We ordered our soft-sided topper and tonneau cover package and racks for our canoe along with weatherstripping from this store. It is a Radco product. They sell it. My husband spent over 10 hours and 3 separate visits to the store before the product was properly installed. They tried to make him pay for more weatherstripping after they forgot to install it in the first go round. We just got the final installation done yesterday so the jury is still out on whether it is done correctly. I am disappointed in this whole process because we
work very hard to be able to buy this fairly expensive product and our time is also worth something. If you do not know how to install the product properly you should not sell the product.
I ordered an LED light online from RADCO for $69.99 on 08/04/2025.
RADCO shipped the product via UPS on 08/06/2025.
UPS claimed they delivered the package on 08/09/2025.
I never received it.
I contacted RADCO on 08/12/2025 and indicated that I hadn't received the package.
Brian Z with Radco wrote back on 08/13/2025, 'It appears that you may have fallen victim to poarch (sic) pirates. Is it possible that someone else in the household could have brought the packages inside and forgot to tell you where they put them? Because the tracking shows delivered and the picture is at your address I will not be able to file a lost package claim with UPS.'
I replied back on 08/13/2025, 'No, no one else in my household has the package. Either replace the product or I will do a chargeback on my credit card'.
Brian Z with RADCO replied back on 08/13/2025,'I apologize that you were a victim of theft. Your order was shipped and delivered correctly. There is nothing more Radco can do.'
At no time did RADCO offer a refund. At no time did RADCO offer to replace the package/ship me a new one. I don't understand why they won't file a claim with UPS.
I contacted my credit card company on 8/13/2025 and disputed the charge.
The representative at the credit card company was shocked at RADCO's response.
I was granted a credit on the charge by my credit card company.
I think it is fair to say that I am very unsatisfied with how I was treated and the fact that RADCO did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Basically, they told me that it was a 'me' problem.
I will not be ordering from RADCO again.
Probably one of the lamest companies I've ever dealt with. I had to call him to see if the parts are in. Took over 2 and 1/2 hours to install a lift that are completely incompetent
It really doesn't get any better than this!
Pulled in close to closing on our way back towards Bemidji, on April 30th. My brother had picked up a truck 7 pin to topper harness, at the Burnsville location, for our truck. The kit he got ended up being shy of two harness connector ends. The folks at this location went way out of their way. One of employees, I think the manager, went and got a kit from back in their shop, to show me just what I was missing, in the kit. Another employee ask me what year and model truck we had, he then explained to me how to run the wires in the vehicle. It was busy at the time on their showroom as well as their shop. Talk about customer service!

Father in law had his topper replaced for a leer defect after Radco took photos and advocated for free replacement. Installed the replacement at no charge! Very satisfied with customer service would return again.
Purchased a "new" Leer 100XR from them and it was a horrible experience. Paint is extremely scratched, fiberglass chipped in the front, and the install was done by an amateur, to say the least. They didn't bother to clean the windows, and there was dirt covering the inside. My guess it that it sat outside for years.
Everything has been a disaster with them. Back window on the topper shattered for no reason which did get replaced. The window by the cab just fell out driving down the road and they wouldn't do anything about it because it was a week out of warranty. Hydraulics on the back window worked for about 3 months before giving out. Also won't cover that. Everyone there is about as friendly as a rock and absolutely no help at all.
The first time I ever went to Radco truck. I had them put a new tonneau cover on my 2019 f150. I was really impressed with he service I received from staff. They all seem to know all the product there were selling. Also, they installed a new tonneau cover. I was impressed with how fast they installed the tonneau cover. I was expecting an hour, but they were done in 45 minutes. I differently will stop back for anything I need for my truck.
Bought a new topper yesterday, didn't go 1/4 mile and front window fell out into the box, went back and guy at counter was like didn't care
He went and got tech and he's like not my fault I don't touch the windows. He put it back in and weather strip was hanging loose.
He was all put out He had to take window out and fix it right.
Bottle of touch up paint that came with it was broke and leaked out.
Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else, if you need service you won't get it here.
Made an appointment for Monday afternoon. Drove an hour, when we arrived we were told we had to reschedule (NO prior communication from Radco). Rescheduled for the following week, 8am appointment, to have a leveling kit installed. This should take less than 2 hours (I'm being generous with that time frame). We dropped the truck off at 8am, we called at 10:15 for a status update. We were told it would take until 4:00. We are still waiting and it's almost 5:00pm. I do not hold the employees at fault, this is extremely poor management to over book and over work their staff. I can honestly say we cannot be future customers.
Had a fifth wheel hitch installed a couple weeks ago. Had an appointment for 8 am install, actually dropped my truck off the day before. The install was suppose to take about four hours. I called at noon and they told me it would be done about 1:00 pm. I stopped by at 1:30pm the truck still wasn’t done and I was told for liability reasons they wouldn’t be able to complete the installation. They never did give me a reason for this. Stopped by again at 2:30 pm. Truck still not done. I told the counter person either install completely or I want a refund on some of the labor. They agreed to install the rest of the hitch. Truck was finally done at 3:30pm. Had to reschedule my appointment to pick up my fifth wheel. When I got home, I started looking at the install. It had been installed backwards. I had to go back on Saturday to get installed correctly. I have left to messages for the manager to call me back. So far no response. I had a terrible experience. STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE AT RADCO. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Great store both retail and online. Had a small issue with a color fading on a Westin nerf board and Brian Z in customer care took great care of my needs. Had a replacement pair to me in less than a week and great communication!
