Without an appointment these guys took in my wife's car being towed in the night before. They had it pulled in checked for the main concern and did a multi-point inspection called for with estimate and got authorization and fixed the car before days end. I'm impressed with them and AAA. I have always had a great experience at Victory auto. All of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. They let me know what is going on with my vehicle and are never pushing me to have them do repairs. They are able to get me in right away. The waiting area is comfortable and has snacks and beverages if you like while you wait.

They replaced my blower motor quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

The service was fine. But customer service was disappointing.
I used to walk in and was welcomed with a genuine greeting and a smile of recognition. No personable experience with new employees though. Basically walked in and was asked my name and what I was there for.
Not sure why you send out a coupon for reading a dashboard light on; and then have no options except it will cost you x amount of dollars to diagnose the problem. You would think the purpose of your coupon was to gain business, but I guess not. I'll go somewhere that will at least deduct the cost of diagnosis from the repairs.

I called to get my 79 year old mothers car looked at to replace the muffler. They told me she could bring it in with no mention of cost at all. They charged her $111 to verify it needed to replace it. Since we were not told of a charge she was shocked and paid it. She is on social security and very limited so it was alot for her. They quoted over $1,100. We brought it to Forest Lake Muffler 5 minutes away and had it fixed (same items Victory quoted) for $495 including tax etc. total!!
We are all VERY disappointed after bringing many vehicles to Victory for years. They've lost our business after the man I was transferred to could have cared less.
Blew a tire on the interstate. Victory arranged a tow for us. Excellent customer service, explanations and care. Fair charges. Would use them again if we are in the area.
Super fast service and really friendly staff! Got a hole in my tire while passing through on the freeway and they had me back on the road in under an hour, fresh coffee in hand. Would totally go back again if I was ever back in town.

I started with Victory to service my Chevy Equinox out of necessity as there are other repair shops much closer. From day one with them it has become my choice to continue a business relationship with Victory in Wyoming, MN. Not only are they truthful about repairs, they are quality minded and truly care about the customer experience. I am not dollar signs when I walk through their door…I am Sherē, and I am greeted with smiles and feel valued and appreciated with every experience.
Chris is a good guy. I've dealt with him about a dozen times. I do as much work on my cars as I can, but certain tasks are more practical when hired out. I'm super skeptical of auto places, but Chris has always been up front, accommodating and friendly. They've always been able to do last minute calls, as well as same day service.
Victory Auto was one of the best mechanic shops I have ever been to. They got my car in 3pm on a Tuesday night and had an answer for me with prices on Wednesday morning. Every single person I talked to was so kind and amazing to work with. I highly recommend Victory Auto.

Travelled many extra miles to get a service done for my car at this place, and it was worth it! I think these guys are more trustworthy than a lot of the big chains. Their waiting room was very comfortable and stocked with bags of chips and other things
Place is awesome. Communication is great and they're very informative. Went to get an interlock device installed and they even hooked back up my 3rd party remote key so I can unlock it with the remote. (Cannot auto start with interlock though) the price is was charged was relatively cheaper than quoted through the phone. miscommunication on my part as area i live in doesn't have good service so watch out for that. Would definitely recommend coming here for any services!
Taylor and Chris were very helpful and very informative. They answered all my endless questions, very upfront, and detailed everything to me. My car needed new tires, brake pads, pretty much the works for upkeep, and they are very reasonably priced. I have been going to victory for 3 years now and always have great experience.
Have had many excellent experiences with Victory Auto Service. Most recently Devin and Chris were able to help mount 4 tires for my small business. I was worried that I would have trouble getting in due to short notice and poor planning on my part. They were able to perform the service promptly the same day and for a perfectly reasonable price.
