October 3rd, 10am 1-800 got junk came to remove an old piano from my home in Oxford, Mi. Terry + ( i am sorry I can't remember your name) came out. These 2 fine young men were very friendly + I highly recommend them if you need this service. I could never lift this 300 pounder, yet they did it with a smile. I tipped them 20%, they only took about 15 minutes, plus being licensed and insured is worth a great deal. These young men were only here a few minutes, yet they seemed like family to me. Thanks guys, you rock!!!

We had a tree come down on our property weeks ago and there was a ton of debris left behind. Robert W came by the next day to haul all of it away! He was super helpful and efficient. Would recommend using this service. He was even swarmed by bees in my yard and kept his cool.
We had some excellent gentleman come and move a boatload of items out of our house and garage. Their names are Ryan, Keith, and Willie. Some of the most respectful and professional young men we have ever encountered. These men went above and beyond. From offering lunch, to helping us move items around, to being fast and efficient, we truly couldn't have asked for more. Give them a raise they deserve!!
My wife called to have a refrigerator removed from our basement. I arrived home from a work trip today to see that they damaged both our hardwood floor and the landing on our basement steps. They told her they would “take $70 off” their fee for the damage?

Josh and Travis were the best! Hauled away a ton of old furniture and metal shelving and appliances - even a piano! - from my elderly mom’s house. Great communication, efficient, and didn’t mind the state of the house. Highly recommend.

While I think they are overpriced, I am sure that their competitors are equally as expensive. So my review is for everything else.
The 2 workers who came out were great. Friendly. I was able to schedule junk removal the same day, which also was great. And the company itself was proactive in their communications with me.
I did find it ridiculous that one person on the phone didn't know how much their service cost. Complete BS. They just had him say that to not scare anyone away from how expensive they are. They won't give you any information about cost until the worker shows up at your house.
I would still recommend the company as it's the guys who show up at your door who matter.
Fred and Lucin did a really great job for us. We had a huge bedroom set on the second floor that they brought down without a problem. We highly recommend these great guys and Got Junk!

or an estimate. One was immediately scheduled for 2 days later, I wasn't expecting something that quick! The guys called me when they would be on their way and arrived promptly. They were so quick and took everything I needed them too. They weren't just friendly, they were personable and caring. Hats off to Leon and Haas for being such wonderful people, especially on a 100° day! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
Ben and Courtney far surpassed my expectations. Showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. I needed them to move an enormous refrigerator and couches from the basement with only an inch to spare on each side of the stairwell. They got it all out with zero damage to the house. Amazing work. These guys are legends in my book. Would highly recommend. Very grateful for their hard work.
