My coolant light was on so I called and Paul told me to come on in. On a busy Saturday morning he didn’t make me feel dumb for needing help. He was super nice, added the coolant to my car and changed out the battery in my key fob. How nice to have such great service ?

Grant selection helpful staff put some of their prices can be higher than online options on the other side of that same coin you find if their prices are slightly higher you benefit from being able to pick something up instead of wait for it to come in the mail

Been going here for many many years. Always a pleasant visit. Few familiar employees who worked there for very long time are great.

Paul and Randy were extremely helpful in checking my service engine light, finding the right part to fix it and going the extra mile to assist me. They were knowledgeable and friendly and helped my night go so much smoother than I expected. Great store!

Kevin and Tom were absolutely fantastic! They changed a battery in my key fob for my cadillac. They were respectful, very helpful and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be returning and do my shopping for my automotive parts and accessories at Oreilly's! As the ad says when you hear the commercial go go go go go go O'Reilly's!

The staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable! It's my go to place for my collector and newer vehicles.

I called to have a bulb ready as I would be getting there very close to closing. Cody was amazing. He had everything ready to go and even offered to install it. First class service here. Always love coming here.

My car battery failed this morning due to the cold(battery was about 4 years old), got it jumped, and after work, I stopped at this O'Reillys to buy a new battery. The worker who helped me was SHELLY. SHELLY was perfection. Made sure I got a compatible battery, explained the differences between the 3 options I had, and came out to look at my current battery to confirm she was selling me the right battery. She also let me use a 10mm socket for free so I could swap out the batteries right in the parking lot myself. Nice to talk to as well. Best customer service experience I've had.

We kept having battery issues on a year old battery so went back to O'Reilly to see if they could test it. Anna helped us get our replacement battery under warranty even though the exact battery was no longer manufactured. She was so friendly and knowledgeable - also patient with all the questions we had. She even gave us tips and information on how to reclaim our warranty if the new battery went bad too. We would recommend asking for this amazing and bubbly associate, Anna, to anyone that wants honest help!

snap a picture of your license plate before you go in and buy windshield wipers, The staff can pull up the specs on your car and that will assure that you get the right ones (or with any car part...)

I shop Oriellys alot and most stores have the best customer service around. The Chanhassen store lately has been failing in that area miserably. There is an older woman employee who who treats all her customers like garbage and is rude an very disrespectful. I picked up a thermostat wit Joe a week ago and asked if all the gaskets were there and he said yes. I started working on the car a few days later and there was no gasket on the thermostat. This is very frustrating as now I had to go back to the store and be told that they don't have and I have to wait another day to get it. This is not customer service and I am frankly disgusted and will make sure everyone in chanhassen is aware. Please do better

DONT EVEN BOTHER! JUST GO TO CHASKA!!! I went to return some parts that I didn't have to use, same day return. Bought from Chaska O'Reilly and was going to return to Chanhassen. They wanted to give me store credit because they didn't have enough cash to properly do the return. I called Chaska, they were happy to return it with cash back. They said thus store is notorious for it and it isn't right for them to do that.

Shelly was very helpful when I recently came in to get a bulb for my headlight. I am pretty clueless with anything have to do with cars but she did a great job assisting me and I really appreciated it!

I know it's just a parts store, but in in a pinch, the store employees were eager and willing to help us get the parts we needed to fix our equipment. They were friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Dawn makes this place great. They do have great products in good supply and fair prices. I’d go back any time. All of the employees are great. But Dawn really stands above them all. I wish she worked every where I shopped.

I don't usually do this, but I was so offended I have to. Stay away from Chanhassen, MN location. Joe/Joey provided the worst customer service. He was so unhelpful and mean that the customer in line next to me with a looser tongue told Joe exactly what I was thinking -- curse words and all. I will never give this place another dime and I've been shopping there for years. Speaking of which, I was planning on spending several hundred. I left with my wallet and dignity intact. I'd give it zero stars if possible. Way to go Joe!

Great service and lots of selection. They continue to come out to your car to remove and install wiper blades, even in the midst of a pandemic. Quick and friendly service, I give this store the highest rating!

