The Guys in front were very helpful had issues with putting on license plates guys did it for me free and helpful after oil change and inspection

I've been a loyal Victory customer for almost 10 years. Everyone there has always treated me respectfully, I felt they listened to my concerns and were very helpful with my insurance claims - since we all know how insurance works ? (my Hyundai was almost stolen) The manager, Andy Olson, was great at communicating with my insurance company and kept me updated throughout the process. I trust this shop with all my repair needs and have recommended them to many friends and family!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I want to thank Dan for going above and beyond, and making sure my vehicle was safe before letting me leave. He's worked outside in the cold and I didn't hear him complain once. My car has been running great since he found the wiring problem.

Andy and the team was great. Helped me with my dodge Durango and was very helpful with updates as we processed on fixing my issue with multiple issues. Andy stayed late so I could grab my vehicle and put in the extra time and resources to ensure my car was completed and also helped me with any questions. Would recommend victory to anyone as they are lead by a great guy and also have great communication with their customers

Got car towed here because it wouldn't start. Andy was very kind and honest through the whole thing. They offer incredibly kind and understanding service, and I am so grateful we chose to go with them.

I relocated to Minnesota from Idaho. When I arrived, I was exhausted after driving through five states. I had a minor issue with my vehicle and I did not know any mechanics in the area. I stopped here late day as they were closing, and they helped me immediately and resolved the issue quickly with my vehicle. What a nice welcome to Minnesota! They will have my return business.

I had a flat tire and every shop in the area was “too busy” to help. These guys were the total opposite — they picked up right away, were incredibly friendly, and got me in fast. Not only did they fix my tire quickly, but they also offered snacks, helped me charge my phone, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. For the speed, quality of work, and how genuinely nice they were, the price was absolutely worth it. I left feeling grateful and impressed. I’d recommend them to anyone — truly amazing service!

Great experience with an oil change today. I usually do my own work, and the guys were great about it. I also had a splash guard they were going to reinstall for me after the oil change. Andrew was super friendly and he and Austin walked me through exactly why they couldn’t put the guard back on. I didn't feel judged about my car being in not perfect shape. Will likely be back for a repair!

They are very professional they know what they doing. Their office place is very clean they welcome you with. Open hand and most important this they fixed my car and there prices are very reasonable best choice I ever made

I’ve used victory a few times. Great maintenance experience and the mechanic who gave me a ride home and picked me up -Austin was really nice, personable, knowledgable about cars and you could really tell her enjoyed what he’s doing. It was really the best part of the service experience. Felt like an uber ride with a buddy. And he gave me confidence that the people working on my car knew what they were doing. Good people are hard to find, great people are even harder. Hopefully Victory can continue to hire great talent and make sure they’re compensated and stick around. That was why I don’t like dealership. No relationship building. Between car service and all the interactions with people I was impressed enough to write a review. I don’t even do reviews haha. We did have a rough start and the car needed to go back to the shop a couple time before we got it right , It was a rather spendy repair and Andrew was very forth right in telling me up front that they had pin pointed the big problem but could not promise there would not be some smaller issues related to the main problem, this was certainly the case with my Volvo, But here is we’re my crabby attitude ended! Because not one time did Andrew even suggest additional charges , he just assured me they would get to the bottom of it , and they did, my car runs great and I’ll be back for all my car services , also thanks for offering me a ride personally from the shop to home after dropping car off, Above and beyond !!

I recently had my new Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The customer service was truly outstanding; they even offered me a ride home while my vehicle was being serviced. The technicians did an amazing job following the manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring all the necessary drain hoses were properly installed. Andy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. I appreciate the competitive pricing and the quality of work I received. I will definitely be returning for any future vehicle needs!

I called in to get a last minute oil change. Andy and Jeff were able to squeeze me in. We did the oil change and also found the small leak in a tire. Great job guys. Thanks again.

Andy (manager) and Dan (intoxaloc tech) at chanhassen victory Auto are good at what they do and help in every way possible. Recently I did maintenance on my vehicle and reported it to intoxalock and parts arrived late and I missed my calibration. So I towed vehicle to victory Auto in chanhassen and became Andy and Dan's headache for the next 2 days. Because I had missed my calibration intoxalock made Andy and Dan the technician that works on the intoxalocks life's miserable with hoops to jump through and request that we're outlandish and downright unnecessary. But they handled all problems and solved everything for me with speed, class and reserve where I would of lost it on intoxaloc because they thought somehow the system had been tampered with which it had not but Dam showed them evidence of no foul play and that the system was perfectly intact just needed calibration. They handled a crappy situation better then I would if I was in their shoes hats off to you guys appreciate the patience with them and helping with me.

Just picked up my car and very pleased with new brake job. Victory staff are wonderful and I really appreciated the loaner car. Will be using them for future oil changes etc.

I popped in for help when one of my license plate screws sheared off. Victory got me in on short notice, and drilled out the broken screw very quickly at no cost. I was so surprised! A++ for customer service! Will definitely be back for future repairs and service needs!

When my battery died on a Friday, they got me right in, replaced my battery, and checked my charging system to make sure that wasn't the cause of my dead battery. Great people...great service! They do all the work that my nine-year-old Honda needs.

Out of state travelers ( six girls) with windshield wipers that stopped working on a non stop rainy day. Victory Auto was wonderful. Honest business with honest workers, no advantage taken of us. Also, very friendly, professional and a spic and span environment. BONUS, soft drinks or water and a snack offered. We all HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Five stars! *****

I was in a tough spot with a nail in a tire and trying to get out of town. Jeff and team were absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to accommodate service in a quick timely fashion when all other auto repair centers were unwilling to accommodate a quick tire repair. Not many places actually demonstrate customer first service the victory team definitely does that and I will be returning in the future

Over the last 7 yrs I have repeatedly brought my vehicles to Victory for repairs. They are trust worthy and upfront with everything they do. Answers questions and are very friendly. My current vehicle started to act up on May 4th and I was able to leave it over night at Victory knowing it would be looked over the next day. On Monday the 5th I was called and given the results and explained what was needed and they had a loaner car for me to pick up. I had my vehicle back the next day, running like new. They did an awesome job and am so happy to have my vehicle working like butter.

I got the alternator replaced on my 2002 Audi A4. They were fast, efficient, and the customer service was fantastic. Tanner at the front desk was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure that I was satisfied with the job they had done. 10/10 going back for routine maintenance and for any repairs I will need in the future. Highly recommend Victory auto in Chanhassen. I also received a hand written letter in the mail about a week later thanking me for my business.
