Sold me for life. Amazing experience from start to finish. Great communication! Sends a link with multipoint inspection with pictures of what needs repair. Researched what the cost should be on repair, the cost was more than reasonable with the inspection performed. Owner himself came out on pick up to make sure things where good. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

****Updated post**** WORTH THE READ please read in its entirety. Brought a 2014 Lincoln mks in for a epas replacement. The cost of the repair shocked me but Ford engineers did a number on that one. Car was at their shop for a week and a half. They offer a loaner car albeit first come first serve. The day before my repair was complete one came available. Better late then never right lets look on the bright side. Fast forward to 4/18/25 I get the call my cars ready. Head to the shop pay them a whooping 4k plus for a repair. I go out I start my car it’s got a warning on the dash “lane keeping assist malfunction” and a suggestion to get it serviced. I turn the car off go back to the counter and mention it. They said we don’t know if that was there before we started. I assured them it wasn’t. You can’t not see the message when you start the car, as shown in the photo. They comfort me by telling me moving forward they will make their techs take a picture of the dash. Ok sure, their suggestion is take it to ford and we will cover the cost for them to look at it. The gentleman was very careful with his words not to say they would cover the cost to repair it, something that wasn’t there when I dropped the car off. Apparently if they aren’t sure you shouldn’t even expect a phone call or mention of it prior to them taking your money. So here I am needing to drop my car off at Ford because a safety feature that was working before they touched my car is now not, wasting the one thing you can’t get more of in life….time. I was madder then a hornets nest but I wasn’t going to argue with you in-front of the lady at the counter. I’m willing to change this review but the manager here better call me and if the gentleman I interacted with at the shop was a manager he should reconsider the options he left me with and reach out. I hate to beat up on a local business but this was bs. You guys have my number. *******UPDATE******** The shop did end up calling me back. They promptly had a loaner car ready for me, took it to Ford, who ultimately diagnosed the problem wrong and caused them to do the entire job again (sorry). At the end of the day, they have a business to protect for which I dont fault them. As a customer, who knows what they are talking about I had my wallet to protect much like them. The car essentially froze and wouldnt take to programming. Ford ended up getting it squared away. Throughout this process the Meyers team was very professional, and they did honor their work. They also worked in taking care of a little coolant leak for me. While initially rated as a one star I have updated it to a five star and will be back should my car need future service. I do have confidence the Meyers team will take care of you if you dont try and bs them.

I informed the manager of the subpar work. I included photos, he agreed that the part was not installed correctly. I told him I pumped two or three gallons of gas and it poured out because of the incorrect repair. I said the ball is in your court. He gave me$15 for gas and made no mention about the cost of a repair that failed. I didn’t ask for my money back. As I said I told him the balls in his court. He apparently decided that charging me for a repair that was not correct was the best way to resolve the issue. It’s clear that the hose was not properly connected. Otherwise it would be round.

I recently got my motor replaced at Meyer Automotive. I had my vehicle back for a little over 2 weeks and I ended up having a hose clamp break and lost all my antifreeze. I took it back in and they replaced the hose clamp, along with filling up the antifreeze all free of charge. I cannot recommend Meyers enough, you will not find a more honest and communicative mechanic. Honestly and wholeheartedly the best mechanic in St. Joseph county. Maybe even southwest michigan. Always great service, always honer their quoted price, almost always have a loaner vehicle to use and most importantly they are genuinely good people. You will not be disappointed when using Meyer Automotive.

They know their stuff here. I have been going here for 6 years. It's the best experience at a mechanic I have ever had. They thoroughly go over everything and text you results. As a woman I feel respected and never have they tried to sell me anything I don't need. I like the Car Care Club, a one time fee with a punch card after you use the services. In the long run, I always save money and it helps me remember to get my oil changed. Very few small town mechanic shops like this any more.

I recently visited Meyers Automotive Service for an oil change, and I must say, it was a stellar experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel confident that my car was in good hands!

Our first encounter with Meyers Automotive. Awesome customer service. Broke down and they treated us like family. Figured out the problem and got it fixed quickly. We will definitely be continuing to come here for all of our future car maintenance and any problems we might encounter.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Meyers Automotive Service! I highly recommend them if you need anything done! Honest, professional, and reliable service. They go above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is in top condition. Trustworthy and fair pricing – a rare find in the auto industry. It’s hard to find a mechanic that will honor their warranty without a bazillion strings attached. Meyers did the exact opposite. The previous owner of my car had gotten the brakes done before I bought the car. I had no clue. When I took it in for a problem with the brakes, I explained to them who I bought it from, and it has always been serviced with them since the very beginning. After transferring the previous owner's history to my history, Toby looked at me with a smile and told me if it’s anything to do with the brakes, it’s all going to be under warranty. Today, I got my vehicle back and a $0.00 bill. To say I’m pleased is an understatement!

My wife brought the truck in... The only thing I believe was miss communication... we thought we had A solid time ... so she decided to take it and wait for it... but come to find out You were just gonna work it in during the day. Wish we knew that up front. Steve Smoker Go Blue !!!

The waiting area was clean and quiet. It didn't smell like gas or oil, which I really appreciate. They kept me updated on what they were doing and how long the wait would be for their evaluation of my vehicle. Overall very satisfied with the service. Very friendly too. They have a loaner car available when my vehicle gets fixed.

