Jason listened to what I was looking for, asked clarifying questions, and had cars ready for me to test drive before I even arrived. He never tried to steer me towards more expensive options. In fact, Jason went above and beyond by looking at the tires after I said I would buy it and said, "These are not the best tires. We will put new ones on for you." I never asked for tires, he just followed his moral compass. Yup. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Highly recommend.

It was awesome they could get my car in for brake work the same day that I stopped by and inquired about service. I wish I had more input on the parts they purchased. I would not have bought the best if the best. I would have chosen moderately priced parts because I am on a fixed income, which I told them. But - it was right before Christmas and they fixed my brakes. Thank you.

My first time buying from a dealership, Jason was great and made the whole process super easy! Especially when it came to financing he went out of his way to help find any potentially better rates. Actually forgot my paperwork and had to drive back, when I got there I mentioned an odd noise I hadn’t noticed in the test drive and Jason walked me right over to the service area to help set up an appointment for them to look into it later on. In summary absolutely great customer service!

When I went to buy my car Jason was super nice and helpful, it wasn’t until I was pulling off the lot in my car that I noticed my screen didn’t work. Jason told me it was no problem he would have it fixed. I set up an appointment with their service team and they give me the run around saying the light was just dim on my screen (which it was) that STILL didn’t fix my problem. My screen still goes out every other day & they're telling me there’s nothing they can do about it because they don’t know what’s wrong. I went to go see about my AC going out and they kicked my dashboard for it to come back on. I feel like I was sold a lemon because now I’ve only had my car for two months my brake light is on and flashing & I just called and spoke to someone about it and they told me to make sure all my doors are closed…If you want the run around this is the perfect place to buy a car.

I purchased a great car last week with Jason’s help. The Pathfinder is exactly what my family has been needing! I almost gave up on purchasing a vehicle after looking for over a month at various dealerships and going back and forth with my credit union. I called and spoke with Jason to explain my situation of having a quirky extra large dog who refuses to ride in a car unless he can go in through a passenger door to get in, plus needing to fit two kids in the back. Jason actually measured the height of what it would be for my dog to step into the Pathfinder vs what I was currently driving and invited my dog to come for a test drive with me. I was also able to secure a better loan rate and terms by applying on their website vs what my credit union could offer. The process was quick and easy, no pressure, no annoying multiple phone calls or texts, no marketing spam emails, no making me feel stupid for asking questions. And I really do appreciate that my dog was invited to come along to put in his two barks worth.

I had amazing service at West Point Auto. My power steering pump went out, they took my car in and I wasn’t expecting it back for at least a week. Cam the repair tech stayed late to fix my car and I had it back the next day. They are always courteous and go above and beyond for their customers.

West Point Auto is fantastic. They are honest, do work that stands the test of time, and are great people. As a woman, I appreciate that I can walk into this place and have ACTUAL trust that I'm not getting charged the "female tax" some mechanics in the past have collected from my pockets by selling me a bunch of stuff I don't need, since it's pretty obvious I don't know much about cars.
