Guy felt comfortable enough around me to express his racist views about his brown employees, probably because I’m an older white guy too. His racism made me sick and I’ll never frequent an auto one ever again.
Mark was a very pleasant person to do business with. He gave me a good price on two windshield replacements. Both vehicles were done in a couple hours and look great. I will be coming here for any glass repair from now on.

I had my windshield replaced on my Honda CRV a couple of weeks ago. I was impressed from the moment I reached out to them for the repair. I spoke with the owner who was extremely courteous and friendly. He stepped me through process and made my decision very easy to go with them. The price was extremely fair and worked for me. The availability for drop off was timely and they had the car for a morning it was ready to go just after lunch. I have driven around with it for a couple of weeks now and I have had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this company if you need windshield repair or replacement.
I want to thank Mark and his team for their great customer service and for fixing two regulator window motors. As soon as I walked in, Mark was already calculating how he could get me the best deal possible. We hatched out a plan where I picked up parts from his distributor, and we set an early morning drop-off and finish, and even with some challenges, he kept his word and delivered my car so that I could make it to work on time. I can't say enough good things about this place. My window wouldn't roll up, Mark and his crew were able to diagnose the problem quickly and were able to get my window up for the time being while they waited for my new switch to be delivered. I felt the price was extremely fair and when the part arrived, they had me out the door in about 30 minutes. Plus, Mark was great to chat with while I waited. I would definitely recommend.
Fantastic service! I had to get my windshield on my jeep wrangler repaired. It was done at a reasonable time. I had breakfast at the cute dinner nextdoor came back and spent the remaining time talking to Mark about growing up in the area. I definitely recommend them!
Wonderful Service. Had the rear window on my truck shattered and they replaced it the next business day. They worked with my insurance provider to help me get it taken care of. They had the glass waiting for my truck before I even arrived - only without the truck for a few hours. Awesome! Going back here for all my glass and accessories in the future. Also vacuumed my truck for me!

Called on a Friday morning on the fly after getting a chip in my windshield that morning. They were able to get me in immediately,same day, and completely fixed it within an hour!! Absolutely friendly staff, wonderfully priced and quality work! Auto One installed some accessories on my SUV and I could not have asked for a better experience. Mark is such an honest and fair guy and has amazing customer service. Got quoted a very fair price (about half of what I was seeing at other places) to repair a stone chip in my windshield. The work was completed quickly and was done well. I was even able to get some work done on my laptop in the lobby while I waited. If I need more repairs or work done on my car I will definitely be back here!
Incredible service! Got a very reasonable quote on the website around 2-3 AM and by 1:30 PM that same day I was back on the road with my rear glass in perfect condition. The whole process was painless and the communication throughout was appreciated. Some places wanted to charge me double what I paid here! I have to make it known how excellent of a job they did for me. They replaced my front windshield! Very reasonable price (Mark took money off from the original price he quoted me) and excellent service! Mark made sure I was very happy and the work was superb! He went over and beyond for me! Very happy with the results of my car detailing and undercoating! The owner was kind throughout the process, met me outside when he noticed I was having a hard time parking so my car could be pulled right into the garage, and agreed to a last minute request to detail the interior of my car. Very reasonable cost and excellent service.

I called to inquire if they can replace my windshield. Mark asked me to take a pic of the windshield. He ordered the part, gave me instructions how to drop off my car after hours, and the windshield was replaced the next day. Mark even told me that he will fix the first chip on the windshield. Smooth transaction and great customer service. I will call them again if I ever need glass work again.

Well after getting completely jerked around by @Safelyte for 15 days I decided to call around on my own. Mark called me back immediately after finding and ordering my glass. Available the next day no less. Long story short after getting no service from Safelyte for 15 days and also showing with the wrong window Mark had me up and going less than 15 HOURS after I called.
