Picked up my broken down truck and delivered it to the dealership for repair. Service was timely and hassle free, and the operator, Shaun, was great. No complaints whatsoever.

Magnum towing has come through clutch once again! They have a very competent team that are very reliable. We are appreciative of them and would recommend them to anyone. We’ve used them numerous times and have been pleasantly surprised at how well they do their job every time. They handle everything with care and treat your stuff like it’s their own.
I had the misfortune of needing a tow today, however I had an alert tow driver see me stranded on the side of the road on I96 named Haroon from Magnum Towing. He stopped to see if I was okay and offered to help. Next thing I know he (after a few quick questions) had my vehicle in tow and heading to my mechanic in 10 minutes. Timing is everything but what made the experience the best was he clearly conveyed a sense of compassion and genuinely was here to help me. He was balanced in professionalism and carrying a conversation to a complete stranger with great confidence and kindness. He spoke highly of his employer which could have gone bad but he was genuine in conversation. Thank you for being at the right place at the right time. Haroon is a definite keeper for any company he works for. Good work ethic, engaging and kind. I could not have asked for more. Thank you!
He was excellent if I could I would give him a 10 star he stop and ask me if I need a tow super nice we need more people like him cuz now of days you don’t see that helping each other out and his name was haroon he was the best I would use this service because of him
We just had to have our car towed to the dealership after it broke down in traffic. The tow truck driver ( Haroon ) went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of at the dealership and that we made it home okay. Plus he is an incredible nice young man too.

Haroon and Ash were amazing! My son experienced his first fiat tire and was left stranded. We drove out to him, but were unable to remove the tire to put on the spare. I called Magnum and Ash was empathetic - responsive and wonderful. She called Haroon who made it to us in 8 minutes and changed our tire. He was professional, kind and quick! (It would have taken us hours!!) So thankful I callled Magnum!!!

Very courteous and quick especially being the night before Thanksgiving. I didn’t expect them to be so quick. I could not be there for tow becuz I had an emergency with my patient. Yusef took my car all across Ann Arbor during rush hour to the dealership and kept me informed thru the entire process until I was available. Will definitely use again…
1000000% recommend, Charlie was so kind, professional and very helpful! I dont think iv ever had a better tow experience. We had a tire blow going 80 down 275 ; the insurance company told us 1.5 hours wait to start but it kept getting longer... We were told only 30 min when we called Charlie and i swear it was 15 and he was there! Come to find out spare didnt fit so he took us to discount tire, no damage to the car caused by him towing he even actually clipped the bumper back on All in all for $165 im EXTREMELY happy
Charlie came out to help change a tire and we ended up needing to tow due to issues with our spare tire. He was great and got the car right up on the truck and took us to shop we chose very quickand friendly! Would and will definitely recommend grabbed a few cards! Thanks again Charlie!
Eli saved us when my pickup truck jackknifed in the middle of the intersection while I was towing another vehicle. Eli safely got both cars separated and asked if we needed help to move it the rest of the way and we were so glad to have him there. He even helped push it into the garage and there's not a scratch anywhere.
Eli was on time, professional, courteous, and did the job very well. Clearly better than I could. Ha!
I would gladly call for their help next time I need a tow or a rescue.

Yousif was on time and very friendly. He tried to jump the car and let me know i would need a need starter which was 100 percent correct. Very reasonable price and confirmed with me when it arrived to the location I requested. Definitely will be using there services again.

Truck broke down at 1am called magnum towing and got Eli on the phone, what a bawse. Showed up in 5 minutes was super professional and polite, got me home safe. This guy deserves a raise. Would highly recommend magnum towing
