I purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback from this dealership last April. I was from out of state (Idaho) They buy, repair and sell rebuilt titles. I was a little nervous spending this kind of money on an out of state seller, but the price was right and the repair seemed solid. You cannot tell it has ever been in an accident. He even shared pictures of the vehicle before he repaired it so I could see exactly what was done. It ended up being one of the better purchases I have made. I drove it home (over 2000 miles) back to Idaho and over the Rocky Mountains. The car ran solid the whole way here. In fact, it is still running solid almost a year later. If I needed another car, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you sir!

First time using them, based on recommendation and reviews. My engine repair was more than anticipated, plus getting parts delayed things. Instead of same day it was done at end of second day. But, good as new and fair price. I will use them again if needed.

I have purchased a couple of cars through Spectrum over the years and recently took my Honda in to have it looked at. As you can see in other reviews, Spectrum does business in salvage vehicles. If you research what a rebuilt car in Michigan is and want to save some money, a salvage repair vehicle may be for you. If that’s the case, I would recommend Spectrum. Eugene is a straight-up guy, and cares about quality work.

I have gone to Spectrum Auto multiple times for maintenance and repair of my vehicles. One of a very few auto repair places I have been to that won't try to sell you extra stuff you don't need. They do a quality job at a reasonable cost. Another big plus is they are good at diagnosing issues correctly, so you don't need to unnecessarily replace parts like lazy dealers like to do because they don't like to take the time to properly diagnose issues.

I got hit while I was parked and fixed everything through insurance. Spectrum Autoworks. I was fortunate enough to stumble in there. I can confirm that they returned my car back better than before! It felt like I was driving a brand new car. The repairs and paint were perfect. Everything was completed in a timely manner. They even washed and waxed the exterior, and vacuumed the entire interior. It felt like I also paid for detailing! Communication was absolutely great!!!! They were very accommodating for after hours pickup. Overall, I would use them again for any autobody needs.

We have been doing business with Eugene for about 13 years. We have bought our last 4 cars from him and can't say enough about how good the experience was. He is fair - no haggling. All had rebuilt titles which scares a lot of people when buying a car. We have never had a minute of trouble with any of the cars and have him looking for our next new one. His work is flawless. We have had insurance work (accident repair) done several times as well and never had a problem. He knows how to deal with the insurance as well as how to do all the paperwork for a purchase. Can't say enough good about Spectrum Auto and Eugene.

Overall, good place. These guys have been in business for a long time when it comes to mechanics and body work. They were able to fix my vehcile for a reasonable price.

I visited their to look at a van for me to drive. Due to the fact of me being in a wheelchair, they helped with every question I had. They allowed me to really get deep into question and other facts that I was looking for so in the end of my visit I left with a smile on my face. If you are looking for handicapped accessibility for a vehicle then look no further.

Great workmanship and great price. Have been doing business with them for over 15 yrs. Whenever have gone to dealerships to fix my cars, often had to come here to undo errors/mistakes that dealers make. Also purchased cars from them, never a bad experience. Great job, keep up the great work!

Very slow mediocre service outrageously overpriced. Been here on 3 different occasions 3 hours for an oil change, over an hour for balancing tiers. Last time i was here i had a flat tire after fixing a flat they didnt check if the tier had any other leaks which it did, this is what i call amateur type of service and its not okay to do that to paying costumers. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. ????Operator likes to claim they didnt do business with people who leave bad reviews

I was treated like I absolutely did not matter and like I was stupid. While trying to get more information about the issues with my car, the staff member walked away from me while I was speaking to him. Based on the other great reviews, I must have caught the staff on a bad day, but I have never been treated so poorly customer service wise and talked to as if I truly did not matter.

I brought my car for repair after an accident and the owner, Eugene, was very professional, helpful and friendly. The shop dealt with insurance claim, fixed all damages, breaks, and oil change. The service was complete and the car looks like new!!! Very happy with my service!!!! Highly recommend this place for regular services and / or repair!!!!

They did a great job!!!! They did a total repair of my driver’s side fender and door and everything lines up perfectly as if nothing had happened. Made sure all the sensors, etc worked as designed before letting me sign off. Even made it a priority and got the car to me a day early so I could make it to some scheduled arrangements. Also, ended up charging me about $700 under the original quote. These guys are seriously good at what they do. True artists!!!!

I bought a Jetta Sport from Eugene and it is GREAT. I went to MI from North Carolina. Eugene picked me up and took me to his lot. I had a fun drive back to NC in my new Jetta. A plus transaction.....I hope he is still there when I need my next car....Thanks Eugene

I purchased an SUV from Spectrum Autoworks near Detroit in late March of 2016 thru an EBAY auction. Eugene is the owner and operator and he was wonderful to work with. He had great communication thru the entire process and even did the leg work necessary to get the car shipped to me in Florida. The Nissan Rogue was exactly what I expected: just like he described it- excellent! I would highly recommend them being informative, honest, and happy to server their customers.

very good all around mechanic from oil changes to major body work, alignment, any major mechanical problems. honest work for honest price. also a great place to buy a used or salvaged vehicle. mine's been almost perfect for 5 years and 80,000 miles, only minor milage specific wear.

Favorite guys to call when I need some car work done. Going to be honest, the manager has a pretty thick eastern european accent but they have provided trusted, quality services and offered a fair price every time I've been there. Such a refreshing business in comparison to what I've experienced from places like Belle Tire. Please go here next time you need anything done, I promise you, you won't regret it.
