I cannot speak highly enough about this company. My daughter was involved in an accident yesterday that resulted in my vehicle being totaled, and their team has been exceptional throughout the entire process. In my past experiences, many towing companies have been unprofessional and difficult to work with; however, Lucas Towing has been the complete opposite.
Their staff has been compassionate, professional, and incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. Since our schedules did not allow us to visit in person to take photos for the insurance claim, they went above and beyond by taking the photos on our behalf and sending them to us promptly.
I highly recommend Lucas Towing for their outstanding service and professionalism.

I am hard to impress, and these guys blew me away with their work ethic, speed, knowledge, and ability to make me feel safe after I had just lost a tire while driving. They didn’t know me, but I truly felt like my dad and brother showed up to save the day! Genuine honest working men. Thank you for stepping in when State Farm’s 1-800 number told me to “call back during normal business hours”.
The gentlemen here are wonderful, right to the point, while also very personable. Very accommodating, not to mention it's actually a quite lovely place, mosquitoes aside? but the folks here are very helpful and professional. I'll happily be revisiting, or referring folks there
Great experience. The gentleman went above and beyond to help me! Got the parts I needed and they threw in some hardware that came with the brake parts to get me back on the road!
Talked to these people 3 times on phone won't price over the phone on parts they say when I got there after driving an hour and a half looked at parts asked about pricing he comes up with a price in 10mins double of what I was thinking waste of time
No wonder they have older cars rotting away
#1 towing service in the area. The guy that helped me out was awesome and upfront. Trust worthy good service here. I will always make them my first call.
Only reason I give it one star is I had to so I could write a review I do not know how they got good comments I have never wrote a comment but I had to on this place the guy I dealt with I think was the owner he was the rudest guy and so un professional said he would have my part ready but I didn't know it would be three days later I would call him and he would say it looks like its going to rain
The 4 stars is for the driver that brought my car back to the house, he was super super nice and got what we needed taken care of, the owner that showed up to the accident site was completely and utterly rude, I absolutely do not recommend the owner but his driver was sweet!

Great friendly and his guard cats will love on you to death if that's an issue.
These guys are great. I am in a really bad situation and they're really helping me out. Towed both of my cars and have helped me with steps forward with insurance and how to deal with my wrecked vehicles.
