These guys went above and beyond. Back tire on my motorcycle blew out. They answered the phone, got a solid guy out there and set me up. Not only that, gave me a ride home. Hard working and responsive and had the right equipment. South metro go to for towing and roadside service.

The tow driver broke the key in my son’s car when he was in the process of getting it on the truck bed. It was literally stuck and repair shop stated that is how they got the car from the tow shop. So either the shop lied or the tow driver and the company never disclosed this to us or admitted to it! They are not accredited on the BBB So this is our review of them. Shady company with plenty of other tow companies to choose from!

Super fast and reliable service! My partner had one of their back tires blow out coming home from work and within 40 minutes they finished up another tow and had my partner's car dropped off at a local repair shop!

Jesse was great! Came from way across the metro to tow my car, coming earlier than I expected. Gave me a ride to the repair location, a super-friendly guy. Cost was less than I expected.

My car broke down badly while out of town for a fishing tournament at 1AM. I had called around for hours and nobody in my area would help me, I was even in my hotel parking lot and would have been happy getting pulled 50 feet. Suburban towing went out of their way to not only recover someone from another town, but the driver then went above and beyond and was able to bring me 70 miles back to my home with my car in the middle of the night without paying a ridiculous price per mile. If you are in need of help from an honest business, you won’t find any better than Suburban Towing and Recovery.

My car broke down and almost caught on fire. I called suburban towing, and the driver Jesse made it to me in a very quick time, considering I was in Eagan. Jesse calmed me down and towed my car and was nice enough to give me a ride to the junk yard with my car. I was very happy with my service with them!

When you need someone to rescue you on the side of a busy highway in rush hour traffic, they need to be reliable and good. Jesse was that person today when I needed a hero. The professionalism of Jesse, as well as Rachel who set me up, was above and beyond my expectations. The best part of my experience was getting to my mechanic's shop and finding out Suburban Towing is their go-to professionals! I would call again, and will absolutely refer anyone in need of a hero! Highly professional, compassionate, and so fair with prices!

Backed into a snow drift instead of down the driveway today. Suburban Towing saved the day - promptly arrived to pick me up and take me to my stuck vehicle. They went "above and beyond" to make sure my car was back on the road within about an hour of my call. I hope not to NEED their services anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely call them again. Highly recommend.

This company towed my vehicle out of an apartment lot when I had a notice from the landlord saying that lot cleaning was the next day and that was when we need to move cars by, I brought the notice with when I picked up my car but there was no interest in weather they had made a mistake or not. They Initially provided the wrong address then played games on the phone because there was no way they could make a mistake, they finally provided the address 5 minutes before close so I would be charged another days fee. All in all my landlord reimbursed me for the tow, still this was a miserable experience and this company needs to realize that they are not without error.

I had an excellent experience with Suburban Towing. Mike & Jessie were very professional, timely and did a great job with our trailer. We had them tow a 32' trailer in some very tight quarters and their skills are second to none. Highly recommend and I'll be back!

Where do I start. This morning I went out and tried to start my car -20 outside and the battery was dead. I had been trying to jump it for about 30 minutes, I was about to give up when one of your companies drivers happened to be driving through the neighborhood and thankfully stopped. He said I needed to be using better cables, (of course this happens when my husband is out of town and I could not find our heavy duty cables). He, asked if I would like for him to help and had my car started in less than 3 minutes. I wish I would of gotten his name. It all happened so quickly, he was like a knight in shining armor swooping in saving the day and then gone just like that. I cannot begin to thank him enough.

Does not provide the required safety attire, ended buying my own at the expense of about 300 dollars after working a call late night and having to call local sheriff to spot me after almost being hit several times. Also expects you to be able to pull over just about anywhere which is impractical as the calls are dispatched via cell phone call. It is unethical to be able to pull just anywhere and deem be off the road in a safe manner.

Called Suburban Towing to tow my poor broken down car. They arrived in a reasonable time (ok, not sure of time as I was chatting on the phone). The operator was great, hooked up my car and we were on our way. I will definitely use them again!!! Thanks

These guys are the best towing service anyone can ask for. They went above and beyond to help me in a very bad situation. They could have said no more than once just trying to get my car on to and off the flatbed. Much thanks to Jesse for all the hard work he did helping me out.

