They immediately came after my accident. When a lady hit my vehicle doing an illegal u turn this company came and quickly removed my totaled vehicle from the scene and even gave me a ride home. They released it to my insurance company and made the payment process easy. Highly recommend using them.

My bank had my Jeep recovered by this company. When we both called, this company claimed to not have the vehicle in their possession. Escalating to legal as no one has any direction as to where the vehicle is now.
This tow truck company was the only one we called able to give us a time estimate in the blizzard. Tow trucker who showed up was on time, extremely friendly, and able to get us out of the snow bank! He even went the extra mile to tow us further onto the on ramp to a relatively snow free area so we could make it back onto the highway. I would highly recommend.

Mike was incredibly rude and even hung up on me. All I wanted was to get my tools from my car and he yelled at me and hung up. If you are a business, do not use this service, they will be horrible to your customers

I own another towing company. I received a call about a vehicle in the water. After a Google search I came across Corey and American Towing. He was super chill. It was like I'd known him forever. He showed up with all the equipment and help. He allowed me to use my tow truck and he and his team just did the diving. I thought that was pretty cool of them. I'd use them if I broke down.
