I been coming to victory auto for a few years and would never think about going else where they are very nice and friendly and always wanting to help you out they are very honest about what’s going on with your vehicle and Alex is the one that goes above and beyond to help people prices are reasonable to I definitely would recommend this place to everyone

This auto shop has helped me tremendously with car repairs. They are extremely considerate with timing and urgent repairs. I have been with them for over a year and enjoy the friendliness of the people who work here. I cant say I will be going anywhere else for car repairs in the future if its not with Victory Auto in Fridley!! Thanks for all the hard work yall do!!

From the moment you walk into Victory you are treated with kindness and the best customer service i have had in years. Not only how I was treated but how I heard them speaking to others who came in for help. Someone came in who barely spoke English and needed help, the guy was patient to him, helpful and genuinely kind. I over heard a phone call where the company rep was honest and displayed ethical business practices. I am always leary about mechanics and picky about who works on my car, but after what I witnessed and experienced at Victory, I wont be letting anyone else touch my car or any other car I have. Good job Victoey with not only doing great quality work, but mostly your stellar customer service to all!

Had an exceptional experience here! I called inquiring about an oil change, and Alex was willing to squeeze me in. The first memorable thing was the fact that he asked for my name, while we were on the phone. When I showed up, he remembered my name and let the tech know that I was going to show up shortly for an oil change. Tyler finished my oil change and inspection in a timely manner, and was honest about the recommendations. Alex was transparent about the pricing and was able to help me out with discounts for being a new customer. During my time in the lobby, Alex was very busy helping customers on the phone, but made time to interact and have conversations with the customers that were waiting. They had water, coffee, snacks, and they even had a phone charger for customers to use. Definitely would recommend this spot, and will guarantee be a returning customer, just for the experience!

My vehicle had mechanical issues,Victory Tire & Auto took the time to check my vehicle and repair it. I am very grateful to have a team like them take the time and work out my vehicle until it is safe to drive.

They got my car in the same day for what I needed done . Very understanding and very patient when explaining in detail about your vehicle maintenance and repairs. I recently got work done and I will be come back !! Pricing is very reasonable and not outrageous! They not only take care of your vehicle concerns but customers as well. I’m very fussy about who works on my vehicle but with my experience here and the outstanding customer service and maintenance done I’m highly confident about victory working on my vehicle again.

I recently relocated to the Blaine area. Having to find all new everything being new. A mechanic was on my list. I had to bring my daughter’s car in for some routine maintenance and inspection . These guys were very friendly and took great care of me. Being less mechanically inclined, it’s important that I’m dealing with a place I feel has a high degree of integrity. Trust what they tell me is accurate and best practice and solution for whatever issue I might be having with our vehicles. I experienced all of that and found myself a mechanical shop to help with my ongoing with our cars. I would send my family here, and that’s be highest compliment I can give a business.

I have lived in Fridley since 1987 and I have never been to this shop. The employees were personable and they truly cared about their job and more importantly they care about taking good care of the customer. I will be back!

You can definitely trust everyone here. No worrying about getting ripped off. My regular oil change place and if anything ever happens to my car, they are one of two places I trust to do repairs. Kind, honest, and just all around a great crew. P.s: Alex is amazing ? ?

Love these guys! Always professional and solid work. Had a battery issue and got me in and out within mins not to mention it was close to closing time.

I had an issue yesterday with my car battery. I was able to get a jump and then I took it up to victory. They tested the battery and found out that it was fine. But they were good enough to keep a charge on it so that I was able to come up and get it and drive it home. I always appreciate their good work and trying to save you money.

I highly recommend going here for your service! Everyone in the office was very friendly and it’s a great environment. Working with Bryan is awesome he fit me in quickly and the technicians did an awesome job on my 2016 ford escape!

Alex was amazingly helpful. Went in for an oil change and to get an estimate of when I was going to need tires, got a few different recommendations for tires and he answered all additional questions.

Had my transmission fluid changed and they were nice enough to lower the price for me because I was a little frustrated of how expensive it was. I really appreciated there ability to do that for me. I will stay a loyal customer great group of guys.?

First time customer for an oil change Brad and his coworkers were great. Got real time txt updates on what was being inspected and real time photo of air filter that needed to be replaced. Great customer service overall.

I have used victory auto shops several times. Mostly this location but two others as well. Each experience with victory auto has been top tier and better than any other autoshop I have been to. The staff is very friendly, professional, and informative. They have a very comfortable waiting room. I am not a car expert, but according to Google I paid a very reasonable price for the work I had done, and as I continue to go the staff provide discounts for me. On my most recent trip, I was given a complimentary ride home by the manager, was kept updated on the progress which was completed in good time, was charged a reasonable amount for the work, and given a 100$ discount on top of that. Every visit to victory auto has been 5 star without a doubt and I will continue to be a patron.

I would highly recommend this place for any service that you need for your vehicle. Brad, Alex and Brandon were all so helpful in helping my evaluate my truck for an interlock install . They also did an inspection on it before they did anything to make sure there weren’t any extra issues! I was very pleased with the customer service and the honesty that they gave me! They aren’t out to get your money and will let you know straight up if the work is worth spending the money. Take it from someone who’s been through prior experiences with auto shops that have taken advantage of women by overcharging for services that aren’t even necessary. Anyway, go see my peeps at Victory Tire and Auto-Spring Lake Park location! Tell them, Connie sent ya!?

Had an exhaust issue with a 2013 Toyota Camry. I got outstanding service and follow-up from Victory. Happy I found a car repair place this good, this close to home (I live within walking distance). 5 stars, easily!

Alex and his staff were very helpful. I felt like I’ve known him for a while with the way he greeted me and took care of me and my car. He was understanding and also got my car fixed right in time for me to pick up my son. I will definitely recommend this place if you want the best service:)

Went in for an oil change and repair a tire, Alex assisted me and gave me great service and it didn’t take long at all. I also met Brad and Brandon, very friendly and welcoming! The waiting area was comfortable, I definitely plan on going back for any needed services and will gladly recommend these guys to family and friends.