Needed a new battery and some fuses. They helped me pick the right battery and then installed it for no extra charge, then made sure I got the right fuses. Price seemed fair and then added a military discount. Staff was friendly, quick, and helpful. It only took about 15 minutes from the time I walked in until I drove away with the new battery installed and the other items I needed.

Horrible service!!! Being a female, I needed 1set of brakes. Not knowing what i needed... they sold me 2 of the same item. Not knowing I only needed 1 it's TERRIBLE that they took advantage of a woman and sold me 2 of that item. I even told them I was only fixing 1 brake. I believed that I needed both of those items because they told me so. Come to find out I only needed the one. Will NEVER shop at the Chanhassen location or ANY O'Reillys again!

A helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff member spent quite a while helping me find and choose the best headlights for my car. It's really nice to find good customer service at an auto parts store!

Dawn rocks, she knows her stuff. It's nice to finally meet a woman in this business that is actually nice and helpful to other women!!!! Cody was helpful also. Beats Chaska location by far!!! Visited this Chanhassen location again on 8/12 and was immediately welcomed by multiple employees. I was helped by ALEX, another awesome employee who took his time helping me troubleshoot my Jeep fuses/relays. Great guy. Again, this location is superior to Chaska where when you walk in all you hear are cricket's. THANK YOU CHANHASSEN O'REILLY'S FOR YOUR SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My battery light came on earlier in the day, so I headed here to get it tested. The alternator immediately registered as bad. Luckily, they had one in stock that fit my car. It was a bit pricey, but it was a lot cheaper than towing it to a shop and having it repaired. I completed the repair in the parking lot using the tools they had on hand. Not ideal conditions certainly, but it got the job done.

These guys could not be less enthusiastic about their jobs if they tried. I've walked in with six behind the counter and not one of them looked at me. Too busy BS'ing about BS to help me I guess. They don't try very hard and if you don't know the exact part name or part number they are stumped. The guy with the beard is the worst. Go to NAPA and save yourself the hassle.

Short version: A good selection of parts, helpful staff, and loaner tool program make this a useful resource for amateurs like myself. Go and read your check engine light without having to pay $120. It's ridiculously easy! Long version: This store is a good resource for auto repair and maintenance needs. They have a reasonably good selection of parts on hand and access to a broader range within a very short period of time. You can also order parts online and pick them up at the store. There is (what seems to be ubiquitous) "rewards" program. They track your purchases using your phone number and calculate some kind of payback. Truthfully, I have only used it to track my purchases for warranty purposes. I'm sure the company appreciates all the data on its customer's buying habits too. If you have a "check engine" light, go to the store and ask to use their OBDII reader. They have one that can read both the generic and manufacturer specific codes (at least for Lexus in my case - though I assume others are available as well). Finally, they have a "loaner" program for specialized tools that can be quite handy. To be honest, I would NOT trust that their torque wrenches are calibrated or properly stored, but if you're torquing something that requires that kind of precision, you should probably acquire your own tool. I highly recommend that you do not assume that the tools will be available. It would be wise to check before you begin! Please keep in mind that the parts you get here are likely to be a bit more expensive that what you will find online. That is, however, a reasonable trade off for the convenience of having them locally. It is also nice to have a second set of eyes on your project to make sure that your getting the right part though, like any store, the less seasoned employees may be...less knowledgeable. Also keep in mind that, to be competitive, they can probably get you cheaper options, but you should almost always skip them. Quality parts are an absolute must in maintaining a vehicle. Low priced parts are almost always cheaper because they cut corners somewhere. Do yourself a favor and insist on getting high quality parts. Yes, there are generic parts that work fine, but unless you know for certain, I would strongly suggest saving yourself the frustration of a part either not working, or having to do the same job again because it failed quickly. Good luck on your project! Take your time and, if you get frustrated (and you generally will) put down the hammer, squirt some penetrating oil on it, walk away, take a break, have a beverage, cool off, and then reattack the problem. It will wait - I promise.

This is my local O'Reilly Auto Parts, therefore my favorite auto parts store. They have pretty much everything you could need as long as it's not something rare or exotic. Make am effort to check their clearance section, it has good deals inside. The folks who work there are also helpful and polite.
