Had a car picked up same day as we called. The owner came out he was on time super polite, helped moves branches out of the way of the vehicle even. Worked with us not having the key for the vehicle to get it in neutral to tow. I have used similar companies like this before many time and hands down this is the best one I've ever dealt with! He was here and gone in 10 minutes. Super kind about having to drive in our yard too. I cannot recommend this company enough!!! If we ever have a car we need taken away again we'll call them!
Needed to get rid of my car, so a friend of mine from work refered me to Rusty's. Process was simple, quick and easy. Customer service was friendly 10/10 would recommend. Communication was great as well as them being on time and early. I'll miss my car but it was a relief to get rid of it ??
Communication was great and very professional, service was great and fast, came picked it up and was on their way but very great and not rude at all even with my 10yr old running around fascinated about the tow truck
Great example of how business should be done! Answering the phone, communication, more communication after phone call on text, then answers AGAIN when I called. Gave me a pick up time, instructions, and was half hour early. Definitely doing business again!

Had Adam come out and get three vehicles over the past few years. And. Very pleased with timing and process that took place. Recommend highly the service he provides. A plus.
My granddaughter’s car had been sitting in her apartment parking lot for a few months. It needed a new transmission and had multiple other issues costing way more than what the car was worth. She had contacted a large company to come pick it up, took the day off work and they never showed. She called them and they told her someone called in and they offered to reschedule. She did not, because she couldn’t take any more time off.
I asked around and got Rusty’s number from a friend. One call and one day later he was there on time! Rusty is very pleasant, professional and efficient. Do yourself a favor and hire him. You won’t be disappointed! Terrific experience!!

Really nice and honest fair price and helpful tires where exactly what they said and held them why I went back home to clear my car out so I could come back and load them up. The lady did it for me because I have walking and balance issues. Walk with a walking stick. Would highly recommend them
Professional and quick, They have their own youtube channel as well demonstrating the behind the scenes of car scrapping and general yard work to quell any suspicions. They also still took my car even with a tire that was at risk of flopping off on loading, so there's credit to that as well. Overall, 10/10. If I had another car I'd definitely work with them again!
Impressed with these guys, started messaging back and fourth Sunday night, agreed on the price and promptly showed up when they said they were today to pick up the vehicle. Thank you!
I gave a one star review because of the lies. And indeed After that long-winded lie below, I will drop my one star to zero star. Photos posted are the conversation I had. Clearly it was definitely not “ OVER one week ago” So don’t over exaggerate! Secondly, I never swore or threatened anyone (I don’t swear mind you). The pics speak for themselves- I only said “not cool” because of how things went after the fb conversation. When i called, the lady I spoke with said she’s checking to see if the parts are still available and will call me back. . After a few minutes she calls back says that they are available and that they’ll be $300. I proceeded to ask if the price went up because - as per the fb convo - it was to be $200. She then proceeds to berate me and ask why I called then if I had a conversation already about the parts. I said because if you guys are taking deposits, I wouldn’t want to give my card info on Facebook. Then she says shes driving and puts me on a long hold…, comes back on and says the parts are not available. Smh
Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves telling lies. Particularly you mister owner!
2nd edit to the added lies:
The only downside to this is that the phone conversation (on the 12th NOT the 13th) was not recorded. But there were absolutely no threats or belittling made over the phone by me nor was I told to never contact or show up the company (via the phone conversation). Also, I didn’t call to make a deposit. Being a week (not over as u claim), I called to obviously check if the parts are still available for purchase and if so move on from there.
So, I was told was On the phone is, “let me check if the parts are still available, and I’ll call you back”. The call was made a few minutes later and I was informed the parts are available and $300. At which point I asked why $300 and not the $200 agreed on fb. So who’s tricking who here?! That’s when the lady’s tone changed and asked why I called if I had already communicated with someone on fb. I explained simply because I prefer giving card info over the phone not fb. After that is when I was informed that the parts are no longer available. To which I responded on fb “not cool”. As shown in pic.
As for the parts, It’s not gold that’s being sold for I or any customer to be frustrated and then threatened and belittle as you lied. All is said was “not cool” Not because of the parts being sold, (which in itself is a lie because the lady did call me back and inform me they’re available albeit at an added cost) but because of the added cost and the lies thereafter.
My initial review had zero words until you started with the multiple lies. And followed by an edit with added lies. Most companies go above and beyond to help out customers but y’all go above and beyond to fabricate lies about the whole deal. Then say it’s spiraled. The least to have been said is that it was an error on the fb pricing but to meet halfway at least due to that ??♂️. But here you are, playing Pinocchio & psychic. Buyers beware!
PS: I live way too far to randomly show up at your “untrustworthy rusty” business.
They showed up when they said they would. Didnt try to change the the price we agreed on when they got there. They were friendly and courteous. I will do business with them in the futeure
Highly recommend these guys if you have an old vehicle to dispose! Great communication and friendly service. They gave me a fair price for my Jeep. I would not hesitate to call them again should I have a need.
Very nice and easy to work with. Even when there wrecker went down they figured out a way to serve me at the original time we had agreed upon and was very prompt and on time.
Also very impressed with how fast they responded my messages thru facebook even on weekends when they where closed
