The guys working at the shop were kind, knowledgeable, quick and I provided an experience with zero problems. I hope I don't need to, but if I ever need glass replacement I know where I'm going.
I had a great experience with this shop and the manager was very communicative! Prices were extremely reasonable and the crew was very quick to get the job done. They were able to order my glass the same day I came in and replace my windshield the next day.

Getting ready to go on a road trip and picked up a pretty decent chip in the windshield the day before leaving.
Called these guys and they told me to bring it over as soon as I could. Was there within 30 minutes of calling them and they had me back on the road in under 20 minutes all fixed up! Now that is customer service.
Will definitely be back for any windshield repairs as well as accessories for my truck.

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve had in years! I had a chip in my windshield that started to spread, and Daniel (the owner) got me in right away. He was professional, kind, and even offered to stay after hours for me — something you almost never see anymore. The repair only took about 15 minutes and you can barely even tell there was ever damage. Daniel remembered my name, greeted me, and thanked me personally, which really stood out. Fast, friendly, and top-quality work — I highly recommend supporting this business!
My husband Scott had a decent chip in his windshield of his grand Cherokee. He called and got in same day within an hour. Daniel (manager) contacted our insurance company and walked us through the whole process. My husband was able to sit comfortably with our 5 month old daughter while they waited under 30 minutes for the chip to be filled. Customer service is a 10/10. We will be back.
There was literally no place to park. The elderly gentleman behind d the counter did not know how to help me with tonneau cover selection. I eventually waked out.
Had called after talking to another place. Didn't feel good about other place, but one auto gave me confidence they could fix my window. I have an older truck with manual windows. The tech was honest and upfront about what he was going to do and how it would go including sharing how the chip could spread if the process stressed the chip too much.
Went in the office while the tech got to work. Our insurance covered it and Steve inside was professional and got the paperwork all set. We waited about 10 mins after that and we were out the door. Chip repair was done.
It was a big one so we weren’t even sure they could do it. But they did. Thanks guys!

