Apparently I'm an idiot for asking the guy at the counter of an auto parts store if they have a tool for a car. Been here 3 times since it's close to home, I'll drive 20 minutes instead of dealing with this guy. He argued with me about a socket... Came back the next day, different guy at the counter. Got the socket and a wrench that day. That's the last thing I'll buy from this place
I never leave reviews but the worker here was so rude. My fiance was cashing out using tap to pay and the worker just said “tap bypasses the pin”. It popped up asking for his pin still and he just figured it didn’t bypass it this time. After he put it in the worker yelled “I’M GOING TO SAY IT IN ENGLISH FOR YOU THIS TIME BECAUSE APPARENTLY YOU CAN’T UNDERSTAND - TAP BYPASSES PIN”. He was apparently supposed to just hit “okay” when it asked for his pin. We were speechless. It was genuinely crazy; we’re both in customer service and I don’t see why you would ever speak to a customer like that. Horrible way to run a business- we obviously won’t go back and will encourage others not to go.
Counter help was horrible. He tried to tell me multiple times he just couldn't help me, continually interuppted me and talked over me while i tried to explain how we colud solve the problem. He also claimed that they didn't have a thread pitch gage anywhere in the store, which i find very hard to believe.
Generally good service there's one guy that works the desk who most of the time is rude. It doesn't seem to matter who I send up there for anything be my wife, sister, kid or myself but i haven't had a good experience with him nor yas anyone I've sent there. Seems if you ever say anything to him he always tries to pull the "well I can't help this or that cause this happened to me in the Army". Well sir I too have been in the Army and deployed multiple times and have just as many problems as the next combat veteran but never have I used it as an excuse for being nasty to customers and giving bad/rude service to any of my customers ever. Parts are hit and miss as far as quality they are not my first choice but for that reason and prices can be high but in a pinch I'll go there.
Stopped to have battery light checked. Told that the battery was no good. Bought a battery and was sold the incorrect battery. Upon returning it was told I'd have to pay more to upgrade to the correct battery. Went to second auto store to be told that the battery was 100% charged and fine. Will not return.
Awesome staff!! Only had half of the stuff I needed. Called another location to make sure they had the rest of my parts ready for pick up. Definitely a great location.
None of the employees wear masks or social distance. It was like they were living in 2019. I'm sure we all wish 1000 of or neighbors, family and friends weren't dying every day, but pretending it's not happening doesn't protect the people you love.
Poor customer service, waste of time, no selection, nasty employees. Stay away if you need help with anything car related. Stopped inside the store with my Dad on 6-16-17 at 3pm and had to yell over 12 employees standing around doing nothing to get help. Employees said they were "remodeling" and couldn't bother to help us at all. I'm never coming here again!
Always the most helpful people behind the counter, super supportive and informative. The most tragic downfall of this store is the selection of parts in-store is dismal. They can order just about anything you need, but if you need it the day of, you're better off going somewhere else.
