Use if you want to stay stranded. What a terrible company. Given an hour estimate for pick up. Waited over 2.5 hours and when I called 2 hours in they were upset at me and my insurance for trying to get an update.

Bunch of thieves. They are open 9 am to 5 pm. By the time you try to retrieve your car, they will be most likely closed. My car was towed at 3 pm, I picked it up at 9:30 am next morning, I was charged for two days. They call it “calendar days” . Total was $360. $300 for towing and $60 admin fees for 18 hours they got a hold of my car for. They were open for 3 hours out of the 18 hours they held my car for. Romulus police department should stop working with them J&M towing unless they are in on it.

I wish I could leave 0 stars but I can’t! Total rip off! I got into an accident and the SAME day they told me it would be 1000 to get it out. After they towed it without even telling me where it was going as I was in the back of an ambulance. When I got to the yard my windshield was shattered due to them throwing my hood up to disconnect the battery. A few days passed and I called and they didn’t have my car anymore. Don’t get into an accident in Romulus and definitely don’t let this place tow your vehicle

We were pulled off on the shoulder of the road less than 2 inches from the road. A officer had quoted us around $120. The tow shows up asking if we’re paying cash, we explain we’ll be using a card. He gives us the quote of $220 to bring us two inches to the right back onto the road. It took him longer to get his chains hooked up than it did to get us unstuck. The driver was very rude and had zero patience. He called his dispatcher complaining and threw a fit, he was not going to do the job for less than $220. Very unprofessional and hope to never do business again. (The receptionist I spoke to over the phone to pay the amount however was super helpful and kind).

Great towing company. Fast and efficient. The guy who towed us to BelleTire even waited there with us while we figured a few things out.

I had the misfortune of having to use their services due to a bad car accident. From the beginning, the ladies at the front have been nothing but kind, understanding and helpful.

My experience was t necessarily good nor was it bad. The women in the office were very nice.

Insane rates, remember these are police towing so they're basically road pirates, they charged me 370 just for a 6 mi towing, my car wasn't even in an accident it was able to run and drive. And they went through my belongings, glove compartment was opened and stuff is missing from the trunk space.

Came about 30 minutes within me calling. Very fast response and show time compared to others. They are friendly and loaded and unloaded pretty quickly to drop off destination. Overall very dependable trustworthy company if I had any problems it would be the cost I paid $165 for their service. But what do you expect lol some places probably charge more.

$200 quote for 4 mile tow. Car was 1 mile from their shop. Alittle high. But they all well known local professional tow company.

This place is a complete rip off. After my accident My car was towed not by my choice but they insisted it had to be towed and I tried to tell them to leave it I had a tow truck on the way but they had to tow it . This was Tuesday night at 7:00! So I call Wednesday to get the price it was 550.00 the next day they were saying my insurance would pay don’t worry about it I said no I was paying it and I ask to speak to owner because they totally lied about pricing and towing but he never call or I never spoke to him so as of now my car cost about 650 to get put . They are liars

Accident 130.00 just to put into a parking lot or they tow it to impound. In a situation where another vehicle caused a head on collision today. They had 3 of thier trucks out there but would NOT tow it 5 miles to a private residence. Definitely not a company to call if you want to be towed if your car breaks down when only options given were into the parking lot next to the road or the impound yard .

The best people I have ever ever dealt with. I called in, I received all the attention with no delays or being put even on hold. They gave me time to stop by for towing purposes , they came on time for one thing , secondly they sent a professional in towing techniques. I mean a professional , a friendly, a master who represent the company as all. I will for sure use there service again. Mainly I do recommend them at 100% satisfaction.

Horrible place, way too expensive, horrible ,rude customer service, they leave your key in ignition or something on in your car to kill the battery so your forced to pay them to jump start it. Guy at front desk stated we don't go inside the vehicle. I replied [yeah? Then how'd you get the car in neutral and back into park. He didn't have anything to say after that. Place is closed on weekends so was forced to pay 519$ for friday-monday, 175 for the hook 45$ Admin fee for the city 45$ cleaning fee for them to not have cleaned up from the scene of the accident because there was nothing to clean. And then 75$ a day storage. Outrageous. AVOID AVOID AVOIDDDDDDD...........

Excellent customer service! Without a doubt most professional towing company I have dealt with. Showed up on the scene before the police did. Fast and responsive and beyond all they have a very respectful team of drivers and personnel.

I was charged 3 times the normal fee; After I had a horrible accident this company was called by the police to tow my car to their lot which is literally 3.5 miles away and I was charged $490 + $25 for the overnight storage fee. I asked the guy why I am paying so much? and he said "it was for cleaning the accident site too." When I took my SUV back home I found broken glass and many pieces of metal and plastic/trash in my back seat. The towing guy when he cleaned the street dumped all the trash in my truck. I am really hurt from the accident and more from this awful and unprofessional behavior and also the overcharge.

Helped me out when I was in a ditch and needed a quick wench when I was on the clock for Amazon. They came within 30 minutes and I was able to finish my delivery route. Friendly, fast, and cheap!!

After I had a tire and rim fly off my car in the middle of the night on the freeway and was blatantly told by the insurance company tow that they would not transport my vehicle, i was lucky that J&M pulled over to my vehicle with an already loaded truck just to check on us and stated that they would be able to tow it and had a truck there in half an hour with a very nice older man who loaded my SUV up with a few tricks and no issues. And crazy enough I got a very reasonable bill for the tow and new go-to towing company.

After calling many different towing companies that were not helpful at all, this company picked up right away and was able to help. They immediately dispatched a driver and were there within 15 min. After getting my vehicle out without any problems, the driver was even willing to go the extra mile to take my husband to the ATM. Fast, friendly, affordable service. Definitely recommend!

If you desire to be charged $37 per mile-$325 for an 8 mile towing, use the service. That’s all I’ll have to say. I might add that car, so damaged, was fairly intact. that was my brothers experience.

This company is soon to not have city contract due to misinformation of operating hours reported to BBB. If you advertise to close at 1pm on Saturday, you can’t close at 1230 and charge for extra storage fees due to choice to be unavailable. There’s also an out to lunch sign on the entrance.gate that says they’ll return at 130pm. Unprofessional and Reported!!!

They towed my car out of my driveway while I been in the hospital for 3 days. My car was properly plated and insured too. But because someone driving my car got into some road rage they take my car an hour after the situation unfolded. Ans making me pay to get it out. Although they have no proof of if the road rage really happened.

I deal with them frequently. Fast service and experts in their field. Shane is always on time and is very friendly. They are and always will be my first call for towing and recovery.

They tow all of our heavy vehicles for us and are the best around. Great owners, great crew and really incredible service at reasonable pricing. We've been using them for years without a problem.
