Had a spray-in bedliner installed for my 2014 Tundra. Everyone is super friendly and communicated in a timely manner. The bedliner looks absolutely incredible, would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10
Update: I'm lowering my stars from 3 to 1 star. I also had a hitch with wiring for lights installed on my other car around the same time as the remote starter. So two years later (now) my tail lights go out. The dealer says it was a problem with the wiring harness. It was $780 for the diagnostic and to replace it. I know I could have brought it back to Bruce's, but I really wasn't that happy when they put it in initially. They had the wiring so the plug was in the hatch instead of by the hitch and I just didn't want any future problems.
Original review: Brought my car in for a remote starter installation. Picked out a Clifford 2-Way Long Range remote from the Clifford display (the only remote starter display) and actually pointed to it when getting a price. They did the installation and I was handed a 1-Way remote. When I pointed out I ordered a 2-Way they quickly swapped it out but after I got home I noticed that it wasn't even a Clifford brand product. In all fairness they only charged me for a 1-Way remote but it still wasn't the product I ordered. Everything works but the remote I received doesn't have the same range as the product I ordered and the battery ins't rechargeable which is what I liked about the Clifford.
This shop is excellent. I have been a customer for over 20 years. My flat four trailer connector suddenly wasn't working, and literally after five minutes at Bruce's, the problem was diagnosed and fixed today with a walk in appt. I will be back. Thanks so much!
Excellent service every time I’ve ever been there. Good communication when I drop vehicles off, fair pricing, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re setup properly. I’ve taken five different trucks here over the years for various upgrades like spray-in bedliners, gooseneck kits, floor mats, and trailer brakes.
I got a remote start here and it stopped working after a few months. They replaced it and whenever it’s cold out the remote start sets off the car alarm. They replaced it again and it still does the same thing. Poor quality.
Very nice & clean show room. The guy helping me was very good and did a really great job of asking me what I wanted. Proceeded to give me a few quotes. But, let me stop and say these trailer hitch and detail shops are not like the places of old...meaning I, myself had to $$pay a garage to remove my existing broken hitch(another outside cost) prior to the install.
I have done business with these guys a few times. Had a light keep coming on for trailer brake issue. No clue what to do. Stopped by and they took out back just to test all the wiring. Quickly changed three fuses for free and replaced the harness in 10 minutes at a super reasonable cost. Can’t imagine what it would took to get a replacement at a mechanic or dealership. Thanks guys.
Their service was outstanding. I don't usually write reviews as I expect the service to be good in the first place. But when the service is over and above the normal, these persons deserve a high five from me.
I bought a spray in Rhino Lining from Bruce's. The staff was knowledgeable and understanding. The price was $20 cheaper than anywhere else I could find that would answer their phone and the Rhino Lining is top of the line. I look forward to taking my future business to Bruce's and will recommend them to anyone who wants to fit their truck with the best products.

I always enjoy my time spent at Bruce's. (Usually just talking) They carry high quality products and can get them quick. We have sent customers between our two shops since we've been in business. Can we install remote starts? Yeah, but Bruce's does it better. Could we be a BackRack dealer? Yeah, but Bruce's already is and knows what ya need. So, in short, when I need something Bruce's has, even if I can do it myself, I go to Bruce's.
Highly recommend this business. Initial ordering issue for new hitch caused 24 hour delay which was followed by additional shipping issue which added another day. A 90 minute install turned into a 48 hour install requiring me to leave my car for 2 days. Unexpectedly, all labor charges were dropped by mgmt. and a sincere apology was provided. Thank you!
Bruce is a great guy to deal with and I've always been well taken care of anytime I have him do work for me. He stands behind his work and is true to his word.

Bruce and Aaron are very personable, it's obvious they take pride in their work, and are very knowledgeable.
A bit higher priced than I found elsewhere, but I believe the great service is worth it.
They did a spray in Rhino bed liner on my 2009 GMC Sierra 2500 with 8 foot bed - did it in one day( 7/16-2019) and bed was perfect. You want a professional job done on a bed liner in a truck bed these guys are the best at it and very reasonable on pricing. I am one completely satisfied customer plus just before that had 7 way connector for my camper installed in bed - same thing as liner - perfect.
Haven’t even been here Bruce, but just want to say your ads are the only ones on the radio I look forward to hearing! My husband and I have agreed we want to check the place out even though we don’t need a trailer hitch or rhino lining. This place has or can get most anything you need for your truck. I got running boards, tonnou cover, and Rhino bed lining. You can buy and install yourself our have Bruce's great employees do it for you. If you ever have a problem or question they are right there to help. Great place to shop.
I went for a hitch to be put on my car and they were fast and efficient. Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Will refer others to them and if I decide to have a remote starter put on my car I will go back to them. Prices were pretty reasonable.
I needed it to get the wiring on our van, for our trailer, replaced and was able to it the same day I called them about it instead of 20 days later by a competitor. They were friendly and efficient. 2 thumbs up!

Installed a hitch on my Jeep Patriot. Their price was better than U-haul's and they had me out in about 40 minutes. Quick and friendly service at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
