We were in the area for a family vacation and had a tail light/brake light go out right before heading home. We didn't have a ratchet with us to be able to replace it so the man working opened up a brand new one for us to use. We appreciated it so much and now won't have to worry about it on the drive home.
Asked for help to put my windshield wipers on. Didn't realize it until after I left the guy chipped my windshield.The metal part of the wiper when he was putting it on slipped and hit my window. I didn't think anything of it. Then later I realized it chipped my windshield. So it cost me way more for new one! I should have preyed closer attention before I drove off. But it was raining at the time so I didn't. Not to happy!!
As a business owner I am shocked at the way they treat customers. Don't believe them when they tell you they have what you need available, tools or filters. Not once, but on two separate occasions, we called and were told they had what we needed. We dispatched an employee for the half hour drive only to be told, "We don't have time to pull that for you right now". Stung twice, no apology offered, won't be back. EVER.
Great customer service, and quite knowledgeable. Maybe not the most stock, but the can and will get it. Oh, did I mention, they're open when everyone else around here isn't? Kinda easier shopping for someone who works full time.
The place is filthy, the prices are high, and the customer service is terrible. The only person on duty did not wait on customers in order. He would not acknowledge Uhaul customers at all until all parts customers were waited on. My daughter asked to use the bathroom, but the man behind the counter discouraged her because he said it was "really dirty."
My 1991 Dodge Stealth R/T ( Twin Turbo ) Had a timing belt that was going out, Well mainly the water pump but it has 66,826 Original miles and the timing belt in the manual says 60,000 miles it needs changed. Decides the point they where the only ones who was able to hook me up with the complete timing set for the cheapest/ WOUT any discounts. The kit includes A hydrolic tensioner, Water pump, Front main seal, Cam seals, A Idler pulley, And all the gaskets for around 60$ Yes I had to drive, But auto zone was trying to charge over 160$ and car quest warrantied this product for a guaranteed 2 years. Thank you car quest !!! My car runs great and better than ever.
Good to deal with, had to change an alternator in their parking lot, were able to loan me the basic tools I needed plus a jump start at the end. Definitely recommend :)
