Oh my goodness, Jason and Paul at Lang's Automotive are absolutely amazing. I blew a tire on my way through Springfield to work. I called them as soon as they opened and they got me right in. The tire couldn't be fixed, but they found a tire and got it on my car right away so I could get back on the road. There were other customers while I was there and Paul offered the same great customer service to everyone who came in. I will definitely return in the future if I need repair services. If you're looking for an auto mechanic this is the place to go - they were honest and genuinely kind and I would recommend them to anyone.
Took my 2017 Chevy Silverado to Lang's Automotive to have them check why there was smoke coming from the left front tire. This was after a different shop replaced the struts and told me that was the struts being stuck was reason for the smoke. Lang's found that the front brake calipers were sticking causing the smoke. Lang's also discovered the transmission was slipping. An inspector came from the warranty company (luckily I have a powertrain warranty) and determined the same thing and approved the replacement of the transmission. Because of a clause in the warranty that was purchased at the shop that misdiagnosed the smoke issue, the truck had to go back to that shop for the transmission replacement (I did not want it to go back there). I will be recommending Lang's Automotive to anybody look to get their vehicle repaired. I just wish they weren't all the way over in Springfield.
