Will absolutely never bring another part here or shop here again

My car broke down on my way through brainerd and it was the only place to pull into that was safe, they let me fix my car and ever offered assistances. Never complained about me there after hours or being in the way. Would absolutely recommend them

Not the friendliest staff, but always helpful in finding what I need.

Always helpful people but don't buy the AGM marine batteries, used to get 5-7 years out of them, now they last 2, with only a one year warranty. In that case you might as well buy Costco batteries....

Battery was under the warranty. They checked it out and we left with a new battery! Very Happy!!

Quick stop for a fuse pack to which they had. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.

They help me with the fluids that I needed for my vehicle. The guy was even nice enough to put it in for me even though it was very cold. Because I was having trouble myself. I really appreciated him going above and beyond the call of duty to help me out.

I went in to get headlights for my escape. They had the brights on stock but not the low beams. The gentleman who helped me said they should be in the next day, so I paid for them and went in the next day to get them. They were very helpful there.

Great experince here. I needed to complete a wheel bearing project before heading back to Colorado. I had rusted part that was seized and even though the machine shop was not open Tom helped me out by pressing out the part himself. Saved me big time and got me back to Colorado on time. Thanks.

The machine shop on the back is top knotch and the store up front is a joke. Everyone is absolutely lost and don't have any good customer skills. Oriellys will be more the happy to have my service.

Cayden and Tom were the best. I stopped at 3 auto parts shop before, and nobody gave me the service like these guys. They helped me troubleshoot a small problem that turned big, found me the right parts, and got me set up to fix my truck. Thanks guys!! I’ll see ya the next project.

Cayden recently looked for brake booster and master cylinder for my old 78 Dodge truck. He was very accommodating and made some calls. Brandon even helped him to suggest a place to call. Cayden was patient and used all his resources to help me. Lynn you should be proud of your team.

Have 98 chevy truck. Wiper motor not working. I called in to check on new motor price an was given quote on price. Was then asked on what was wrong with part. I know not working DU! But he said about problem that was known on that motor an another fix but easier. Said check out board. They do stock it an it is cheaper. I went in an got part. Went home 2 minute job works great. He could have said nothing an sold me new motor. It still would have worked. To me this shows his knowledge an integrity! This is SOMETHING you don't see at a lot of places any more.

Staff was very helpful in answering our questions and making sure we had the correct product.

-25 below temp yesterday. My battery went dead even after a jump start. I called Napa for a quote on battery and installing it...I don't have someone that can do that for me. Before he even answered me with a price he said ...it's too cold out for that. I won't do it. Ok guess they don't want my business

Good crew- (THEY COULD SMILE MORE) they try hard to get you what you need- 5 stars is perfection 4 stars is good 3 is fair 2 is needs improvement 1 is- ya- ain't happenin- not coming here again I rate them a 4 overall for the service this past year-PARTS are a few dollars more but your ALWAYS getting a premium type part here GIVE THE BAXTER NAPA A CHANCE NEXT TIME YOU NEED AUTO HELP!

Service was quick here. I needed a new thermostat for my truck. I came in and he upsold me to the fail safe thermometer for extra cash. 40 bucks for a thermostat that's 12 dollars on Amazon. Great. Even better, I got home and tested it a pot of hot water before I installed it. It was faulty. So I drove all the way back and got the cheaper one. 30 bucks for a 7 dollar part on Amazon. Great. That one I tested as well and it actually worked. Got my truck up and running but it wasn't my best auto parts experience for sure. Not their fault though, so I'm not giving a negative rating.

The guys were great bought some golf cart batteries needed 6 they had 5 they got one from another store the next day

1st time ever using this auto store. was quoted one price if we took the peices out by our selfs and then the next day they charge us more for something we already did to not have to pay the extra for them to do it. employees were really rude to my husband. will never be back again! I'll stick with O'Rellys never have we ever been treated with such disrespect! shame on them. lost my business and to tell my husband as he walks out we dont need your business anyways... smh

Great customer service. Brad helped me with a tricky older spark plug need and his knowledge and care to be very complete in his research was awesome.