Predatory towing at its worst. Our car was towed from a private lot in St. Paul to the middle of nowhere in Hastings. Over 25 miles away and $327, of course they only took cash. One of the owners of the business they towed us from told us that they just wait outside the parking lot for victims. They charged us for 2 days worth of storage even though we tried to pick it up the night of the towing and they claimed they were closed. Then charged us again the next day even though we were there as soon as they opened. Mike, the guy working the desk was a gem. He let his cat crawl all over us while simultaneously being hostile and uncooperative with any questions we had. He didn't want to give us any information about his company, but to be fair, he didn't ask us for any either. As soon as he had the $, he gave up the car. No DL, no Title, nothing. Sooo, if you want a decent car real cheap, go see Mike with $327 in cash and I guess you can have your pick. If you ever have your vehicle towed by this company, I would bring a police officer with you. Extremely shady.

Very rude when i question how they are towing my vehicle and tell me they tow them all the time this way? Tow manual specifically says all 4 wheels must be off the ground no exception for electronic 4 wheel drive. I wouldn't recommend this company. To the owners comment i expect the professional tow company to know right from wrong, you were coming to pick up a 2014 f150 4x4, tow manual specifically states CAUTION DO NOT TOW ANY VEHICLE WITH ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CASE WITH WHEELS ON THE GROUND ALL WHEELS MUST BE OFF THE GROUND. Just as your rude reply back that I should request a flatbed doesn't make sense, i don't tow vehicle's as a professional so i wouldn't think to tell you how to do your job. Next time i need a professional i will research how to do the job first so i can make sure its done right. Thanks for the suggestion. By the way how do you shift a 2014 f150 transfer case into neutral? Never mind you cant.

Laurie who answers the phone was so understanding and helpful we were stranded in Prescott and she got Jessie the told gentleman to get us within 45 minutes and he got us back to Hastings in no time and he was so polite and nice and took care of us and my car. Very reasonable priced very very nice people I recommend them to anyone. They are based in Hastings Minnesota. ?

These guys came through for me in a pinch and after a previous company absolute towing failed spectacularly. I contacted the dodge road side assistance and they set me up with absolute they were first 75 min then 30 then 45 then 90 I called dodge back canceled them after that company said themselves mabye u should try something else. So dodge called these guys and set me up I contacted them and told them what happened the original quote was 75 minutes but after I called they must have moved me up in the que because they were there within 25 minutes. I highly recommend these guys not sure their cost because dodge payed it but professional courteous and great to deal with!!!!!

This is a dishonest operator. Last night my car, along with all of my neighbors vehicles, were towed off the street; 8 in total. There were signs on every door mandating we all park on the street because of the construction. Yellow tape up blocking driveways, piles of debris and a huge dumpster in my driveway. ANYONE would have recognized the circumstances, and he did as well. While I was waiting in his office he told an employee over the phone that a "manager called" and asked that the vehicles be towed. Never happened. He says he had a contract...I checked. No contract. let's see you produce one in court. He left moms and dads stranded today with no cars so he could make a quick buck. 276 a pop. He's going to lose this contract. I'm contacting the board of every other association in cottage Grove, the better business bureau, and a civil attorney. DO NOT REWARD HIM WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

I called at 6:30 a.m. after having called a competitor who did not answer their phone. Suburban Towing & Recovery answered the phone within 4 rings. The person who answered was very upbeat and cheerful. She assured me that they would send someone out within the hour. The tow truck arrived 40 minutes later and had me hooked up and ready to go within 15 minutes. The driver was polite and professional and I was charged a reasonable rate. I'm very happy with the service I received.

I called a tow truck this evening after skidding across the median and hitting a deep snow bank. They made it from Hastings to Woodbury in a fraction of the time compared to other companies (it was less than 30 minutes when they arrived), even with icy roads, strong winds, and frigid temperatures. Their price was slightly less (about $25) than competition which I also appreciated. It's amazing how fast a vehicle get cold without heat. I really appreciate the fast action of Suburban Towing and will definitely refer others to use their services. THANK YOU!!!
