Buying my first car, I was really worried that a lot of the places would not be honest with the cars that they have to offer. But at Berkley Automotive, all I got was transparent, very good guidance in choosing the car, and learned lots from both Mike and Tomek! I told Mike what type of car I was looking for and he made sure to go through ALL types of different cars available and help throughout the entire process.
I also brought my future car to the mechanic (since it was a salvage title) before the purchase and he said that this was impeccable work.
Bought a van from Berkley that I wasn't intending on purchasing. Mike was able to hold a van for me since I was driving 2.5 hrs to see it. Although I ended up not buying that particular van, he showed me another van in my price range which I liked and purchased the same day. I can't speak to the financing process however I will say if purchasing a vehicle outright the process can be slow. No personal checks or credits cards allowed. Ended up doing a bank transfer which caused me to have to wait until the $ cleared my account and reached theirs. Totally understandable but did lengthen the time I had to wait around. Overall was a good experience and would purchase here again.

I just purchased a small SUV for work from Mike at Berkley Automotive. My experience was nothing short from excellent! The car runs and drives great and will work perfectly for my needs. I had an issue with the fuel tank sensor, called Mike and he stood behind their vehicle, had me bring it back in and they fixed it for free. They even filled my tank back up for me when the service was complete! I feel he has been nothing but honest, which in my opinion is hard to find these days! I am recommending Berkley to all my friends and family and will for sure purchase from them if needed in the future!
