worst towing company in the state of Michigan, tows a work truck FROM THE JOB SITE, a mile down the road and expects $650 for pickup on the vehicle. Riding up and down THE ROAD OF AN ACTIVE JOB SITE , towing skilled laborers vehicles in an effort to make their money. Don't do business with these pathetic excuse of humans.
The driver was nice and did a good job communicating with me about when he could pick up my car and keeping me updated. The whole process was quick and easy.
I locked my keys in my car and they were able to get to me and retrieve them within an hour for a shockingly reasonable price. Everyone was very kind and helpful and even let me sit in the truck to stay warm while they did a lock out. 100% would recommend though I hope I don’t have to. Thank you!
I went out at 4pm to start my car and it wouldn’t start as the battery was dead from the cold weather. Made the call at about 430ish and I was a receiving a call from the driver not even 10mins later telling me to get my shoes, hat, gloves and scarf as he was pulling in my driveway now.

Although way too expensive, I have to shout out to my Driver Dylan, who was great patient, and very professional. I only had limited funds and it was so cold out I accidentally ripped a $20 bill. Instead of being a jerk like most people can be in that situation the young man was very nice. If I ever run into him on the street he's definitely going to get a bigger tip out of me. P.S. Hummer serpentine belt broke, was stranded on the off ramp on I-94. Of course on a snowy, freezing day. Was expecting like an hour wait, freezing with not heat, but he called me right away. Had everything loaded within 30 minutes and drove me home 34 miles. Was a nice comfy ride and he was very polite. Talked a little about life and listened to some tunes on the radio (I asked). Was a great experience considering what happened, lol.
Flat tire:( I called for towing to change my tire, they were fast and courteous. They made sure I was safe and that my vehicle was ok to drive. Great price for service.
Called several places after car "stalled" across from local cop station. Had to withstand the elements overnight. Truck was warm once it arrived next day and driver allowed me to ride inside the tow truck cabin. Priced at "usual" connection fee and per mile rate for this type of service.
I had a flat as a pancake tire . The young man showed up, took off bad tire, put on donut, and put bad tire in trunk. We talked and joked around. Such a nice friendly young man. Thank you for being there so I could get work. My insurance paid for it.
An electrical problem shut down my truck, they towed it to a trusted shop they use so it can be fixed. The driver and his son were friendly and just plain awesome to deal with. They were very reasonably priced and ifni ever need a tow again I'm definitely calling these guys

This was the best bad time I ever had. My car broke down on the side of the highway. I called Wall Street Towing, and they gave me a real reasonable price and said they would be there in 1/2 hour. The driver beat me to my car and I was only 20 minutes away. He was also very courteous.Thanks so very much.
My vehicle wouldn't start (starter problem) and Wall Street towed me to service station. Dylan, the driver, arrived shortly after I called, got it hooked up quickly and delivered it. He was kind, professional and personable.

Very unprofessional. Driver arrived without notice, got out the truck blowing smoke everywhere…..Hooked up the wrong equipment and was going to leave without properly servicing my vehicle. I had to tell him to actually jump start the car. Then he did it with an attitude and was very rude!!! His responses were very uncalled for. I just wouldn’t dare use the service again if that’s the type of people they have working for them. It truly makes the establishment look bad.

So my car got towed and I was ridiculously salty lol. I had a few days to think on it and eventually came to the conclusion it was my fault lol In all honesty the Tow guy was pretty friendly and reasonable although I had to wait at the yard a bit. Don’t park where ur not supposed to kids, I for sure won’t lol. For the record I almost gave you guys a 1 star review initially but had time to self reflect - and the phone/tow people are nice despite the ridiculous prices. But I guess it worked as a sufficient deterrent because I’m slow and even I won’t be repeating that mistake lol

I blew a tire two miles down the street from my house. I requested assistance from my insurance company and they sent out Diesel from Wallstreet Towing. He was there within 30 minutes, was super friendly and helpful. He changed my tire quickly and now an hour after I requested help I’m already back home. Thank you so much!
Can't figure out why I was charged double just because it was an older vehicles. $200 just to move from in front of my house to in the garage. BIG HOUSE TOWING did the job for $85! Towed two cars $170 + Big tip