Air conditioning broke. I attempted a recharge with no luck. Took it to them, and they found the rear air conditioning unit had failed. They gave me several options to fix, or unhook the rear. I chose to unhook the rear, and everything upfront works just fine now. It was more expensive that I wanted, but it was not their fault by any means. They also fixed my windshield washers and did not charge me anything, just a friendly service. I will go to them again.

I had an amazing experience with Meyers Automotive Service. I was having battery problems and came in to ask for an appointment. They took me in right away and got the battery delivered and replaced within a mere hour. The price was reasonable and customer service was amazing. They even offered some food and drink during my wait. Now my car is running great, will definitely be going back!

It has been several years since I had automotive repair service at Meyers Automotive. With several options for car repair in town, I chose Meyers to have my Kia serviced for some electrical issues with my head light and left front turn signal. When the mechanic diagnosed the problem, he explained to me the issue and gave me a quote of how much it would cost. I made the appointment to come back and have it done and when I checked out, I was very pleased the final cost to repair it was much less than what I was quoted. The customer service is great, the service advisor made me feel welcome and the best part is, My vehicle was repaired and my headlight and turn signal work great again.

Gave Meyers auto a call because my truck wasn’t starting up right, they got me in quickly, diagnosed it, starter, battery, blinker, and an oil change : got it done in the same day I took it there. Everyone was very friendly, service was quick, and they even got me to work when I dropped it off? I would absolutely recommend this shop!!! Best service I have had!! Thanks so much!

I thought people like Barry (the owner of Meyers) only existed in movies. But today my family and I got to meet an extraordinary man with a heart of gold. Before I go on to explain, I would recommend Meyers to ANYONE. It is clear that their business is and always has been built on honesty and customer satisfaction. We were traveling from NY to Iowa in the crazy blizzard. We lost control of our car on i-80 and slid into the median ditch. 3 of our tires were losing air pressure because of the slip and slide into the grassy ditch. It was 5pm on December 23rd and my wife happened to call Meyers for help. Barry answered and offered to stay at the shop until we limped in with 3 bad tires. By 7pm (2 hours after his normal closing) we were fixed up and off to a hotel. Barry PERSONALLY made sure we were safe and he did everything he could to fix all three of our tires. My family and I were blessed to meet Barry and experience a man that would do anything to help complete strangers. I only hope I can pay it forward... Barry and Meyers automotive will be my inspiration when I get that opportunity. Thank you!

Meyers was able to get my new tires mounted on after dismounting the old! Not only did they save me over $100 for the service compared to other places in the area, they also did a 42 point inspection and disposed of my old tires! My inspection report was sent to my phone before me picking up the car. No wait no hassle. They did an awesome job and I only wish I COULD GIVE THEM MORE STARS! Will continue to have my business!

I had a death wobble in my steering wheel, and alignment was out on my car. The folks at Meyers Auto Service took great care of my car, and fixed the issue. They communicated the issues very well, and were very efficient in getting it completed. I recommend this shop to any friend or family member. They do great work.

I received a card in the mail wishing me a Happy Birthday and a coupon for a free oil change. It was time for an oil change so I took them up on their offer. Had a great conversation with Barry (owner) about the history of the business. The customer service was outstanding. I've found my "go to" auto service shop. I highly recommend you try them out.

Waited too long for brake pads replacement due to COVID….had been vaccinated but still got sick and off with no pay. So had to turn the music up higher. Meyers got me in when I wanted them to. Pay day! They are very friendly and accommodating. And got it all done in one day. The car sounds so good. I’m going back for more things for them to repair. Will never go back to Ford if I can help it!

Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff! Needed an alignment for my son's car following new inner and outer tie rods and control arm. He needed his car back asap since he lives out of town and they were able to fit us in that day. Everywhere else I checked was 2-3 wks. They even provided me with a loaner car for the hour wait at no extra charge. Thank you again Meyers!!

Meyer Automotive gives consistently great service. They go out of their way to make things convenient for you. They picked up my car, and left me a loaner. They provided prompt and quality service at a fair price. I definitely recommend them!

Great place, great service, reasonably priced, and great people! Wife and I got a flat tire on the way to Chicago. We google searched tire places in the area and Meyers was one of them. Rather than calling, we just went to the first place - it was out of business... 2nd place - moved the location so it’s a different address now. Then we went to Meyers and thank god for that! The owner and his wife were there along with a few employees. In spite of other appointments that were ahead of us, the owner took the job upon himself, got our car up on the lift and patched the tire for us. We were due for an oil change, so I asked if he could help us with that too! He made it happen! To me the most impressive part was that he did the work himself, so one of his guys can take the lunch break. As a team leader for 15 employees, I know what that looks like, and it shows great customer service. I was very happy with the service and the job done. Thanks to Meyers my wife and I got back on the road within the hour and are now having a great time in Chicago!

Meyer automotive took care of my vehicle promptly. There customer service is excellent. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They have shuttle service and loan a car service. They were honest with me about my vehicle. I do think they might be a little more expensive. I would go to them again though for the honesty and customer service I received. That is why I gave them a 5 star rating. And the work they did was quality work.

The team at Meyer Automotive was very thorough and friendly. They provide a convenient pick up and delivery service so I could have my vehicle serviced without the inconvenience of missing work or trying to find a ride back to work. They provided a very detailed report of suggestions that would need repair without pushing me into having them fixed now. Overall a very good place to go.
