Locked my keys in my car in Albert Lea, 5 hours from home. Called Deans & they had me back on the road in under a half hour. The driver was super nice & prices were more than fair. Thank you Deans Towing!!

Fast, efficient, friendly. Can’t ask for more than that. I’ve never had my car towed in a situation like this before, so I can’t speak to the value for the money, but if necessary, I will use Dean’s towing again.

Daughter put her car in the ditch during a snowstorm. Called another local company and they quoted $500. Called Dean's and did the job for much cheaper and quick service. The driver knew what he was doing and friendly. Zero damage to the car. Overall recommending Dean's for any towing service

Cecil, from Dean’s Towing, did an excellent job. My broken down vehicle was inconveniently parked on a busy street and he got it out and on the way to a shop in under 5 minutes. He was efficient, kind, and professional.

We were traveling from Wisconsin to South Dakota and broke down in Albert lea. Not only did our driver give us a tow, he followed us to O'Reilly's and then worked with the manager of O'Reilly's to test both our battery and our alternator. Following results of the test he recommended a service station followed us over to the service station. He then give us a ride back to our hotel from the service station. He called the following morning to inform us that he had already talked with the service station where we had parked our truck overnight and explained everything that he and the manager had O'Reilly's had done.We could not have had better service.

Superb service, very friendly staff, was a simple prearranged transport that went as conveniently and smoothly as could have been. I'm still waiting for my receipt but I'm sure it will be ready shortly. Thanks again for the excellent service and super friendly staff.

My wife and I experienced a flat tire on our motorcycle on I-90 on a Sat morning at about 830. After making a few calls, we were fortunate enough to contact Brandon of Dean's towing in Albert Lea. Hit a deer in the middle of nowhere. The driver got there very quickly and got the vehicle towed back to town without incident. The driver was very helpful figuring out how to get the truck back on pavement after crossing railroad tracks into field. Great job!

I was hit by a spare tire on the highway at 4:30pm on a Friday on our way to a wedding in Iowa. I wasnt sure if the car was driveable, and our driver really went the extra mile and called some shops he knew to see if someone could take a look at the car! Unfortunately it wasn't drivable, but I really appreciated the top notch service!

My family and I were on a road trip with the camper when our tow vehicle broke down and stranded us. Called Dean's on a recommendation. Not only did they tow the truck and camper for a very reasonable price, but allowed our family to set up the camper in their lot and provided us with an electrical connection for ~24 hours while the truck was getting fixed. When life gives you lemons, you hope to meet people who can turn them into lemonade. That's exactly what happened to us on what started as a perilous day on the interstate near Albert Lea. We found our saving grace in the form of Dean's Towing service, specifically a man named Cecil. Our day started off like any other family road trip. The luggage was packed, the kid was buckled up in the backseat, snacks were on deck, and the open road awaited us. The joy of the journey was abruptly interrupted when our car decided to surrender on the interstate. A flat tire, and to make matters worse, we were in a precarious spot on the soft shoulder, where changing the tire safely was nothing short of a Herculean task. Our first call of action, as anyone would presume, was to contact our insurance provider, Trip Away, followed by a backup call to State Farm. We expected swift aid. Sadly, our expectations met with stark disappointment. An agonizing five-hour wait ensued, with an increasingly restless child in the backseat and a constant stream of fast-moving vehicles unsettlingly close. As the minutes turned into hours, our frustration grew. The sun started to fade, and so did our hope of getting out of this predicament anytime soon. In an act of desperation, we decided to call Dean's Towing. And this, dear reader, was the moment the tides turned in our favor. Enter Cecil, our knight in shining armor, the towing expert from Dean's who would end up saving our day. First time doing business with them. Fast response & good price. Driver communicated the whole entire time, very thorough & very professional! Towed the semi truck with a belly dump trailer attached to it with no problems. If I need a tow for any of my other trucks, I'm calling them first!

We were about to leave for an appointment a couple hours away and my son accidentally locked the keys in the van. I called another place first and they said it would be about 1-2 hours for someone to come. I than called dean's and they were there within 20 min of making the call. He was friendly, fast, and affordable . Everything was stress free (besides being late for the appointment & the keys being locked in of course ) . I would definitely recommend!

Car would not start. Tried charging battery for two hours with a trickle charger. Still would not start. Business was referred to us by car dealership. Technician was prompt at getting to our home. He got the car started in less than a minute. Wish I would have called for service two hours previous. He also gave us some good advice. The car sits idle in our garage while we are in Arizona for the winter. He advised us to unhook the battery while we are gone. Car dealership agreed. Technician was friendly and courteous. Will definitely use Dean’s Towing again, if needed.

Blew a tire on the highway and then our battery died waiting for roadside assistance for over 2 hours. After being told our service provider wasn't coming we called Dean's. Josh got to us in under a half hour. Was extremely friendly and courteous. Made sure we were safe and warm. Got to work trying to lower our spare tire (no factory tools in the truck.) Ended up trying two different locations to get the right tool to drop the spare. Couldn't have been happier with the service he provided. Wish more tow truck drivers were half as good as he is.

I needed a tow at 9pm on a Sunday. After trying other tow companies Deans we’re able to help me. They were friendly, fast acting and professional. Fair price on top of it. They really saved my butt.

Great people to work with ! I called 9PM to have a truck picked up at our shop and swapped with another one 6 hours away. They picked up at 10:30 and had the swap done before 6am the next day. There quick response time meant my driver had zero down time and we had a Happy customer. I would recommend Deans for all your towing needs / Fast Professional service.

We went far into the ditch on 35w after hitting a slick spot. We called Dean’s Towing and we’re lucky to get Cecil! He was out to us immediately and was really great at his job! We were probably a 100 feet into the ditch and he got us out with no problem! So happy I called this company! Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my car not starting. I called my trustworthy company for car repairs at Collins Auto only to be informed that they were a month out on taking appointments. They recommended that I call Dean's Towing which provides other services besides towing. I called them and explained my situation. Cecil arrived promptly, fixed my problem immediately on site, and was very helpful in answering all my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with a friendly and professional employee. I highly recommend them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BTW the red, white and blue truck was adorned with a hugh stars and stripes eagle on the hood. As a vet it did my heart good to see this display of patriotism. ???♥️

Blew a front tire on the side of the interstates hour from home with 3 kids by myself. My roadside connected me with Dean’s but I’m glad they did. They were quick to arrive and made quick of getting my spare tire that was under the middle of my van. The driver asked how much longer I had to go and switched tires around for safer travel. Had us all back on the road in a short time time frame which was appreciated as my littles were getting restless. I was very appreciative!!
