Order cleaner was told it would be there the next day an went in to get then was told it would take 2-3 days to get here showed up an the cleaner was sent back because i took to long to come get it.

Sold me the wrong battery. And didn't give me my discount. Which was $40. Now I have to pay some one more money to swap out the batteries for me
Update. Visit 2. To check engine light. Was told it was the Eco battery. When I asked how much they were. The guy rolled his eyes at me and said I wouldn't even want to guess how much they would be. ' Then looked it up said they were a dealer only part and he couldn't get them. Went to the Caro Store. They had them. Even looked up f'muth's store. Not only do they carry them. They had 2 in stock.
What is going on with this store?? Guess I will only go if my check engine light is on. To get the code read. Then go to Caro to get the right parts and proper service!
My Fiancé and I were up here, in Frankenmuth, traveling for Labor Day Weekend. While up here, my Fiancé's 2001 Pontiac Grand Am started overheating 10 minutes away from our Motel. We found out that the cause of the overheating was that the upper radiator hose broke while traveling to Frankenmuth. We decided to limp the vehicle to our motel and in the morning we stopped in at the O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. We were blessed to have Ryan and Josh working on the day that we stopped in. (09/02/2023). They were both VERY helpful. One of them even helped us use an extended clamp tool for the bottom part of the radiator hose. They were there every step of the way for us. My Fiancé and I are very young and inexperienced, but we were able to change the radiator hose without having to take it into an auto shop. However, we couldn't have done it without the help of Josh and Ryan. Thank you, guys!
They are great in here and the assistant manager that helped me resolve a battery issue went the extra mile. Their customer support team is what helps separate them from the other chain auto parts places.
Offered great advice and pulled up a diagram of the light shield on my brake light after being unable to remove it on my own. After their guidance I was able to get the shield off and replace the light bulb.
I walked in and greeted by two young gentlemen. They asked what they could to help me. I didn't get all of my Rey out, I am looking for adhesive, and the one young man held up a rear view mirror adhesive glue. I was shocked and asked, how did you know? We seen you pull up and figured you were coming in for that. I was so impressed! Nice young men, gave me advice on procedure and this experience is helping bring back what customer service should be. I didn't get their names, but these men need to be commended for their customer service and their superior friendliness. I will spread the word gentlemen and I will be back for my auto needs. On Friday afternoon while visiting St.Julian Winery I had a issue with my '05 Colorado, my truck basically died in there parking lot about 2pm. I had a very nice employee named Bradley come out and help me push my truck into a parking space to look at the issue, we found that the drive belt had broke and the tensioner was bad. He tried calling a repair in the area but they didn't offer any help. So Bradley out of kindess of heart repaired it for me.
Its people like this that make me believe in the American people. I would like to thank Bradley very much for his help, god speed for you and the company.
I go out of my way to visit this location because the help and knowledge is phenomenal, especially Josh. He is so helpful and takes his time to get you the best deal.
If some one by the name Marty is going to help you, just leave, you’re better off going somewhere that wants your business. Couldn’t have been less willing to help and didn’t hesitate to make it known that you t was a bother to find the part I needed. I wish I could leave less than one star
The person that helped me taught me about how grounding works, did a free electrical diagnostic, which i was not even going to ask for.
And also taught me about how center consol holders screw into the carpet to hold them.

Employees are always willing and able to help me if it should be carrying in a heavy battery to helping me figure out an alternative part they have that will work for something non automotive I am working on that may need a berring or a hose that I cant wait for if ordered online
The team at the store is the best, they help install bulbs and test batteries before they sell something not needed. The hours are the best in town, and turn drums and rotors. The store inventory is second to none and if they don't have it in they will get it normaly the same day.
I decided to try the new Location in Frankenmuth, I stopped in at around noon on June 29. I was the only car in the parking lot. I needed a mini 15a fuse for my mazda, that is all i knew. The man took me to the fuse sections and flipped through about five rows of fuses and said, we have this one, this one, this one etc. I asked him to help me figure out which one I needed. He came out to my car, but said he could not help me because he did not have a light. Did not offer to "look it up" No help at all. Ive been to OReillys in Bay City, where they were very helpful and hands on. I went to a different auto parts store in Frankenmuth, where they very quickly helped me out.
