I can't remember if I reviewed Clark last week or not - thought I did but don't see it!
Called Clark a little after noon on Sunday 12/28. He asked so many good questions about our towing needs that I was sure he was the guy to get us out. He brought the right equipment & was prepared to get us out on the first try - stuck 100 yds off the main road in a place marked "Snow Mobiles only!" and we weren't a snow mobile!

They were the AAA service to jumpstart my car. Grateful for the excellent service. Good to know they also do long haul towing in those situations you really never want to be in.
Extremely grateful and pleased with the service provided. Google led us down a road we had no business going and we ended up sliding off a soft shoulder. Vehicle was perpendicular to the road in a very difficult to get to location. Called North Coast. I literally had to give GPS coordinates that is how far off the roads we were. NC arrived as quickly as could be expected and showed their level of expertise by pulling our vehicle up and back onto the road. A+++
Very happy with North Coast Towing! Had issues with my motorcycle on a Sunday afternoon. Very reasonably priced and fast service to get it from Grand Marais to Silver Bay. Friendly and highly recommended!
Very professional and exceptional service! Communication was excellent and they were extremely helpful with our unfortunate situation that required vehicle extrication from a very steep ditch and vehicle delivery from the Gunflint Trail back to the Twin Cities for repairs.
I am cannot recommend Clark and this company enough. Him along with the fellow townspeople saved my two friends and I when our car broke down on Hungry Jack trail. We were in a panic and AAA was of no help. Clark showed up at 10pm and towed our car and gave us a ride down to Grand Marais. When we got to the car shop we realized the hotel was a far walk away and we would have to carry all of our stuff with us for several blocks. I asked if Clark can give us a ride to the hotel. He so kindly hooked the car back up, gave us a ride to the hotel, waited with us to make sure we got inside our room and then drove back to car shop to drop our cars. We expected this to be a hefty bill but it was SO reasonable. Clark was kind, flexible, understanding, and ethical. He didn’t take advantage of our situation at all. God bless this man and what he does for weary down on their luck travelers. I highly recommend Clark and his towing service.
This is a great company! There for you when you really need help! On my way back south from Grand Marais, I broke down in my Sprinter van in Silver Bay, MN. Upon finding a shop that could repair it, I needed it towed there, so I had North Coast Towing come and tow it. After speaking with the owner, he assured me they would get me where I needed to go. His son came with a heavy duty flatbed tow truck, got it loaded, and we were on our way. He drove about 70 miles to get to me in Silver Bay, then towed me about 65 miles further south before returning to his area. I just want to say thank you for going out of your way to go above and beyond for me.
I got stuck up the gunflint trail on hungry jack road, the man that came out there was on time and very kind, and the pice was very reasonable.

These guys are the TOPS in their business! I have used them off and on for 20 years. Recently Clark went out of his way, 100 miles round trip! to help us change a truck tire. (Our tow company couldn't find anyone else who would do it.). Very neighborly indeed and just good, honest folk.
We were at Cascade Lodge stranded with a flat and AAA was of no help. I called the number at 5pm on a Friday and Clark answered and showed up 45 min later to help us out. We were ready to enjoy the remainder of our vacation within 10 minutes. Stellar service and professionalism. He even recommended a shop to go to the next morning ti get the main tire fixed so I wouldn’t have to stay on the spare for the rest of our vacation. Seriously, thank you SO MUCH Clark!
I was in a bind as my classic car crapped out on Highway 61 as I was delivered by the first tow to the US border via pigeon river. North Coast came all the way up to Grand Portage and took me and the car to Duluth where I was heading. Ryan knew exactly what to do and was very professional loading and unloading the car. Excellent job. A bit pricey, but it was a long tow up in those parts. Thank you!

Ryan responded promptly early in the morning to my call for a jump needed for my dead battery. He was easy to work with and gave excellent service. I recommend him.
I had car troubles that needed to be addressed by my Chevy Dealer in Minneapolis. North Coast picked me up from the Grand Portage Casino at 12.30am and drove me and the broke-down car through the night. Impressive!
called these guys sat may 19th to see if they could put our 40ft boat in the water on Sunday may 20th came at 8 am prompt service and backed her right in great service didnt catch the names of drivers but tell them they did great work and come down to the rockin Robyn sometime this summer so we can thank them and take a boat ride and some fishing for your service..