I had a free rental car and a ride set up after work to be able to drop off the rental & a ride to take me to my car @ Auto One but Z*** never picked up my car from my dealership like he said. He told me he knew W**** from dealership & he would try to pick up my car that night so when my windshield arrived the following morning they would get it done right away. If not he said he would pick it up the next morning by 9:30am because he had another car to pick up anyways. Today I find out they never showed up & he never called me. When I called them they say he wrote “waiting on customer to call & tell us if she wants us to calibrate it.” Not true. I was told they would do it 1st thing in the morning. He knew I was in a time crunch because I almost wasn’t going to let them do it because they had to order my windshield but he said it would be there 1st thing tomorrow morning. After assuring me he would take care of it & when he said he knew the gentleman over @ the dealership I trusted he would go get my car, replace windshield & recalibrate it and I would pick it up after work. Instead they completely dropped the ball. When I was reasonably upset about this incompetence the young man on phone was very unprofessional. He was a terrible listener & cut me off multiple times. I asked to speak with manager & he said “Why, so you can rip on Z***?” (Yes I wanted the manager to know.) He then told me I was going to have to wait a long time because his manager was on the phone with another customer. I said “Well I am only 2 minutes away from the dealership to pick up my car so if he doesn’t pick up I will have to hang up.” This rude, unprofessional, young man said “Then you may as well hang up now because I’m not asking him to hang up on another customer for you.” (Which I never asked him too.) I was so insulted by his demeanor & rudeness that I said:
“Nevermind. Your manager can read all about my complaint in my Google 1 star review ??.”
Check my Google reviews. I do not leave bad reviews. I leave good reviews & at times have removed a great review if someone is not so great anymore but this is my very 1st 1 star review. Auto One is unreliable, unprofessional, and unworthy of your business. Save yourself the headache & go somewhere else.
Called and was quoted $80 to remove tint from back window and would take 45-60 min if a lot of glue. I asked the question again to validate and specifically asked $80 to remove the back window tint? “yes”. Sent my daughter to get it done. 4 hrs later, the bill came to $135..”ooops, must have been a misunderstanding”
Check out the car when she got home, tint everywhere in the car, didn’t even clean it out and if they did, wow, horrible job. Brutal.
The guys were awesome and exceeded my expectations . In and out in 24hrs with my back window replacement. Wasn’t expecting it to be as clean as it was, guys even shifted some things to make sure they got all the glass. Ken was also a pleasure to speak with. Will be using this company for any glass repairs and detailing I have done in the future.
Third time giving my business to this fine establishment. 1st was floor mats without the shipping added on. 2 was a windshield chip taken care of while I waited. And lastly the best price around for my trucks rear window that was installed while I waited. Thank you Ken.
Very rude and unprofessional...I took my vehicle to auto one glass twice to get my vehicle window replaced/repaired. The first time I took my vehicle to them I needed a window repair and was told it would be done the same day... i received no calls thatday formy vehicle... a day later i called them and they said they wrote down the wrong number but it was done 2 hrs after we dropped it off. A few weeks later I scheduled another appointment to get another window replaced and was told a price and was told that that was the price out the door. When I dropped my vehicle off Ken said we can pay when we pick up the vehicle. Once they pulled the vehicle in the shop he gave me the total of the repair and it was a different price then what I was given. Ken gave me a higher price then what I was told. I asked him if he knew where the price change came from because i was giving a different price when i scheduled my appointment for the window repair and i told him the price i was given. He rudely said "fine he'll charge me the original price I was giving since I want to cry about the price change" his exact words!i said im not crying over the price change i just asked where did the price change come from? I asked again where did the price change come from and he said a few things 1. Was because I missed a appointment i scheduled with them prior. 2. Because he had to come out of pocket for a previous repair ( that was fully covered by my insurance) and 3. Because he had to get it moved.. to me it was a little sketchy because i never been charged for missing a appointment for a auto repair and he said he had to come out of pocket for a previous repair that was fully covered by my insurance. because I asked where did the price change come from and because he was not the original person who gave me the price I just thought I would let him know the prices was different and he was rude and nasty after that....as a customer spending any kind of money i should be able to ask ANY question and not get disrespected or rudely treated because I have cares and concerns about the money your asking from me!EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE SHOULD ALWAYS BE TOP PRIORITY! Respect your customers for they are the reason you are even able to have a business!! I DEFITNETLY WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ELSEWHERE!
I had an appointment to get my windows in my truck tinted. I arrived on time for the appointment and they told me that the customer before me was late for their appointment that they couldn't fit me in. I will not be back to have anything done. That's bad business!
Worst tint job I've ever had done .pieces of film all over the car when I picked it up accompanied by residue running down from the windows. Trim parts falling off on my way home .a week later the tint is peeling and looks like hell .and yes it was lake Orion so you cant deny the location....jdont worry I wont be back or send any work your way ...nice try tho

Had a windshield replaced here. So many places give you the run-around in regards to quotes when trying to compare prices. I received a quote within an hour of putting my information in online, tax included, and about $100 less than most competitors. It was an easy decision to decide where I was going for this one.
Very helpful. I bought my car for 700 dollars and it was going to cost 1900 to fix. But I wasn't really surprised. But non the less. They made sure to let me know what was wrong with it.
Over the years I have had 3 remote starter put in by Auto One. Had the third one put in last month. First time I ever had a problem with one. I was not sure if it was the remote or starter on my 7 month old car. Called an talked to Steve at Lake Orion Auto One on Clarkston Rd. Could not believe it when he said Jim was going to come out and check it out. From Lake Orion to Macomb Township. He came out checked everything and fount a wire that had some how had pulled out.I wanted to share this because, I am so impressed in 2017 to receive service like this. Thank you so much Steve and Jim. You have a customer for life.
Auto One replaced my vehicle's windshield. I was very impressed with their friendly, professional, and efficient way of doing business. My car was ready when promised and the work was perfect. I would definitely use Auto One again.
Auto one of lake orion installed my remote starter for me and I love it. The people that work there are very caring and awesome. They worked 3 hours passed closing time to get my remote start installed for me. Very happy with them.
Very impressed with the detail work I had done! I spend a lot of time in my car, and my Great Dane travels with me most days. The car looked fantastic, both inside and out. We dropped the car off and picked it up after hours, and Auto One made the experience very simple!
