I placed an order on September 17 and didn’t hear a thing until last week, when I finally reached out myself. I was told to “wait for an update” on Sunday — only to find out this week that the item I ordered was discontinued.
Then suddenly, they offer me a “replacement” part for $113, when my original order was $46. That’s not just a small increase — it’s more than double the price. It feels like a classic bait-and-switch move: make you wait weeks, blame the manufacturer, and then conveniently have a higher-priced item ready to sell.
Their own rep even admitted through email that they act as a middleman and don’t actually stock the inventory. If that’s the case, it should be clearly stated on their listings. Selling parts you don’t actually have on hand causes unnecessary delays and frustration for customers who rely on accurate listings to keep jobs moving.
Customer service responded by email, but the entire experience was disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional. I won’t be buying from them again — and anyone else should think twice before wasting a month waiting on a part that doesn’t exist. Yet plenty in stock everywhere else.
I ordered a power brake booster from them. After confirmation there was no tracking. After 10 days I called and they didnt have a shipping time. I canceled the order but they werent sure that they could give me a refund. I canceled through paypal. Never again !
SCAM WEBSITE!! You will never get your items and all emails inquires you send this company will be ignored. If you call the phony I-800 number, you can’t get a live representative and when you attempt to leave a message it states the call was invalid. Thank goodness for using PayPal so these scammers couldn’t keep my money.
Horrific people to do business with, I do not recommend doing any kind of business with them. I have been waiting for 6 months for a single safety switch for my 77 corvette. They sent me the wrong part, I returned it and expected to have the correct part sent to me. They sent the wrong part AGAIN, even after having it explained to them in detail what the problem was over the phone. I returned the WRONG part AGAIN and I was instructed to go to their website and do an "exchange'' whoever their idea of an ''exchange'' is to have the SAME WRONG part sent again, which I RETURNED AGAIN. Now I have been told for the last 6 months that they do NOT have the part and that it is on back order and NO ETA as to when they will be able to provide me with the correct part. I finally asked for my money back and they are refusing to return my money although they CANNOT provide me with the correct part. All I keep getting is the run around from some guy that speaks with a thick accent and does not give his name and claims to be the "Manager'' and has no boss to talk to or at least he says he doesn't and stone walls you by regurgitating the same canned speech over and over blaming me the customer for their mistake. I repeat DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people, all I have been getting is the run around. They cannot produce the part in question a simple safety switch for an automatic transmission and refuse to return my money. Wich by the way was $82dollars which was at least $20 more than anyone else is selling it for. Whatever you do DO NOT use their website or click on ''exchange'' their website does not have an option to CORRECT their mistakes because they then will blame you for ordering the wrong part instead of fixing the problem they will blame you.
I need lip seal install tool for break calipers, this place is closed to the public? Can't drive to Paragon anymore because unfortunately they are closed permanently aghhhhh
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Part won’t fit but because it’s electrical they won’t issue a refund. Order parts anywhere but here. These people are crooks, not only would they not give me a refund, they charged me for the part off my car they I wouldn’t send back.
