Great service! Everyone is friendly. They treat you like family! People come from all over the state to get their car serviced at Schaefer & Bierlein. While I was waiting for my car, I visited with two nice ladies from Bay City. They stopped at Zehnder's restaurant to eat and do a little shopping before their appointment.

Wonderful experience buying a used truck. Everyone was polite and professional. There was no pressure to buy, and the stuff was up front & matter of fact about mechanical issues. There is a bushing issue that wasn't resolved before purchase, they're going to fix it free.... Good people

Our buying experience was very friendly, professional and successful one, Being over 400 miles away and trying to buy a vehicle can be a burden sometimes but, that was not the case here. I sent them pictures of our trade, along with a video, VIN etc and the deal for the truck my wife wanted was made. We traveled up the night before and stayed over to be there for our appointment the next morning. As it would happen we drove up in the rain but the next morning the snow storm came! When we arrived Jim McNalley our salesman met us there even though it was his day off. The truck was ready cleaned, fueled up and ready to go. We had our dog with us and they were very accommodating and patient while we got her situated. The paperwork was ready everything was as represented on both sides and the transaction was completed and we were out in no time at all. The town is beautiful and with the Bronners Christmas Wonderland being right down the street you know we had to stop there. While I waited with our dog my wife shopped for a few hours and then we left for home! The truck did well on the trip home as we seen many accidents from the weather moving in! All in all a great buying experience and highly recommend their dealership and staff.

Thank you to the service department. My car broke down on our recent visit to Frankenmuth. They fixed for us in a timely manor and were kind enough to transport us to our hotel and back. Everyone did a great job especially John from the service department. We enjoyed our time there despite the car problems.

This is the oldest dealship in the area. My experience when my vehicle broke down wasn't a very pleasant experience at the dealership. They try to send me to another dealership for service. My check engine light was flashing and my vehicle was misfiring. I wasn't going to drive it 45 miles to the dealership in Grand Blanc Michigan for service. My vehicle only had 200 miles on it at the time. They informed me I didn't purchase the right fuel. I explained to them this was the fuel that came with my truck. I had 300 miles to empty. They kept telling me that Top Tier Premium Fuel wasn't used... They had my vehicle for 14 days on their lot and only ran a computer check stating all cylinders are misfiring. The fuel will need to be drained out. I ask them how much longer before they could figure out the issue. I was never offered a loaner vehicle and another 20 days before anyone could fix the problem. I was so disappointed with the service department and how they responded to my question on when they could get to my vehicle to fix it. I originally want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership but was sent to Al Serra in Grand Blanc where I bought it from. They refused to deal or service my vehicle at this location since I didn't purchase from them. Not that I tried to I spoke to a salesperson about it. So then. Craig came up to me regarding my vehicle and more less told me if I didn't buy it from them they didn't want to service my vehicle. As if I has a choice my check engine light was on and it was misfiring. His reaction was if we serviced everyone vehicle from different dealership we couldn't service our regular customer. According to customer relations department they told me to the near dealership for service and don't drive it... So as a Stellantis Dealership and being the oldest dealership in the area I wouldn't recommend doing business here. Plus their management wasn't providing very helpful service for their brands of vehicles at this location. Since the mechanics couldn't figure out a hose wasn't attached in the beginning so that's what was causing my issue and maybe they need to be retrained.

Craig went above and beyond to get me safely back on the road! He saved me from being stranded two hours from home with my 8-month-old, and I cannot thank him and his team enough. Their kindness meant the world to me and my family.

Honest staff. Person stayed after their shift ended to take care of a minor issue they found after my scheduled service was complete so I didn’t have to come back at a different time date. Nice and comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff all around the building.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. They expedited our service check since we live 1 1/2 hours away and finished in a timely manner so we did not have to leave our car overnight. We recommend Schaefer & Bierlein to everyone!

We worked with Alex as our sales representative, very nice person treated us like we were part of the family. Would recommend this dealership and Alex is their salesman to friends and family. I actually came from out of state to buy a Jeep here. So glad i did. I first spoke to Kyle. He was awesome and was straight forward with me. I went through with buying it. Ed was the person helping do my financing. He was awesome as well. He was not pushy on the warranty or anything at all. Never got a single spam email or call from them once. Just straightforward, not to mention the jeep was in perfect condition. They cleaned it up and put new tires on for me (it was a used low mile one). I will be back here in 4 or 5 years when I’m ready to upgrade! Extremely happy with this place
