A younger man came to unlock my dead car. The car made it difficult as possible. He did not give up. He was outside in the freezing cold in the dark for an hour trying to figure it out. His perseverance paid off and he finally got it. His attitude was positive the entire time. True professional.
I just wanted to say if you want your car to make it to wherever it's going.Don't choose this company.I just actually almost impaled myself on one of their cars cause they decided to turn left on a green light.Yeah, so if you want your car to make it to wherever it's supposed to be going absolutely, do not choose them!
Dave's is the place to go to in St Clair County, I've used them a couple times and never been disappointed. Scott is fast and friendly and gets the job done quick!
I recieved a tow today from Dave's towing, Scott was such a professional, understanding, great guy to converse with, he definitely saved me from being stuck in the heat, couldn't of asked for a nicer person, and so grateful that he figured out where i was. He's an asset to your company, I will recommend your company and Scott for a driver. He deserves a raise! Thanks Scott!
AAA dispatched Dave's for a dead battery, when the tow truck driver left the call my car door was bent in half and I had the wrong size tire on my car. The driver was kind, but he jacked my car up to jump the starter, was the last person in the car messing with the shifter. When he jumped the started it threw the car in reverse where my car backed into the tow truck, cut a hole in my tire and bent my door all the way back where it wouldn't shut. He initially offered to give me a deal on a door, but has stopped responding. The owner also will not call me back to replace the door and tire they broke. Good thing my sister is a lawyer, looks like we have to sue them for damages.
Amazing and awesome, they went out of their way to help out when AAA dispatch reached out for a long distance tow that noone in my area would do. The communication the entire time on their part was awesome too.Thanks to them my truck safely made it off the road and to the mechanic. I can't say thank you enough! You rock!

Know before you go:
They don't take credit cards. So bring lots of cash. If you have not used a towing service in a few years, the price has quadrupled.
They can't tell you how much your invoice is before you get there. Even after calling twice. So again, bring lots of cash.
It's an owner operated business; so call about a half hour before you arrive, to make sure someone is physically at their location.
It's right behind the carwash, you can't miss it.
Dave was super when our 54 Chevy Pickup quit on the way home from a car show. He took great care of our baby! He also let us know we had a broken shock while he was hooking up. Thanks so much. That could have a major repair down the road. We had no idea. It had been broken for awhile.
Called to get my truck off there tow yard and there’s no one there but I’m getting charged storage fees by the day all I’m getting told is that the owner going to call never got a call and my truck is still there
It was awesome the owner of the company came himself because no one was available for fast service so Dave came himself and I didn't wait 10 minutes and I was very pleased with the far price thanks again David
Was given an estimate time of an 1 hr called back after 2 hrs was told he should be there any min. 3 hrs later no one showed. Called and was told the driver didn't see his text message. At this point it went from being 2 o'clock to now 5. The shop my car being towed to is now closed so have to wait till tomorrow. If I would have known i would have had to wait 3 hrs for nothing I would have used a different company.
I Called in needing a Local tow & when I called
I was “helped” by a generally careless
& unhelpful older lady that acted drunk over he phone
With bleak answers and long pauses
In most cases i can tell when customer service isn’t a top priority this is the case at Daves.
I just want to take a moment to thank Dave's Towing for helping my dad when he was locked out of his truck. The team was quick and helpful and for that I am very appreciative. Thank you again.
Have used Dave's Towing for years and have never been disappointed. They go out of their way to provide great service and prompt response to emergency calls. Can't say enough about how great they've been. They've helped me out countless times.
The driver was ok except for the fact that my truck was delivered to my mechanic missing it's moonroof. Also the women that I spoke to to address this issue was was unpleasant, rude, unprofessional and frankly acted like a child. Her mannerisms were adolescent and similar to my toddlers temper tantrums. Discussion was nearly impossible. I would definitely recommend using someone else.
