Osseo Auto is simply wonderful. Arron and his crew are simply the best! They are honest and fairly priced. I have been going to them since they were Champlin Auto. I will not trust anyone else with my cars.
Oil change and rear brakes, no turned or replaced rotors. Came to $643. They also tried to add more work, since they were already in there. Asked if it was necessary, "No, not right now." Back looking for an honest mechanic.

Free diagnostic was nice, they broke a sensor and I had to pay for half $150! My vehicle has more issues than before I brought it in. They are honest which is nice but $600 for brake pads is ridiculous takes 15 minutes.. hard pass next time
Incredibly friendly service every time we need to get work done. Any issues we have we are able to describe and they are quick to get back with the issue. Reasonable prices and well worth the drive out of the way to know our vehicle is in capable and caring hands!
My car had a spark plug issue which had been “fixed” at a previous mechanic. Osseo auto care replaced all four plugs at a more reasonable price. Service was also very fast. Overall, I’ll give them a 10/10.
One of the best automotive repair places on the planet. Their service, prices and quality speak for themselves. They usually book almost 2 weeks out, so call early and you will be completely satisfied. This isn't a nickel and dime place that you go in for one thing and they upsell you into repairs you don't need, or parts that are unnecessary. It's a locally owned small business rooted in quality and care for it's customers.
Always super happy with our service here. They might be the last honest auto shop in town. I don't feel like I'm going to be taken advantage of because I don't know a thing about cars. They're professional, quick, and always do a great job without breaking the bank.
Took my truck to a dealership, they charged $130 for diagnostics and wanted me to pay $2500 for repairs, Osseo automotive said all of the things the dealership wanted to fix were fine but I needed new front brakes. Lenny and his staff quoted me a fair price and the truck drives like brand new for less than 1/3rd of the price. Kudos to Lenny and his staff, they have gained a customer for life.
I heard about this shop a few years back on Facebook after asking for recommendations. At the time they were Champlin Auto Care. I was very satisfied with the work and price of the repair.
When I needed work done again I was so disappointed when I dropped in to schedule an appt and they weren't there anymore.
Thankfully I found they had moved to Osseo and used them again for repairs. Nothing has changed but the building. Same hardworking honest crew charging fair prices!!
This is the best shop I've ever found. They are so honest and have realistic, affordable prices. Tires plus was trying to scam me out of thousands of dollars until I wanted a second opinion so I brought it here. The issue on my jeep was an easy fix and only a few hundred dollars. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
I have been taking my cars to Aaron and his shop since I moved to Champlin and it’s been over a decade now. They are always so good at communicating the diagnosis and they never overcharge for their services. They have never once disappointed me for their services provided. I am happy to say that I have a friend now who will always give me a honest answers about my car any time I need one whether it’s a good or bad one.
I've been taking all of my vehicles to them for a while now. They are very prompt with getting the job done correctly. The prices they charge are more reasonable than other places in the Twin Cities.
I don't trust most mechanics. I've had some bad experiences. So when you find one that's amazing and trustworthy - you have to tell everyone. Aaron and his team were great! They're good people who do a great job. They found what was wrong with my Dad's car and communicated when the part had to be ordered and they needed to keep it overnight. The car drives so much better and no more horrible squeaky noises. Though it was nice knowing when my Dad pulled into my driveway. 🤭

I always feel like I am charged a fair price for any work done. They call and explain their diagnosis and my options before any work is done which I really appreciate I never feel pressure to have additional work done. Everyone I've spoken to is very friendly. This is my go-to mechanic.
I have gone to Champlin Auto for years and have always gotten treated amazing! These guys are top notch at what they do and are genuinely great people. They give fair prices and always try and work with you on scheduling even though they are always booked far out. They are very trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone!
I have been bringing my vehicles here for about 10 years now, the service is top notch. Its usually busy and you may have to wait a week or more for an appointment, that is because they have a lot of loyal customers. They fix what is broke and don't try to BS you or over charge. 5 stars, awesome garage to do business with.
Made an appointment for a Freon recharge since my AC wasn’t blowing cold air and they fixed it very quickly and explained the whole process to me in a very easy way to understand. In addition, they went above and beyond by removing my skid plate for no charge since I wanted to have it removed as I’ve had problems with it being loose. Customer service was impeccable! Highly recommend!!
Great guys. They were upfront about the cost to replace my brakes and then honest about what needed to be done. Zero upselling. Aaron and his staff of technicians as nd service men are absolutely outstanding!. Not only did they diagnose and resolve my air conditioning issue, but they monitored and rechecked the system multiple times to assure that there were no small leaks. Yesterday I came into Champlin Auto Care with a bolt and a screw jammed into my left back tire. The gentleman at the front desk from the very beginning was amazing and so much help. Besides it being lunch hour and most staff on break he took time out of his busy schedule to accommodate my needs. He very quickly got my car in the shop and patched my tire. I sincerely appreciate that kind of service and would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you again for such amazing service !

The customer service is amazing, and great prices. As an older single woman, they don't try to tell me I need this or that in addition to the issue I bring my vehicle in for. It's nice to have a shop I can go to, get honesty and great work at a price that would be hard to beat. Highly recommend!
