Stopped in late before closing after noticing a headlight out and Dustin helped me out. Quick, efficient and organized. I got home and attempted to put the bulb in and thought it was incorrect. I called the store and Dustin went through a few helpful tips and realized I wasn’t even trying to get to the right bulb. Sometimes you just need a helpful brain that works(Dustin) after the long day I had. I got the bulb in and he gave me the correct part for my vehicle. Thank you Dustin, much appreciated!

First time going to O'Reilly, loved it! Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and give honest feedback. I appreciate honesty above all else. I needed to get my battery replaced so I took advantage of their assistance with not only recommending a good battery for my car but also replacing it and taking care of my old battery. I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience and I cannot recommend this location enough to everyone.

Andrew or something of that nature, Mr. Assistant Manager or at least he has claimed he’s the Assistant manager when we ask to speak to a manage, doesn’t know what he’s doing. Constantly orders the wrong parts despite being provided part numbers and specifics. Always does the “No I swear this is the right thing.” And then when you tell home it’s wrong he always comes back with “it’s what you ordered.” Despite the fact we have evidence that it is not what we ordered. This store has gone down hill since he stepped in and I know 4 other mechanics who refuse to use this store because of him.

I have had nothing but problems with this store. Mainly with the customer service. The manager seemed to be helpful...but not really. A few of the employees are extremely rude and have zero work ethic. Seems to be a common trend these days.

Just tried getting a battery replacement for my boat. Purchased may 30th 2023, it won't even give any reading when tested but I'm 11 days or so past 1 year warranty. So I'm out of luck. Also their battery I purchased the year before only lasted 1 year. Napa here I come.

I can’t say enough good things about O’Reilly Auto Parts in Chisago City. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. O’Reilly has the tools to find out the sub-model of a vehicle in case, like me, you forget and don’t have the vehicle with you. All you need is your license plate number. They also have scanners to read the codes on the instrument panel. Ben helped me change a particularly stubborn windshield wiper blade today, then he also noticed the new one was missing a cover where it attached to the arm, so he replaced it with a better one. I highly recommend patronizing this store for automotive needs.

Joel was one of the best ones their hands down! He told me how to do something and then showed up to help me and my sister, he was an amazing person to help two strangers who weren't from that area just trying to get home! This man needs a raise!!

Josh is the man!!!! Literally went in to get wheel bearing hubs for my truck. They only had one in stock. This guy was determined to get me my wheel hubs ASAP and kept me informed. I never expect this kind of customer service from a part store. It's no big deal if I get them a day later. But this guy went beyond what I'd expect anyone too.

They had a golf cart battery which most parts stores didn't have. Nobody seems to carry the convenient handles that make lifting easier.

This place is great. People friendly and helpful. Got an engine light on? They've got a doohickey to plug into your car that will tell you the most likely problem. For free.

Giving two stars because prior experiences at Chisago O’Reilly have been good, and staff have been helpful. These prior visits were pre covid 19. Don’t go here if you are concerned about covid 19 exposure or have immune system issues. Despite signage on the door requiring a mask, only one of two employees had a mask at all, and he had it below his chin (about as useful as a helmet hanging from handlebars). There was also a part missing from the box I bought, so I had to go back again. I know they can’t control if customers follow CDC guidelines during a pandemic (and when cases are rising in the area); but if the mask requirement is posted employees should at least mask up when customers enter, otherwise the sign is just weak legal coverage.

Got oil and a filter for a Honda fit and then asked for a drain plug for said car, he didnt even look it up and gave me a standard size drain plug. While changing the oil it looked about the same size, nope, i stripped the inside of the hole and had to get it tap and die for a new size plug at the shop. I should have asked if it's a different size for hondas, but I just figured he knew. The whole thing could have been avoided if either one of us double checked. Could have been avoided.

There customer service was not great. I came in and was not greeted when I walked to the counter to ask about some wiper blades the one guy at the register was watching a video on his phone the whole time I sat at the register he continued to let the video play which was super loud. Than I purchased the blades and was not offered the free installation which is advertised on the front window and was not greeted goodbye or have a nice day. So rude.

The regional manager is more worried about how much money the store makes than customer service, I am a rewards member, have been for a year now, brought some cores in for returns after I lost my receipt, said I couldn’t return them without a receipt even though you could look up previous purchases rewards members made, went in a week later and got them returned after some harsh words were exchanged between an employee and I, go to Napa, way better customer service, Brian knows how to treat his loyal customers

My dad and I went here tonight and received exceptional customer service! We went in to figure out what headlights we needed for my car. Though the one guy looked it up on the computer, the computer was identifying so many lightbulbs. Luckily, the other guy decided to come out with my dad and I and take apart the lights to see what we needed. Not only did he do this, but actually installed them and walked us through it for the next time we do it ourselves! Such great service and thank you to the guy who went above and beyond for us! We were so happy for your help tonight.

I ordered an axle from Andrew at this store for my Corolla 2.4L. It was a special order part (1-2 weeks out) at all other local stores, but he assured me that he could get it the next day and that it was for the 2.4L. After removing the axle from my car, and comparing old and new, I realized he had given me the wrong axle; one made for the 1.8L. I called the store to let him know of his error, again speaking with Andrew, he informed me that the mistake was something wrong in the computer and the correct axle was a special order part (1-2 weeks out.) I suggested that since his error caused me to not have a vehicle to get to work the next day, that the store should pay for overnight shipping. He scoffed at the idea and condescendingly responded that I would have to pay the shipping cost and an additional 20 dollars for the correct axle before he would order it. Long story short, I returned the axle, and had the correct part overnight shipped from NAPA.
