I really want to be able to give this place five stars, because they have a great selection of things and I enjoy browsing. However, they sell racist figurines and I find that deplorable and embarrassing in 2026. It's uncomfortable for your patrons to have to see these items, please do better.
It's been years since I've been at Hopkins Antique Mall. I remember Hopkins Antique Mall a bit smaller. Like I said it's been years since I have been at Hopkins Antique Mall. I found a small item that is cute and adorable. The Mall was busy today (2/7/26). Hopkins Antique Mall is very popular. Some of the articles are unique compared to other Antique Stores. I like the way Hopkins Antique Mall is laid out. Thank you for still being at the same address!!
While browsing this store, I realized that the vendors get most of the items from the local thrift stores in the area. “Reseller” from down the road. Pretty sad, the mark ups are so high.
The very moment I walked in to the store.The smell of patchouli was so pungent and nauseating. Every piece of clothing I looked at smells of patchouli. Sweaters, jackets, ties,etc. The smell has infested the lower level as well. I personally do not know what brainchild came up with this, but if you want to offend your shoppers, keep it up, I have shopped this store for many, many, many years. And this has only started happening within the last year or so. I personally will not come back unless something is changed.
Five stars if I had been able to shop without undue suspicion. Like many others mentioned, I was followed around the store by an employee. I let it go at the time but it was definitely unwarranted and over-the-top.
This place has a cool selection but we were followed around the store. A male employee was constantly appearing wherever we were and would “peak” into the aisle every single time we moved on to a new spot. Hard to enjoy your shopping experience when you’re not so subtly being accused of stealing.
Cool store and the gentleman by the door is nice but that's about it. It is a bunch of rude cranky women around this store! Not friendly at all and have a attitude about pretty much everything.
Hopkins Antique Mall. We had another great experience shopping ? at this store. Linda Lou and Linda Sue were very kind, fun & helpful with our shopping experience. ? Rosemary wanted us to leave our Chihuahua Darby boy with her ❤️. Please check this store out as you will find so many fun ? items!!!

When I asked to look at a couple of Hot Wheels cars in a case downstairs. The woman refused to let me touch anything in it and literally body blocked me when she opened it to keep me away from the case. Very rude and awkward, I wont be back.
The woman in charge of the jewelry was horribly rude both to me and to my son and his wife (who entered the store before I did). They warned me before I entered to flee and I should have heeded their warning and kept on walking. If you want to encourage folks to benefit from bad manners, go buy a ring from this one. Ridiculous.
I love antique stores that have you feeling like you're lost and confused about where you have already been. You'll be walking in circles here. However, that's how you spot things you missed. The hunting here is extremely fun. Prices vary from vendor to vendor. Whether you're looking to find a gem for a few bucks or something more notably valuable, you'll buy something.

This cute shop downtown Hopkins is loaded. So many great pieces! Appears that several dealers participate in selling their items which offers a larger selection than most antique stores. Two levels of uniqueness. Very clean. Very organized. Lots to see!
I have been traveling from Illinois for 4 years to shop here and was very familiar with the previous owner, who was always so kind and sweer.Since new ownership has taken over my family and I have been treated very disrespectfully. Being yelled at at the counter by the owner for separating out our orders at the counter or having something in the wrong place. Greeted with huffs and puffs and rude comments. Never a smile or pleasant comment. Recently I bought a table and chairs from the basement and was responded with...did you make arrangements with the owners to get it upstairs? What? You called them , I don't even know them. Such a wonderful store but such a shame to be treated that way. You work in retail, you should be courteous to your customers or not work the front desk!
The second best of the four Hopkins antique stores and I really like this place. They have an enormous selection (much of which is very high quality) with great hidden finds every time I've visited.
The vendors should take care with the conversations they have in the aisles though. I didn't need to hear the "woe is us" story about how people have realized how to go to the source of vintage clothing to buy direct rather than pay the vendor's flipped pricing. Yes,it means less stock for you to upsell, but if kids these days have figured out how to better pick clean the thrift shops with their limited income, more power to them.
I usually do not write reviews for Google but the jewelry prices are amazing! If you like vintage necklaces, earrings, rings, pins, etc. You will love this place! The woman who works the counter is very sweet and genuine. All earrings are given new backs and sanitized by her, usually around $1-3 per pair. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real vintage accessories.
Vendors have great items but customer service was terrible. We were screamed at for putting our items in the wrong spot, for standing in the wrong spot while waiting to pay and took forever to check out.
Not to mention the place was soo hot, it was like a sauna for grumpy people.
Next time I’ll take my $250 elsewhere.
I was extremely disappointed shopping at this store for the first time. I was excited to check this antique mall out as I’m a huge collector and I just moved to the cities.
I was followed throughout the whole store—like a hawk. Every time I moved to a different aisle, she was nearby and checking on me. It was so uncomfortable, I didn’t even feel comfortable looking at stuff or picking them up to look at it closer. My spouse mentioned that the lady was eyeballing my every move. he even was extremely uncomfortable too. Mind you, he’s black. No one else there was of color nor were they getting the same attention as us. she even mentioned to me that people can grab things easily and she’s keeping an eye out. That was very disrespectful and I decided to leave after that. I am not going to shop at a place that is indictating that I’m stealing when there are far better stores that are WAY more organized and respectful.
Also, their prices are high. Why am I paying 15$ for an Elvis record that might not work or be scratched when I can buy the same exact one on Amazon for 7$ with no damage ?
