We purchased a motor from LKQ Albert Lea that had a crack on the bottom of the oil pan. Not a huge deal but not expected. Once the LKQ motor was installed in the vehicle and raised on the hoist we discovered the crack. I took a look at the location the motor sat in the shop a few days before install and found the floor covered with oil the same size spot as the pallet the motor came in. Their warranty does not cover this. I was told they would ask the boss and never received a return phone call so I called back and was told the boss confirmed this is not covered by warranty. So I am stuck having to fix the LKQ motor without any type of offer to help at all with that additional cost and time it will now take.

Nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. After numerous calls, I finally got someone to answer. Unfortunately, customer service isn't their strong suit. Very rude person answering the phone. Hard to give a good review at this point.

Saved me big money!! Dealership was charging me $1,200.00 Got same part for $81.78. ... Brake booster was the part I got. Installed and good to go now... Thanks LKQ!!

Was ok. Didn't have parts pulled. Parts listed under used parts tend to be pulled already. Seems alright. Customer service was good.

I've called this location after multiple calls finally some guy answer. When I told parts I'm looking for hung up. Rude dude I try again no answer. Good luck if you calling this place

Stopped here with my dad to drop off a bumper they were going to send to get rechromed. Turns out my dad knew the guy that was working there and it made for a good little conversation. Although I didn't do any business with this company, they were very helpful in solving the issue my dad had.

Super friendly and helpful. If they don't have it, they will get from their nationwide network.

If I could I would rate this a 0. I work with an elder client who has been trying to reach out to this company for about 5 days he never gets answered so I decided to call just to get transferred to a extension that was invalid. This is very unprofessional and service neglectful. People count on products and this has delayed him to get his car running and missing important things. Please take your time else where as this place is no good for service.

They hung up on me twice, clearly they have some things to figure out. It might be a better choice to buy parts from a business that knows how phones work.

Now that all Car junkyards are gone, LKQ has market cornered and junk parts are almost as expensive as new.

I couldn't reach the right department on the phone and the guy said he was going to send me to the right department and then the computerized voice kept saying that the number sequence I entered was incorrect for any department, to please enter one. And I did enter one, and then it said the same thing about the wrong number sequence and then enter one, and so forth over and over I did it trying to get a different result with no such luck!! Then I went on line to try to find the part again and that was like trying to find a needle in a haystack!! What a joke!! I DO NOT recommend going here if you need to try to find a part!!

I'm not sure when it became a thing, but there is no option to talk to anyone directly unless you're a dealership or a garage or you want to talk to an accountant. They redirect you towards their online website which is extremely inconvenient when you're trying to get a part that you need ASAP, but I do remember in the past they were very good. Right now I'm just annoyed that they didn't answer the phone or does not an option to talk to somebody

So if you like automated phone systems & menu's! Then this is the place for you! ?

Any part you need for your vehicle, they'll get it for you.

After doing a bit of reaserch I found LKQ who were not only polite on the phone but also found the part I needed. I will come back for more parts if I need any for my car.

Pulled in to unload..nobody here. Truck pulled in after us. Loader came and unloaded us last. Really??!! You should keep track of who's in line.

Not pleased, should have read the comments first before driving there and figuring out they close at 3pm

Told to pick up part today by 5, closed at 3 and part wasn't even pulled. Drove 50 miles round trip. Yep

The Albert Lea location has fabulous employees. The customer service reps on the phone leave a lot to be desired, however.

Very good price on use parts fast and they have all parts you need

After comparing their prices to Misgens, I won't ever purchase auto parts from here again. Plus, LKQ is harder to work with and their policies for pick up and return aren't as good as Misgens.

The gentleman was extremely helpful and didn't sell me things I didn't need. I would recommend him to anyone in the area

These guys are awesome to deal with. Had great service and got an excellent deal on a good used engine. I look forward to doing more business in the future. My sales rep even called me back shortly after I picked up my engine just to thank me for my business.

Very polite and helpful staff. Reasonable prices also.
