Shane and his crew are the absolute best around. I’ve had all sorts of issues with my car that he has address and fixed. He always does it in a timely manner and communicates well along the way. Let’s just say I’m very particular and not an easy customer and Shane doesn’t bat at eye he just gets to work and solves the issue. I recently bought a used Cadillac DTS and it came with many problems but he dug into it and solved all the issues. One in specific the previous owner had the brakes looked at and replaced 5 times. Shane found it was a pinched brake line and it’s been working great ever since! Thank you Shane and crew!

This is literally the best mechanic shop in the area!! Hands down. Great customer service always willing to help with any vehicle need! The shop and waiting areas are super nice and clean as well! Worst place I have ever been to in the world. Brought it in for an estimate they broke my trunk, now it won't open, and put the wrong oil in. When I called about my trunk the man yelled at me when I was asking who would be at fault when it wasn't broken before then was treated like trash. Because unfortunately I'm a single mother of 3 struggling really hard my husband is in teen challenge. I moved to Chisago county not knowing they had no daycare assistance so I haven't had income in 6 months. But he wouldn't know that note did he care however he was very happy to rub it in my face that the county and state tax payers where paying for my car. I'm in a very embarrassing spot in my life not being able to provide for your family is rough but then getting it thrown in your face like your just dirt was beyond embarrassment. Also Mr. Shane I've been paying taxes since I was 16. Thanks for making me feel lower then low when I'm at my lowest point in life.
I would echo what most others have already said about All Ways Automotive, which is that they are friendly, efficient, and reputable. I took my Ford Explorer in recently for strut replacement and while we did encounter an issue with the part after repair, the warranty process to fix/replace was made extremely easy by Shane and his team. We've been back since to repair another vehicle issue and will continue to return in the future. Thanks Shane--keep up the great work!
Brought my new Toyota Highlander Hybrid in to visit All Ways to start a relationship with their shop to care for it. I was very impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness of their space and amazing service! They are affordable, honest, and very trustworthy. I would trust Shane with any vehicle. 10/10!

It’s clean, welcoming, they have one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet, and the waiting area was very thoughtfully designed to outshine the waiting areas of any other automotive shop I’ve been to. Everyone who works there has always been so kind, and helpful. The energy in that place is unbeatable and the honesty they’ve shown me is what ultimately drove me to write this review. Shane & Savannah and truly the best. I thought I had experienced "above and beyond" service before but that all pales in comparison to what we've experienced with AWA. They genuinely care about their customers and are so kind. Quite honestly, there aren't words to describe how much we appreciate their honesty and actions.
Plus, my kids love seeing the shop pets!

I have been bringing vehicles to Shane for years and he is always very professional and does an excellent job. I have some older vehicles so have had repairs done numerous times. He goes over everything beforehand and more than reasonable on rates. I recently had a domestic issue and he even let me know of a GPS tracker in my vehicle. He looks out for his customers and helps whenever he can. I can't say enough good things about All Ways Automotive.
Exceeded our expectations.
While car repairs are never fun, All Ways made our first experience great. Even after a busy holiday weekend and many cars they were working on, they were able to squeeze us in and even stayed after hours to finish up as it was heading into the weekend.
The staff was so kind, we even joked afterwards that they felt like they could be friends.
Bonus, we got to give some pets and belly rubs to the cutest shop dog and cat😊
We hope it's awhile before we have to return but we will be returning customers and share our experience with others.
I feel so comfortable and confident with the service I receive here, they are so open and honest about the work they do. They have done awesome work for me before but I also just recently got a 2022 vehicle that takes only an elusive oil that is new to the market and they were able to order it fast and get me in for an oil change the following day because I was in urgent need- despite them being so busy. Plus they have a sweet puppy and cat to cuddle with in the lobby while you wait :)
I will recommend all ways auto 10x over. I had unexpected troubles with my SUV and had it towed to them, as they were the closest, and I will never go anywhere else again. From the moment you step in you feel welcomed. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing unlike the big dealerships. Savannah (hopefully I'm spelling that right) and Shane are extremely helpful and kind and put in the work to make sure you know that your going to be taken care of. They work hard and quick to make sure you get the best work without being out of your vehicle to long, and they are very fair with their pricing. They really go above and beyond to take care of their customers.
I am consistently impressed with the quality of the work and the communication from Shane and the others here. I’ve been a regular customer for some time, and for good reason. Shane found a way to get me on the schedule despite being booked solid, and got me back out in the road. In addition, there isn’t a nicer waiting area at an auto shop anywhere. Period. I don’t love having to get my car fixed, but I do love coming here. Thanks Shane!
We brought our SUV in for service. I liked how neat everything in the customer area is, and how friendly Shane and Sierra (?) were. He fixed a taillight issue and did a tune up. He even stayed late because my wife worked late. I can confidently recommend this shop for your auto repair needs.
This place is awesome!!! Shane will make sure he does everything in his power to get you on the road ASAP. I had my transmission go out on Christmas and I had to wait to call around until Monday. I called All Ways Automotive at about 10am and talked with Shane. He is super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was able to make the right calls and got a transmission ordered. They received my new transmission, removed my bad one, installed the new one, and programmed it. Had my truck back to me and running perfect by Thursday. Every other place I called were a minimum of two weeks. Shane even offered his personal vehicle since I used mine for work. I will now be coming here for every service I will need. This was my first time there. Awesome job and thank you Shane!!
I would give them 10 stars if we could- All Ways is the best! They have worked on several of our vehicles for various repairs, and they have always done A+ service. They are trustworthy, professional, and do excellent work for a very reasonable price. Even worked with our warranty company to get us the best possible coverage for repairs. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

It all starts from a referral from Savannah on Facebook, being we had just moved to the area. Shane has gone out of his way twice now to quickly diagnose and repair my truck. The honesty, fairness on price, and overall experiences were amazing! ( as a side note, Savannah's marketplace landed my wife some beautiful furniture for our new house too!)
I had major issues with my car, brought it to the dealer I purchased from, was told I need to go to the Buick dealer to fix. The Buick dealer wanted about $200 per diagnostic test and wanted to run 4 tests. So I drove around for two years with several things wrong with my car. Shane took my car for a weekend ran 1 diagnostic, and had my car and all of the computer problems running like new. On top of the mechanical work, he did a fresh oil and fluid change with filters. I got my car back a week later in the condition I felt I had when I bought the car and the pricing was absolutely outstanding. I recommend Shane and his crew for all mechanical work; they’re fast, reasonable pricing, efficient, and informative. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.
Would recommend the shop to family and friends. I called because the shop was closest to home and they exceeded expectations. The shop front was very clean and the vibe was very welcoming. Shane(owner) was very nice, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain repairs and made sure that our car would be safe on the road when services were complete. He went over pricing upfront and would call with any updates about work that was needed. The turn around was amazing and the mechanics worked really hard to get the car done for us in just two days on a big job. We really appreciate their hard work and very fair pricing. Will return! I have been going to Shane since he opened his shop, and believe me I did shop around.
He has always given me very competitive pricing, and he has always gotten my car in, and at times in emergency situations has done his best to fit me as quickly as possible. He has told me what I could prevent by fixing it now, and what could wait to fix later.
I live quite a distance from his shop, but have gotten prices from shops closer to me, and have returned to All Ways Automotive as his prices were not only better, but by someone I trust, and more than worth the drive.
I have referred my friends and they have all been very happy with his prices and his work.
