On January 29, 2026, I call AAA for a wrecker for a 4 pm at about 9:30 pm a 10 Point Towing show up and told a that could only take me 25 miles, so I had to call another wrecker service to come to Cass City to get me, when I pay to have my car brought back to Bad Axe. He loaded up my car and took me to Cass City. When he went to unload it the chair was hooked up near my right rear control arm and it was damaged and had be replaced and a 4 wheel alignment had to be done at the cost of $258.91. AAA agent told me to call the owner and talk to him because he said they didn’t any thing wrong and they were not paying it. Because I raised my voice he hung up on me and then would not take my calls. I would not recommend to anyone.
We gave them a pretty good challenge, but they got our car unstuck. Really appreciate the care they showed in preventing any damage. Very thankful for the job they did for us.
I got myself stuck in the mud today. I called AAA and 10 point towing got to me really quickly. The employee (which I believe his name was Gage) was such a nice guy and went above and beyond to get me pulled out of the mud. I would recommend him to anyone.
Called to have our truck towed person was rude and short with me. Felt like it was because I was a women calling them instead of my husband which is ridiculous I was not impressed and ended up cancelling. These days it’s so hard for people to be kind and courteous.
They responded to my AAA call today(11-15) and as usual gave top notch service. They even went the extra mile by getting ramps to make sure my 2014 Cruze with ground effects didn't get damaged loading and unloading.
Picked me up quick and helped me get back home in a reasonable time! My car was being challenging but the tow truck driver did amazing and I appreciated everything he did!
10 Point Towing came out to the house twice in the last month to jump my husband's truck battery. 3rd time was to tow to the auto shop....needed new battery!!

Thankful for the quick and prompt service! I had my vehicle remote started when I set them on the center console while strapping my toddler in his seat. As soon as I closed the door it locked and I began to panic! They arrived fast and worked efficiently to unlock my vehicle and safely got my child out. Total mom fail but I was sooo thankful to them for their fast arrival and quick work! Wonderful customer service!
I would give 10 stars if I could! Came quickly in the early hours of the very cold morning to rescue my car and take it to the repair shop! Only company that would come out to the thumb! Would highly recommend.
Today I had issues with my vehicle on a Friday night & holiday weekend in Bay City. I have AAA insurance. They were useless in finding a toe truck. I took it upon myself to call 10 point towing. They came right out & was there in no time. Very helpful & courteous. I will recommend them hands down!!!
I was stuck at a gas station in the middle of nowhere during a heavy storm my motercycles turn signal had popped out and wouldnt go back in when Adam from 10 point towing pulled next to me asking if i needed help i told him i didnt want to hold him up and i appriciate him stopping anyway but he went above and beyond to help me jumping out of his truck fetching a screwdriver and a flashlight he stood over me pateintly while making friendly conversation as to where im heading and what i could try to get me to where im going eventually i got it to pop back in all thanks to Adam he was a godsend and a stand up guy. I haven't needed a tow truck yet, if/when im calling adam with someone as nice as helpful and professional as him, I'd trust calling 10 point any day.
Great company, great people. It sucks when you need to call for towing but it's great knowing you are getting fantastic people to help you out. Gotta love those Michigan dear.
Adam picked up my dad's classic Mustang and he was so careful with it. I appreciate how much he respected this car . I hope I don't have to but if I ever need one towed again I will request Adam.

The man that helped me by changing my tire was awesome. He changed my tire in the worst rain and lightning storm I've seen in a while. He didn't gripe and complain. I so appreciated his help. It was worth every penny spent.
10 Point was quick to respond when a suicidal deer jumped out in front of us today. Jason the operator, went out of his way to make the experience less traumatic and even went out of his way to allow us to retrieve belongings from the vehicle to avoid a four hour round trip. ** Five Stars ** Jason and 10 Point Towing.
I will never ever use this towing company again!!! Very unprofessional, I could not believe the comments that came out of my tow truck drivers mouth. One of the very first things he said to me when he pulled up to my stuck vehicle was “don’t women know they can’t drive through everything” and then he proceeded to tell me” to go back to drivers training.” I would never ever use this service again!! I am a 30 year old female and they are disgraceful!! Call anyone else but 10 point! They are a waste of a call!! I would give them no stars if possible. Call someone else!!!
First time using this company & I am very satisfied! My drive shaft blew off my truck while I was coming into vassar. A state police came and recommended we called 10 point towing to get our vehicle off the side of the road. Jason came to help my husband & I and he was great! He was nice, funny, & knew what he was doing. We will definitely be calling this company again if we ever need to be towed. Thanks Jason!!
Amazing, professional and kind people. The couple of times I have had to deal with 10 point, whether it be a tow or lock out,they have never judged us on the situation nd have been very kind and fast. Will use again if anything else happens.
Got stuck in Saginaw with my mechanic in Reese. My insurance kept telling me a two hour wait after already waiting an hour. Had my insurance call 10 Point Towing and I was picked up within the hour. Great and fast service. The operator was kind and professional. Definitely my go to company when I need them.
So today I got my truck stuck in a ditch, and hit a tree. Not only did Tony come out and check on me right when it happened, but his nephew stopped twice. These gentleman are stand up and their service was great.
After an hour of waiting on USAA to send out a tow truck from Saginaw, we just had them load me up and take me home.
They were so very wonderful.
Highly recommend for anyone who needs a great company full of great men.

My van died when I came out of the gas station. Couldn't get it started so the insurance company recommended 10 point. Glad they were close. The guys are very kind and courteous. A jump wouldn't work so they towed it to the local garage. I will use them again if needed and will refer you to my friends as well.
