I can’t say enough good things about these guys . Mark and his crew Are very Professional .He got my car in out in 1 day .
So I bought a car for my wife and I was told that the brake line or the caliper could be bad so I called up LENFER automotive & transmission I talked to a Gentlemen, by the name of Mark . I told Mark what was going on with the car what I thought it was he told me to bringing it in that they’d take a look at it. Mark and his crew found the problem very quickly. We agreed on a price Mark and his crew had my car in and out before the end of the day. I would recommend these guys to anybody and I will in the future. They are very professional in their craft.

These guys know their stuff. I had brought my wife a car. I was told the brake line or the brake caliper could be bad on the car when I purchased it. I called up. LENFER automotive & transmission I talked to a gentleman by the name of Mark i told mark what was told to me about the car .Mark told me to bring it in that he would take a look at it. I asked Mark if it cost me anything for him to look at it cause I had already called five different places around the Stacy North branch area and every place told me a different price. just to look at your car one place try to charge me 180.
Just to look at your car. Mark told me He would look at it for free, but if he had to dig into it, it would cost me $35.i was happy to hear that. I took my car in. Mark and his crew found the problem very quickly We agreed on a price. They had my Car out by the end of the day.
These guys are amazing. I would recommend these guys to anyone very professional..

The shop is conveniently located. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the prices are good. They have the best price for a full synthetic oil change I have found
Called for a last minute oil change for my car yesterday and they were able to squeeze me in! Very nice front desk gentleman. Very clean and cozy lobby to wait in while they serviced my car. They did a free inspection as well which was nice! Good price as well. I will definitely be going back there for my oil changes and vehicle needs!
Great customer experience! The gentleman at the counter walked me through the images they took of the concerns on my vehicle and explained which were more urgent than others and when to expect each so I can plan, but nothing was an immediate need. They take photos of concerns to monitor over time. Highly recommend!
Lenfer’s fixed what our old place did not do. We had a water pump and belt job done on our car. Our old place did not tighten up the bolts and cross threaded one of them that holds in the alternator. They sent our car out the door that way. We had 45 minute drive and when we got home the noise was far worse than when we first went in. Lenfer’s made sure the job was finished and they will be our new garage. Kudos to the young mechanic that figured out what went awry. Love the atmosphere there and Nicole at the front desk is a joy to work with. 😊
Lenfer has repaired multiple vehicles for us over the past several years, they are always quick and the price is very reasonable. Very happy with the service.

I was charged about $100 to swap 2 tires (no balancing) onto trailer tires.
I was asked about my satisfaction.. I objected to the price - I was blamed for the rate.
I would not trust them without an advance written quote.
Excellent place to have your car serviced. People are friendly, caring, and they "know their stuff" with cars. I've always had my service done by the dealership, but not any more. I will go to Lenfers. You should to.
They replaced the transmission in my Tahoe and did a wonderful job! As a woman - I don't always know who to trust with my vehicle and/or what is wrong with it. Mark, the mechanic, thoroughly explained everything and all of my options. Was sent pictures and video of why it needed to be replaced and after it had been replaced. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Lenfer and will recommend them highly to everyone I know. Thank you sooooo much for the incredible service!!!
The young lady checking me in was not only friendly and cordial but was able to handle all my questions quickly and knowledgeably. The service person was very quick and thorough.

They've done diagnosis for preventative care for me. This has been helpful in planning for service. I also like to use the coupons.
I have been very happy with the services with the company....even more so with warranty of the steering pump leak zero cost for me....I feel the 1st time was not done properly. I hope this time it was done properly and correctly....Thank you for fixing the tow trucks mistake of dropping it off at the wrong shop.

Reasonable prices ! I wasn't over sold on any products. Nicole(?) was great and very bubbly. I never once felt rushed or was spoken down to. It's hard to find a place to bring a car as a lady ! Bring it here.
I was very pleased when Lenfer car specialists looked into an issue I was having with our van and took my research seriously. They fixed the problem without having to go through hoops of diagnostic research first. Other automotive companies were not willing to look into the results I found while researching the problem with our van. I would recommend this company.
Thank you for the good service given to me. I needed an oil change. They scheduled me in at a time that fit for me. I had a battery problem. That got scheduled nicely as well. 3 months later I had a battery problem again and they completely fixed it without charge in very short order. That made me put trust in their ability and desire to put their customers first. Good customer service. Thank you Lenfer!

Very polite and respectful staff. Great atmosphere, it doesn't feel like your typical bland auto shop the decor is done well. I haven't any issues with performance of the mechanics, they seem to be very efficient. I have more work to get done so I'll be returning here. I usually do most of my own stuff but without a heated garage it's not ideal this time of year. These guys did a great job.
I was at the Wyoming location.
They were efficient and was easy to work. Accommodated my service requests. Nicole was knowledgeable and personable. Young man worked on alignment until he was happy with it which made me feel good. Other shops would have sent me down the road. Prices were right in line or a little cheaper. I would recommend.
I took my car for an oil change and they recommended tires rotation! Which I bought in January here it is April so I did it! I am amazed that what an oil change can do for your car and rotation of tires! Like new again does kick in hard anymore! I thank you for your service and help With my car!

My truck broke down, I had it towed To Beeline. I had been at this location previously under different ownership years ago. I received my car back within two days. Everything seems to be working great, I did get to meet three people working there. The owner and I had a wonderful conversation unrelated to automotive talk. The two mechanics I’ve met, seemed more knowledgeable than techs at the dealership who could not figure anything out or care.
The two tech I talked to were extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and nice to converse with. The owner and I talked for about 45 minutes while he was handling other business, it was just a pleasure conversing with him. Also, They have a Refrigerator filled with different drinks and some snacks to choose from a nice lobby to sit in while you wait for your car if need be.
After my truck was fixed, I received a nice layout online of possible other problems with my vehicle. They laid out the pricing in a way that I can understand by itemizing what needed to be done
In fact, I decided to have them do extra work to my truck at a later time as they are currently ordering parts to have it fixed. I have no relation to these guys and never met them prior to, but I would highly recommend them. I’ve always had a problem with trust, especially with mechanics, or any auto shops for that matter, But I felt very comfortable here, I thought these guys were really cool.
Depending on what you need done I think these guys could do it all. I found them to be honest, trustworthy, and dependable and very Knowledgeable.