Had a LEER topper installed. Seamless process from filling out the questionnaire online, receiving a sales call, making an appointment and installation. Tom the technician in the back was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Strongly recommended!
they're ok if you go in just to buy stuff and leave but got this very expensive steps installed by them and i think they should of just called back saying they couldn't do it instead.
Great experience buying a new Leer Topper for our 2020 Tundra! Great service and great price. Aaron and the crew were awesome! Will definitely be back to buy a few more accessories!
Ordered a topper from Aaron for our brand new F150. He explained all of the options for the different brands, etc and we chose a Leer. With our work hours, it was difficult for us to get the truck in to have the topper installed. Aaron offered for me to drop off the truck in the morning and he personally drove me to work...all before their scheduled time to open the store. He called when it was finished (only a couple hours later) and again picked me up from work and brought me back to the store. Where else would you find someone who would do that?!? One of the technicians went thru the different options on the topper and pointed out a few things before I left. The topper looks great (even though at first I wasn’t keen on the idea of having one in the first place) and we are very happy with everything. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a topper or any other accessories for their vehicle. Will definitely bring it there again for some additional things we would like to purchase for our new truck!!!
Happen to stop in to kill some time while we were in the Baxter/Brainerd area and check new topper prices for our new truck and found they were competitive with dealers in our home area of Grand Rapids. We were so impressed with the staff and their knowledge we ended up ordering our new topper from them and when the topper arrived we drove down and the guys did a great job! We have plans to use these guys for all our truck accessory needs!
Radco staff members helped me with the purchase of my kayak carrier, a Hullavator, that works amazingly well to lift the kayak onto the vehicle with one-person operation. I am asked about it all the time. It's a great product for kayak transport. Radco was professional and personable and quick to create a fix when the specs for the install weren't secure. They also went above and beyond by taking the kayak cradle off for me at no charge so my vehicle could fit into my tiny garage during the winter and offered to install it again in time for summer. Great customer service and a place that stands by the products they sell and their work. Thanks to the Baxter Radco crew summers are even better.
Have worked with Aaron and Blaine on many projects in the past. Was in need of new Weather Tech liners for a recent vehicle purchase while 1,900 miles away from Baxter. Was actually faster and more affordable to have the Radco team ship them out directly to us rather than to purchase/order where we were. Outstanding job as always.
Aaron was fantastic to work with today. I called this morning to inquire about a part and when I came in after work, he remembered my name and exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to offer me a cup of coffee and invited me to stay inside while he braved the temps and took the time to personally install my weather tech floor mats to ensure they fit properly. Friendly and inviting environment. Will definitely shop there again for vehicle accessories.
I recently purchased a used pickup and was in need of some accessories for it. I went in Radco for the first time ever and warmly welcomed by salesmen Joe, who was very knowledgeable with the products, we ended up purchasing nerf bars and we made an appointment to have them installed, the install went very quickly and I was very pleased with the quality work done. We have since been back and purchased other products that they have installed. GM Aaron and assistant manager Blane have been very professional and friendly. Radco is becoming my regular truck accessory store.......
This place is awesome. I was offered a cup of coffee right away. The store manager (Aaron) was very helpful helping me with my topper purchase (leer 122). The color was a perfect match to my GMC truck. It was installed by the service teem in less then an hour. I will be shopping here again for the next upgrade to my truck. Thanks Radco team of Baxter.
After purchasing my new (used) truck, I went to Radco to "dress it up". I really had no idea what I wanted or needed but Jim, Aaron and the guys were so helpful and easy on my budget. The install was great and my truck looks amazing now! Customer service is key to me and they have it!!
We purchased a vehicle last week and called around for pricing to add a hitch to it. Of the numerous places we called, Radco was the cheapest and gave me the best customer service over the phone. Everyone at Radco was pleasant to deal with - both over the phone and in person. When my husband tried to add even more accessories to the vehicle, Aaron actually explained to us why that was not a good idea - which I appreciated! We ended up buying more than we expected because we felt like this was a good, old fashioned kind of business that was honest and didn't just want to make a buck.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience - from the friendly first phone call to the quick installation schedule to the clean and inviting show floor. We will definitely use Radco for all of our accessory needs - and will recommend them to all our friends!

I was really happy Radco had the WeatherTech floor mats in stock when I stopped to purchase my first pair. I was glad then, but I'm happier now--those things are great! Winter in Minnesota means tracking a lot of the outside into the car, and it is good to know my car is protected. Great service, great product!
I have purchased several accessories for my F-150 from Radco. They have a great selection and the product quality is top of the line. The showroom floor service and installation quality is second to none. I would highly recommend Radco if you are looking for any vehicle accessories.
I have purchased the Weather Tech floor mats for three vehicles, windshield wipers that are the best I have ever had along with tow straps and other items. The customer service at this store is outstanding. Aaron and his crew do their part to be part of the community as well. Whenever I need something for that hard to buy for person, a gift certificate from RADCO makes everyone happy!
