The man that showed up to tow my car was really caring and assured me that I didn’t need a tow he was able to pull the blade out my tire and checked to make sure it wasn’t punctured awesome person and very knowledgeable if I ever have car troubles I will definitely call them. Wow! What great service! We called Jack on a Wednesday evening and he was there with his new truck within 30 minutes. We were 25 minutes away! That is service. He was fair with the price, knowledgable about towing and loading the car with a broken control arm. He got my son's car to the repair shop and left the keys in the drop box for us preventing another trip for us. He will definitely be our family "go to" for towing. He also takes AAA, which were will be getting.
Dillon was very punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Their company really cared about helping people in their time of need. Excellent communication and service. I hope I don’t need a tow again soon but if I did I would call them again.
They are located 5 miles from me so they arrived very quickly. I stuck my 12,500 pound backhoe in the muck on an angle tilting towards the ditch. All hooked up and back on the road in 10 minutes with no issue. Thanks
I got a flat tire 30 minutes from my home and Ethan noticed me on the side of the road and pulled over to change my tire for me, free of charge. Super nice and I did give him some chocolate truffles for his hard work. He didn’t have to do that but he noticed I needed help and stopped over. Thanks so much!
These guys were so incredibly nice, quick to respond, and reliable! I had a car blow a fuse and was stuck in a parking lot. These guys not only towed me home within 30 mins of calling them, but they helped me figure out exactly what the problem is with my car too! Super helpful and would definitely recommend.
Fast, Friendly, and Great customer service! It was a Sunday morning I realized my key fob got locked in my car. Jack showed up quickly and within a minute of him being there, my car was unlocked. He saved the day, as we were able to make it to baseball on time! Would highly recommend.
While I didn't necessarily have USA tow a vehicle for me, I reach out to them and spoke with Jack . I own and operate a small towing company in Ontario Canada and needed a transfer case that an auto wrecker close to them had, my only available time to come over was the weekend and the yard was closed. He kindly picked up the part and took it to his shop and met me on the Sunday so I could grab it . Really apreciate USA Towing helping out another small towing company especially from out of state.

Neede a tow of less than a mile to my house in capac after having a front end blowout in the early morni called and owner answered right away first time i called, phone died out and had no charger but i had told the owne4 where i eas befure phone died, flagged someone down and they tried to call, no answer or response on when i could receive help, I waited hours withiut a single tow truck company answering my calls. Do not say you are open 24hrs, this is not true at all and shoukd be labeled false advertising, apparently my cash isnt green

Called after midnight after my fuel pump went out on my car. He came out fast and he was friendly. Took special care of my car when loading and unloading as to make sure it wasn’t damaged. Definitely recommend!!!!!
FRIENDLY, CARES, TIMELY, and COMPETENT! This mans customer service alone would make USA towing my first choice but he also came through for my family and I ahead of schedule after the “Tripple letter competitor ” company left us waiting for over 6 hours past our scheduled time and refused to call us back any time we requested an update. Thank you so much! You made the world of difference for us!
After waiting a day on AAA, called these guys and they arrived on time! They took great care while loading and unloading my vechile highly recommend them!

They are extremely unprofessional and don't even care. They were dispatched to tow my car via my car insurance over two hours ago and never even bothered to show up or apologize saying that they are late or anything. When I called them twice asking if they were ever going to show up, they answered very unprofessionally and didn't even ask me my name or any information that they could look up to see what was going on. I will never recommend this company to anyone EVER. Do NOT use this company.

5 stars is not nearly enough!!!! He was so kind and helpful! We blew 2 tires on our camper in the middle of the night in the pouring rain. 2 other companies turned us down but he did not hesitate. He was so quick. I had a car full of cold, scared kids and he had us back on the road in no time ♡♡♡♡♡ I cannot say enough good things about them!
