Professional work very courteous individuals to deal with car was returned on the day promise I was shocked not only did they clean the outside but also the inside completely detailed very satisfied definitely would tell people to go there for any kind of work to be done on their vehicle
I've always used the Sturgis Auto Body USA as they have always done excellent work on my vehicles. Now if we can stop meeting deer in the road, things would be better! But I trust this shop to do the job right and they have never let me down.
There is no other shop we will even consider taking our vehicles Eric and his team are a 10 star shop on all platforms. If you go anywhere else your getting less then perfect service!!! My insurance company tried to tell me to use one of their " partner shops" went that route once before and thats how we got to Autobody usa in sturgis they had to fix the preferred company's work- skip the dumb stuff and just go here to start with you won't be upset about it thats for sure!!
My experience was excellent, A tree fell down on my pickup and after further review of the damage it ended up being a total loss. All the people are very nice.
Just want the public know that I recently had my car repaired by this great team and Lynda is very efficient in her job and keeping the customer informed and handling details that the customer doesn’t have to worry about. ?

They Missed engine mount Damage knowing I went over 6 curbs, lots of dirt & orange peel in the paint, they popped out the damaged fender and did not line it up properly seams are crooked. They left the lights on and ran down the battery told me the electric window motor needed replacing, though they said they did not check to make sure, yet the interior door panel fell off later … so obviously could not figure out why the windows were stalling going up and down. I figured it out the next day.
They Took the rubber gaskets off all head and tail lights to hide not fixing improper alignment of damaged tail light. Did not replace chrome gasket trim piece, they just bent the trim to paint the fender ? the reused trim it is too bent and it popped off in a day.
I requested the replaced tires to be same brand and put on front, they did not do it, despite me paying forty percent of the tire cost. They had the car a month. This was Sept 2024 finally able to write this without curse words.

Few Weeks Ago I Was Hit. Called Insurance They Sent Me To The Nearest Body Shop. Pick It Up Today (Sooner Than Expected). It Was Either Walk With My Daughter In The Rain, Or Call Someone To Take Me There. Instead The Employees Offer To Come Get Me & My Daughter Since We Only Live 1 Min Away. Looks Like It Never Got Hit. & To Top It Off, They CLEANED The Inside Of My Car.! 10/10 RECOMMEND! Very Nice People. Great Work.
Came to get an estimate after being rear-ended. Got a fast estimate. They told us just how seriously our van was damaged.
The insurance company totaled it.
Terrible customer service and communication.
My insurance sent me here after hitting a deer on Thanksgiving. After getting an estimate I was told that the earliest they could get me in is April. Or I can leave my vehicle there and use my insurance rental coverage in the meantime but there is no guarantee it would be done in the 30 days my insurance covers for a car rental.
Long story short, I told them that April was fine and I'll just wait so I wouldn't have to leave my vehicle there for an extended time and hope they get it fixed in 30 days. April came along and I hadn't heard anything. So I gave it some time into April before reaching out to them. When I spoke to a lady on the phone she told me that now the earliest they could get me in is June because "the hail storm" that came through a few weeks ago and that they never actually scheduled me for a specific date. Once again they offered for me to leave my vehicle there long term and hope that it gets fixed within the 30 days I have coverage for a car rental. I told her no and said I will just contact my insurance and go somewhere else since it was ridiculous I had been already waiting for 5 months and she was asking me to wait another three months. The lady then rudely hung up on me.
As an fyi. They quoted my repair at $16k to go through insurance
Super easy to work with, underestimated by insurance but they were able to get us fixed up. We noticed additional damage after pickup and they got it done quickly!
Had a great experience with this shop very professional got my truck in and out in a timely manner. Everything looks great can't tell there was ever any damage.
I have had them work on my vehicle three times. Two were insurance and one was cash. Every time the service was exceptional. They gave me several repair options and explained the benefits of each. They went above and beyond the service I selected each time. Always looking for ways to save you money and do the job right. Very pleased with their service.
Very poor customer service. A "preferred" body shop listed by my insurance company. Could not return call and no service scheduled after a month wait. Went to another body shop, had appointment scheduled before leaving and a follow up call same day. Will not go back to Autobody USA. Thank you for the follow up, however it wasn't just a delay, there were no return calls from the shop and no effort from this specific shop to address my going elsewhere.
Fantastic work and excellent warranty coverage of the repairs the performed. Noticed a mechanical issue a week later and they immediately dropped everything they were doing and gave it their full attention to uphold their personal warranty. This place is the best. Dont settle for less. I completely endorse them.

Car was perfect except a little dust on the inside. Great service. Car was returned to it's right off the line beauty. Was very pleased. The only thing they could do better is offer a rental if your car was going to take a week which my did take that long both times I took it there but they did finish 1 day early. Overall a good experience. Would recommend them to my friends and family.
Called to see if they can get a glass window for my truck and she was instantly short and harsh. Then she said she would call to see if their supplier has it and what the price is. Never got s call back!
The biggest money hogs around! For two little unscratched dends that could have easily been warmed up with a heat gun and pulled our with a suction cup .. charge $973.77 with an unnecessary fill in and repaint job! It was a rental car
Could not believe how caring and courteous everyone was!!! So refreshing! Kept me informed daily of the progress being made, and the completed job was top notch! AND the car had been washed before I picked it up!!! Extremely pleased with this business, and will highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of auto body repair.
