However, the return policy is not good. I bought brake pads before my car was crashed, and even though they were current, never opened, and stamped NAPA, they refused to take them back.
I stopped in for wiper blades and Gene was the most helpful employee there!! He double checked the correct size in the computer, went out to my car & checked the attachments matched and then in the rain put the new blades on my car. What a great guy!! Thanks for helping, Gene!!
Came in early morning with a broken wiper blade and clueless about the size or how to change them. The kind employee behind the counter not only determined the size but came outside in freezing temps and installed the new blades. Wonderful customer service and great pricing!
These folks are great to deal with. It's nice to have counter people that actually know something about trucks/ cars, unlike many other places these days. And they have a huge selection of parts on hand, good quality stuff - worth paying a few dollars more.
Employees know a lot more than just how to look up parts on a computer. They give advice and knowledgeable. The normally have the parts in stock and if not get them very quickly for you. The store is always clean and the shelves are stocked neatly. I use then for both personal and work use.
