They do good work but 7hrs and $1300 for an oil pan replacement?!?! That’s on me for not shopping around first. Lesson learned.

Had a leaky tire, they got me in rite away and fixed the issue and I was gone within 20 min..pricing was about the same as other places for the same kind of repair..

Vary disappointed, drove car to them ,car was running rough,they call me and said car won't start ,told me starter bad,told them I used the car all morning, how did it go bad sitting in your parking lot, starter under warranty so I said replace it.charged me 202.00 for labor the receipt showed 1.5hr,it. Doesn't take that long to replace only two bolts and two wires,I replace it My self two years ago it only took me half hour,then Said they drove it fine they charged me 135.00 Dollars to do diagnostic check, tried to drive it home car did same thing runs then shuts down,so what I am getting at they charged me 354 dollars car never fixed, taking it to Hopkins repair that done me well in past

Reasonably priced, got my Ford Flex in 30 minutes after calling the shop, and repaired within 24 hours. Added bonus of a cute dog named Bella inside that you can say hello to ?

I took my 2014 Escape into the shop today because the splash cover under the engine had come loose and was dragging. The guys got the car in, took a look and fixed the problem the same day. Excellent service and fair prices. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with Complete Auto Repair. They were able to get me in quick, the price was fair and they were very friendly. I will certainly be coming back for more repairs in the future.

Definitely recommend honest friendly and professional. They couldn’t find anything wrong with my car at the time and had not been acting up since. But the biggest thing was they said no charge for checking it out,this goes a long way and will be back if need be.

I Was about an hour and a half from home, and my 08' GMC 2500HD Duramax Diesel broke a serpentine belt @ 4pm on a Thursday. I called CAR and talked to John. He recommended a local tow service, and I had the truck taken to John's shop. Early Friday morning I got a phone call with the full report on my truck. Lower pulley had seized, and a couple more pulleys were in need of some new hardware. Not only was the service fast, but John knew I was from out of town and prioritized my truck for the first appointment that Friday morning. I picked up my truck on Saturday morning, and was able to handle everything over the phone for payment with Britney who was very helpful. Truck was fixed properly and now my voltage gauge is showing stronger than ever output. I truly appreciate the quick turnaround and repair to my truck while being in a spot. Thank you very much CAR!!

10/10 - I took my car in because I was hearing noises when I put my foot on the break and also, my headlights weren’t aligned so I wanted them to take a look at that as well. They took time to check out my brakes fully to ensure that wasn’t the issue. They kept the car overnight to start it/drive it in the morning to make sure they didn’t hear the noise. I asked about my tires and the owner even checked out that too! Very nice men and helpful. They found no issues so I went and picked up my car. The employee also fixed the alignment on my headlights as well! Definitely recommend!

Best auto repair place ever. It’s cheap, they are friendly and answer all my questions, and do a great job as well as being super fast. Dealer quoted me around $600 for a purge valve. The guys here did it for around $300.

I have dont business over the years with different vehicles and was always taken care of with fairness. I am a machine electrician and dont have time for working on my own vehicles much , these guy's are very good I highly recommend them.

I was about to get a flat tire because I ran over a screw. They got my truck in immediately and got it fixed! Awesome place! Very nice people

I needed to get my tire plugged. Bell tire told me I needed to leave my car with them for “half a day.” No way, just for a plug?! I stopped here almost at their closing time. They took care of me in like 5minutes! Thank you for caring!!

These guys are very good. Ive been there for repair work with several different vehicles over last several years. Not once did i ever suspect that i had been lied to or messed over. Always done at promised time and at estimated price. We all know thats not always the case at other shops. I recommend them highly, without hesitation.

So far so good. I had a tie rod repair, sway bar link, oil change (was kinda pricey) & wipers placed. We’ll see how the winter goes! Hopefully all will be well. Too soon to review all the repairs yet. Update now is my car isn’t started as soon as I try and start it I’ve had to attempt it like 10 xs at one point to start up idk what’s going on and I’ve never had this issue until they did the work on my car ..gonna have to reach out to them..

I really enjoyed working with this mechanic! First time leaving one under 500 dollars which is great! However, after coming in for a starter and a battery, my car has troubles with switching out of first gear fast without a massive semi truck size amount of exhaust, this has never happened to me with this car before this fix. I called them, they told me to bring it back in (gonna be Tuesday cause i was busy before they closed for the holiday) but im afraid ill get charged even more. After tuesday this review may change

I recently moved to the area. I took my vehicle in to have brakes and front end checked based on some things I had concerns about. Friendly staff. They promptly tested and called me to let me know everything checked out perfectly fine. No repairs required. Good to know there are still reliable, honest car repair shops around. I'll be back for sure when I need service next time.

I was going to just go to belle tire but they wanted me to pay 80 for a valve replacement on one tire and said it would take an hour and a half. I came here and only played 27 dollars, and only waited about 20 minutes. I recommend you don't waste your time at places like belle tire who rob you of your time and money.

Today I discovered a screw in my tire on my way to work. I called several places in LO and Oxford only to be brushed off or told a plug for the screw would be at least 2 hours. I called Complete Auto Repair and even though they were busy, they completed the repair quickly, professionally and had me out the door under 10 minutes. I'll be going here for future car repair needs.

Best repair shop around. Excellent management, good pricing, and they’re the only people around I trust to not screw up the repair. They repair what you need without trying to scam or upsell you on things you don’t need. One of the few trustworthy repair shops left around. Would highly recommend. They’ll be getting all of my business.

I'm so used to being screwed by contractors, mechanics, and the like that to find a great one is like a dream. After putting way to much into my son's first junker car, to have another problem arise was hard. We took it here, and he explained how the issue could be one of 3 things (or all three!), cited price for each, and said he would call back to check a couple things. Turns out it was the most minor issue in the related series of parts, and the price was reasonable. I may be an educated professional, but I am (barely) above middle class income and each dollar counts. Complete was quick, honest (HONEST! WHY THE HELL IS THAT SO HARD THESE DAYS?), and easy to deal with. So a lesson to all you mechanics, roofers, plumbers, etc. who think those of us who are not tradesmen are stupid - we have degrees for a reason. I can research part pricing and hourly rates. Glad to say Complete was in line with the 10 or so sources I compared. And NOW they have a customer for life. Period. End of story. Here's a hint: focus on customer happiness FIRST, and the $$ will follow. Happily, it seems like Complete gets it.

Higher priced than others on installing my (winter tire change) was done in Pontiac for 50.00 less they wanted 100 which is crazy for the change it takes 15 min. Wonder what else they are overcharging for!

I have had two recent great experiences on two different cars. The staff is very attentive and have diagnosed and repaired the problems on both vehicles. The price that was quoted was honored in both cases and the repairs were done well. I recommend their business and will continue to use them. Ken Penrose

Aside from the good feeling of supporting a local business, the owners of Complete Auto are honest, priced fair and thorough in their business practices. I recently had an issue with my brakes and they pointed out the warranty was still in effect and did the work for no charge. In today's market of being on top, Complete Auto does this by remaining genuine and caring about the customer service more than the bottom line! Highly recommend ??‍♀️

Good service shops are hard to find. If you live in or near Oxford, you are very lucky. Complete Auto Repair is one of the best around. Bill is an honest and down to earth guy that does a great job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Complete Auto above anyone else.
