Very unprofessional. Driver arrived without notice, got out the truck blowing smoke everywhere…..Hooked up the wrong equipment and was going to leave without properly servicing my vehicle. I had to tell him to actually jump start the car. Then he did it with an attitude and was very rude!!! His responses were very uncalled for. I just wouldn’t dare use the service again if that’s the type of people they have working for them. It truly makes the establishment look bad.

Great tow job, the driver went above and beyond. His diagnosis of a bad battery was what the problem ended up being and he got me towed to the shop safe and sound.
So my car got towed and I was ridiculously salty lol. I had a few days to think on it and eventually came to the conclusion it was my fault lol In all honesty the Tow guy was pretty friendly and reasonable although I had to wait at the yard a bit. Don’t park where ur not supposed to kids, I for sure won’t lol. For the record I almost gave you guys a 1 star review initially but had time to self reflect - and the phone/tow people are nice despite the ridiculous prices. But I guess it worked as a sufficient deterrent because I’m slow and even I won’t be repeating that mistake lol
I haven’t come out to do an emergency repair on a Saturday. Communication was great and their response time was amazing. And a note to all lube tech, it does not require an Duga-duga of any form to tighten down a damn oil filter. This is why they had to come out for the emergency call. Somebody put too many air, clicks on it, and it ended up with a pinhole later on. But yeah, if you need some work done in Michigan and give these guys a call they took great care of me

My daughter was stranded with car trouble, and I couldn’t be there to help her since I live on the other side of the state. Wall Street Towing not only towed her car safely, but the driver also went above and beyond by making sure she got home safe. That kind of care and kindness means the world to me as a mom. Highly recommend!

Good customer service, lady was nice and kind, got out to my place and jump started by car 15 mins after calling. Cheaper than other tow companies in the area. Guy came out and was walking me through cheapest ways to help. Overall solid experience and light lift!

I had a great experience. Answered my call on the second ring and the driver was there in 15 minutes or less. He loaded my scooter, unloaded it and was kind enough to push it up my sidewalk and into my yard. Smooth operation.
Can’t remember the name of the guy that helped me, but he was incredibly nice. Was actually able get my car jumpstarted instead of a tow and saved me like 100 bucks. If I ever need towing assistance again, I will be calling Wall Street Towing.
Got a flat in our Tesla and like all new cars, no spare. Tesla dealer reached out to Wall Street and they came to our location on the side of US-23 North promptly. Diesel was the name young man that arrived with the flat bed. He was knowledgeable about loading the Tesla onto the flat bed and all the weird things to know regarding electric vehicle transport. He gave me and the car a ride to the dealership safe and sound. Thanks Diesel!! You are the man!!!
I blew a tire two miles down the street from my house. I requested assistance from my insurance company and they sent out Diesel from Wallstreet Towing. He was there within 30 minutes, was super friendly and helpful. He changed my tire quickly and now an hour after I requested help I’m already back home. Thank you so much!
If you have an alternative, go with it! Wall Street Towing gave us an initial quote of $250 to tow my husband's motorcycle. Then they called back later and the hiked that quote to $325, sensing our desperation and the ticking of the clock. We had no choice, we had to go with it. Luckily for them, they have a wonderful driver, Cecil, and he's the only good part about this story. When the towing was complete, and the Motorcycle delivered to the shop destination, we were punched in the face with a bill for $383.00 You want to talk about feeling violated! What were we to do at this point? My daughter called and told them that she wasn't going to fall for this scheme, and that she was quoted $327. Only after being quoted initially of $250 and then sitting and waiting for the truck to show up, what kind of scam is this? And now they want almost $400? Shame on you. She negotiated a price of $350, wow, now that's customer service - BOO!
This company deserves a black eye on their rating scale. Don't trust them.

They are the best tow company in Washtenaw County if you need a tow or some other service. Whenever I needed something over the years with my cars they have alway been great. Their prices have always been reasonable and comparable to everyone one else. They have nice trucks with new equipment which makes you feel better knowing everything will be done correctly and taken care of. Even if they’re a little higher than others I’m more than happy to pay an extra $10 to have my car towed on a new truck over some other company showing up in a beat up old truck driven by some clueless driver that doesn’t know what they’re doing. There’s a lot of companies out there like that so you need to be careful when looking for a good company to help you out. Wall Street is the only one I will use around here.
I read some of the one star reviews it’s just people who apparently aren’t capable of parking their car correctly and get towed or get impounded by the police for driving around with no insurance or something like that. Some people just can’t take accountability for their actions and be an adult. People like that just have the victim mindset going through life. Don’t let these reviews keep you from using Wall Street if you need service at your house or the side of the road. They’ll take care of you well.
Tow truck arrived within 25 minutes as stated. Other companies were a 1-3 hour wait. Tow truck driver Mike was very friendly and got me to the tire store before it closed. Payment was easy and efficient. I was very happy with the service!
Fantastic response time; Great service. Was able to respond quickly after our insurance company that we pay for Emergency Roadside Assistance failed us and left us stranded. Can't figure out why I was charged double just because it was an older vehicles. $200 just to move from in front of my house to in the garage. BIG HOUSE TOWING did the job for $85! Towed two cars $170 + Big tip

I was gonna call dispatch and say what great service I got from Gary, but honestly a public review is better. My car sunk into the mud in the backyard of an 1800s home with a very narrow driveway. Gary did a phenomenal job getting in and getting the job done. Thanks a lot Wall Street Towing
