I’m so pleased with Bryant auto group and towing! I had an unfortunate situation with a tire a number of nights ago and Bryant towing came out, was timely and courteous, very kind and helpful, and took the time to help explain the situation better to me, so I was confident with how to handle the situation. I highly recommend them! Couldn’t be more pleased :-)
Big thanks to this company for saving the day. My mother was stranded for 4.5 hours because of Eli's towing of wixom for a broken tierod. They couldn't load the truck or communicate. Luckily Bryant towing saved the day. My mom dont remember the guys name. But who ever you are. It's nice to see someone who knows what there doing and very professional. I just had THE WORST TOWING EXPERIENCE!!! Do not allow your insurance company to send them!!! They took over 3 hours. When they came, a good Samaritan was helping me, so the driver canceled my tow service and drove off!!!
My husband accidentally locked his keys in the car at Kroger's so I googled towing companies nearby. This one had all good reviews. They told my husband they would be there in about 15 minutes and they were actually there probably closer to 10 minutes!! Took him almost no time to get the door open!! My husband said he was very kind and professional. We will DEFINITELY use them if we ever need a towing company again!!
Awesome service. He picked me up, got my car dropped off at the shop, and, because the shop was closed, waited with me until my ride got there. Solid guy all the way around.

Extremely grateful for Charles at Bryant auto! He was quick to help me in lurch, not only getting my car out of the intersection where it stalled, he even filled up my gas tank FULLY when I said I only had a few bucks to get me home. Times are tough in todays world, but I was so thankful I called Bryant auto. Will definitely be hitting them up in the future for any car needs and will also be buying Charles lunch soon to pay him back for such generosity

I am extremely please with the reasonable price. Quick service, my wait time was less than 20 minutes. The driver was professional and friendly, he offered great advice on repair options and had no problem answering my questions concerning my car.
I can always rely on Charles to come and save the day. I’ve had multiple issues with my vehicles and he’s always available to come and tow me away. Very timely, and cost efficient.
