Towed in, dead battery, ran out of gas. Driver Bill recommended Tel Wick as alternative repair instead of original destination. New Tel Wick facility, in Romulus, my town, Steve, master auto technician, replaced 12volt battery in my hybrid, and ran a thorough diagnostic on my Christmas tree dashboard. Knowledge sharing, and friendly, both men went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with the results. I get the impression this is an everyday occurrence. Like my dad always said: "An honest mechanic is worth his weight in gold". Try Tel Wick, you won't be short changed.
While travelling from Canada to Detroit Metro, my vehicle broke down. He was able to help me fix my truck that day when the Ford dealers said at least a week. I called to ask if they offer DOT inspections and was hung up on. When I called back, he said "Oh, I thought you were a sales guy." Definitely do not recommend.

Dan came out to service my dead battery and I have to say this is the most pleasant experience I've had amongst many great tow truck drivers and roadside assistance representatives. Dan truly went above and beyond and was so friendly with his service being quick and effective. Not only did he charge my battery but also made sure that I had air in my tires.
This business has a true asset in Dan representing them. In my opinion if it's possible to get him some health care benefits, vacation days, bonuses, maybe a company vehicle he is truly deserving of all of the above and more. Never really had a problem u til now when a unexperienced driver is driving behind a tow truck and claim that he can’t put a car in the driveway even though he was already parked in the driveway and now my car has been dropped on the street in front of my house with a ticket!!! Problem is their guys picked it up and dropped it off in the driveway before…their supervisor claims certain service don’t require them to drop a car off In The driveway when I’ve had them multiple times drop a car off in my driveway. Something has to change
I've had the pleasure of having two faulty tires replaced here now and they had me towed and on the road again within a couple hours of the incident both times. If you need repairs and you're in the area, this place is a great choice
Needed a tow at 3:00 in the morning. called them up they were there in a half an hour, charged me the base price they quoted me on the phone didn't add on. Super cool guy that came out left me with a bit of encouraging words and turn the bad experience into a good. Thank you
Best customer service, mechanics name is Mohammed, best mechanic I've dealt with ever, he is very nice and honest which is the biggest part in my eyes when it comes to repairing customers cars, quality work, and straight forward job, I recommend this shop to all my car lovers out there!
